What do you like best about the product?

The insights that I can achive with Session Replay and Pathfinder

What do you dislike about the product?

The insights that I receive from AMplitude IA are not só usefull, so I use Clauude with an Amplitude Integration

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I´m Product Manager so I´m always looking to solve user problems with data, and Amplitude helps me in this path. I like to see churn infos, user journey infos, user clicks in some cta...etc

What do you like best about the product?

Amplitude is very user-friendly, and it’s easy to set up new dashboards. I also find it really helpful that I can get a daily digest of the most important product metrics I’m tracking, such as feature retention, adoption, activation, and more.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial tracking setup wasn’t very straightforward, especially when it came to the logic and structure we used for naming our events and any additional parameters.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amplitude helps me make sure new capabilities and product changes launch smoothly and meet our success metrics. It also makes it easier to spot UX issues early, so we can address them before they become bigger problems.

What do you like best about the product?

Events are easy to configure and ingest in my app, and it’s straightforward to filter them by user or by different properties. I also really like being able to configure feature flags for specific users, or for users who match certain properties. On top of that, the session replay functionality is a big plus and adds a lot of value.

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI definitely takes some time to get used to. The screen feels packed with buttons and menus, and it takes a while to learn where everything is. The integration with your app can also be a bit complex, especially if you’re not very tech-savvy, so the initial setup and getting everything connected may take some extra patience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve been using Amplitude Analytics for years to track user behaviour in our application. We also use it to store user information, which makes it easy to compare usage across different parameters.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use, with a very good UX/UI for creating really good-looking dashboards. Reports load fast without issues, and it integrates smoothly with all of our other tools.

What do you dislike about the product?

Pricing is too steep. Support can be genuinely troublesome at times. I’m still not sure about the AI implementation yet.

It helps me create real-time dashboards so I can validate my most recent business ideas.

It was easy to set up in my codebase. The session replays are useful for understanding user behavior, and they’re also easy to share across teams. Large selection of integrations that are easy to set up.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes even quick questions—like when a user last completed a particular event—end up requiring you to build a chart to find the answer. That makes it harder for people who are less experienced with the platform to self-serve and get simple information quickly. On top of that, the number of add-ons can be confusing, and it isn’t always clear what we actually have access to.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us understand who is using our platform and how often. We use this to identify power users as well as users who may be at risk. It’s also useful for checking whether our UI/UX is working well and where we might need to improve it.

What do you like best about the product?

Creating a chart is very easy and intuitive. The charts also look good and are easy to update. The browser extension is also very helpful and has a good UI

What do you dislike about the product?

While it is easy to create basic charts from simple calculations and queries, I have not found a clear way to handle more complex calculations for chart creation in Amplitude. This may be a gap in my understanding, but at the moment, the workflow does not feel very intuitive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us monitor user behavior and validate our decisions and assumptions. We also gather useful data on the timing and duration of user actions, which helps us optimize flows and set more appropriate values for timeouts and other numeric parameters.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to set everything up in Amplitude Analytics. I also appreciate the ability to create custom dashboards, which creates a more customized experience for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I hate that the dashboards are limited to 10 on the free plan.

I use Amplitude Analytics to collect product data, helping me understand how app users interact with my product and improve it based on these insights.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Amplitude Analytics has intuitive dashboards and graphs that make it easy to understand and drive actionable insights. It's especially helpful for understanding customer behavior and identifying drop-off points in customer journeys while also allowing us to measure business impact.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning curve can be a bit steep for new users, also if it can give downloadable Excel. Initial interaction is a bit confusing.

Amplitude Analytics helps us understand customer behavior and identify drop-off points. Its intuitive dashboards and graphs make it easy to drive actionable insights.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how Amplitude Analytics consistently improves its platform over time. I've been using it since they were still a startup, and over the past six years, I've seen a very drastic change in its performance and features. One feature I particularly appreciate is the PTO agent of AI, which is extremely helpful for users to perform self-service tasks without the need for an analyst. It also assists me in brainstorming root cause findings, speeding up investigations significantly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing come to my mind now. So far all good.

its little complicated and the frequent down time happens on the platform.
