Great tool for action tracking from a Support standpoint
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy for us to track and identify what actions a user is taking that could result in an error, We are also able to confirm historically what actions a user took to end up in their current situation
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters can get a bit complex with subcategories and it can be a bit tricky to describe where a specific filter needs to be applied. Some of the results can be a bit tedious to dig through when the calls are super similar but I suppose that comes with the territory
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude solves a lot of histofically vague messaging we can see when clients run into an error in platform - Having visibility into user actions has improved our productivity and we do not need to do so much manual review in our day to day

Amplitude Analytics helps to understand user behaviour & enhance the decision-making for a strong product

Amplitude Analytics' price is quite high in comparison to other available platform. for creating the custom events require the expertise knowledge

Amplitude help in understands the customer behaviour on the product side and according to its need we can take the decision on the product enhancement

One of the most advance analytic tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
An excellent advanced analytics platform.
It allows you to measure a multitude of events, and analyze it in detail, being able to customize it to a truly surprising level.
It requires some learning time to use it correctly - and you will always need something to learn, of course - but once you have the basics you can create your own dashboards that are essential for your daily life.

Of course, due to its cost and complexity, it is only recommended for medium and large companies.

Create, monitor and review all KPIs in my department.
Great for seeing realtime data
What do you like best about the product?
We have saved spaces for our teams so it's great to access what everyone else sees so you are looking at the same data. We also get automatic notifications on slack.

I don't know the product very well so I feel a bit limited with what I can do with it.

For tracking behaviour of our audience from our marketing campaigns and assessing the performance of our tests.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pull data out and look up segment events even when i don't remember exactly what it's called. Easy to switch views.

Need to adapt to the redesigned interface and menu organization

I'm able to see product performance without having to go through product management. This helps me understand user behaviour and informs research.

Easy for non-programmers so that I can work independently from my team and create charts on my own time as a Product Manager

You need to spend a lot of time getting data in before you can harvest benefits of analytics

Amplitude has been a lifesaver for our analytics team and provides great insights

The ease of using amplitude is unpralled when compared to the competitors available in market. The tracking of user journeys, custom events and chart creation is amazing

There isn't much to dislike only that the costing pinches a bit, had it been comparatively cost effective it would have been great.

It solves to a very great extent the task of tracking custom events, mapping user journeys, create and analyse segments and draw actionable insights for the next action
Amplitude is one stop solution for all analytics need

The features to create charts quickly is a killer feature and once you are used to it, you cannot switch or think of any other tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Amplitude is the cost it comes at. It really pinches the startups or some financially weaker organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Amplitude for daily analysis of the BAU and engagement on the product ona daily/weekly/monthly and regular intervals. We also use amplitude to benchmark it against the past period and do exhaustive analysis of what's working and what's not working.
