What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ stands out in complex, Salesforce-centric sales operations where accuracy, compliance, and scalability matter more than out-of-the-box simplicity. It’s a strong fit when you need dependable configuration and quoting within Salesforce and are willing to trade some immediate ease of use for control and consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing and total cost of ownership

When you factor in licensing, implementation, ongoing administrative support, and upgrades, Conga CPQ can end up being expensive compared with lighter CPQ solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
We chose Conga CPQ from the marketplace because Conga CPQ is the best quote management and order management solution as it gives a very seamless experience to our sales representatives by automating 80% of the quote and order processing with its award winning features like turbo for fast processing, callbacks to give flexibility for customizations and connectors for integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us it is experience we had when a product bug needs to be fixed. It sometimes takes 30+ days to get a fix and sometimes it causes regressions too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing issues with slow response rate to customers and very low customer satisfaction because ofour complex and manual order management. Conga CPQ gives us a system that allows large number of products and price rules allowing us to handle complex and high value quotes very easily withing one system. This has brought 75 % reduction in our order processing and reduced held order by 80%.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the estimate suggesting quote feature in Conga CPQ; it's really powerful. It helps us create quotes, price the cart, and turn it into an order, which is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever we do the complex product structure or have a lot of line items in the cart, the performance of the pricing becomes very slow, which is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga CPQ to address key sales and revenue challenges by automating the complex quoting process for businesses handling customizable products.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ helps us manage complex deals, discounts, and rebates across different regions for our quotation and pricing processes. We are now a complete paperless lifecycle with the implemanetations of Conga Cpq, Composer and Sign. Thanks to the Conga implementation team, expert services and its support team to help us with any issues that are getting raised by our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time of implementing a full solution takes a lot of time and effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By overcoming challenges like manual door-to-door sales, paper contracts, and disjointed internal processes, they created a frictionless, digitized experience that improved satisfaction for both buyers and employees. Through innovation across the revenue lifecycle, our org has accelerated time to market and shown meaningful revenue innovation by better connecting people and processes across the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Conga CPQ for the enterprise way it integrates into various tools and offers certain customization options. I like how it allows for dynamic pricing calculations with custom logic integration. It has helped us manage our quotes effectively and reach out to customers in a dynamic and faster way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga CPQ doesn't help with code creations or modifications when the customer wants changes midterm. It's very difficult to modify an order once a quote is converted to an order. For example, if a user purchases for a year and wants to add extra units midway, Conga forces the creation of a new order for the same customer. It would be great if they could fix this and allow more flexibility with orders. Also, there's a need for improved security on the quotes sent, as we sometimes see URLs with product and pricing information. They should work on security, expiration, and order modification flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga CPQ for generating product codes, pricing, and converting quotes to orders. It enables quotes for customers across digital channels and integrates seamlessly with various tools, offering customization options for dynamic pricing calculations, helping us manage quotes efficiently and reach customers faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ is very rich in features that they offer in their in built solution. it also offers flexibility for doing customization and integrate it in their Out of the box flows that helps achieve even some complex corner use cases in our quotation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga CPQ lacks AI capabilites and sometimes enhancements requested by customers takes a long time to even being consider by conga.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always had problems with after sales support with many of our solutions from different vendors but it is not the case with Conga. Conga has a strong customer support team which is very knowledgeable and always ready to help us resolve our issue very effciently. This always gives us confidence in Conga products like CPQ.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Conga CPQ accelerates the business process by allowing us to easily generate accurate quotes and their documentation. It's really useful for managing the code cycle from generation to the last stage. Configuring complex products in the CPQ is straightforward, making it a reliable tool for product variations and pricing systems. I personally think Conga CPQ is easy to use and user-friendly; a user can easily navigate and use it as per their requirement. The initial setup was very easy, just logging into Salesforce and installing the packages makes the setup seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to do some external customization that is going out of the box if we want to do custom customization as per our business requirement. So that becomes a little bit complex. And, also, obviously, we can always improve on the performance speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conga CPQ to accelerate the business process by easily generating accurate quotes and documentation, solving the primary challenge of code generation.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ is oneof the best solutions in the market to automate your organisation quotation and pricing needs. For us, it helps us genrate quotes quickly, redcing all those manual pricing erros and sppeds up the deal cycles. As we use Conga CLM too, the integration between these stages is seamless and being a full suite solution, it always saves costs for us as an organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
COnga CPQ we feel is a little bit on expensive side when you go for licenses, support and customization needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have always faced difficulty with large and high value quotes that needs multiple approval chains, various discounting in different stages which always makes the whole quoting process very complex and dificult to maintain. Conga CPQ with its features like split cart, Guided selling, integrated approval processes, various price adjustment features has resolved this problem to a very large extent. This helps us to close our bsuiness delas much faster and helps in maintaining centralized audit trails.

What do you like best about the product?
I used conga CPQ during my FICO end to end implementation here i found very good thing about conga CPQ that we can customize pricing model base on our use cases using their configuration like price rule price ruleset, matrix and just in case if not achieve use-case case then conga given very good feature to customize using Pricing call back class.
also Right now I am using CONGA platform which is really good and fast in processing

As such I did not feel that if any thing i dislike about Conga CPQ
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sometime we faced problem related to approvals but now conga CPQ is easily integrated to Conga Approvals so that it has solved the CPQ approvals related thing.
