Easy-to-Understand Interface with Intuitive Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Amplitude Analytics. I like how simple it is to understand. I like how you can delve into different aspects of the statistics easily and share the graphs and tables with other members of the team easily as well. Having an easy interface saves me time and makes it easier to understand.

I use Amplitude Analytics to see what's performing well or not and to plan the day ahead. The easy interface saves me time assessing statistics and helps me understand them better.
Real-Time Insights with Intuitive Funnels and Interactive Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude provides real-time data, which makes it easy to monitor user behavior as it happens. Building funnels is straightforward, and the overall navigation is intuitive. I also appreciate how interactive the platform is, allowing for quick exploration and analysis of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the logic are not very intuitiv, for example, actions like saving can be confusing. In my case, breakdown tables displayed only 100 rows, even though I had more survey participants, which required exporting the data to CSV to access the full dataset. Additionally, the platform requires a high level of attention to avoid mistakes when working with data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps solve the challenge of accessing and understanding real-time user behavior data, as well as collecting in-app survey insights. This allows us to quickly monitor how users interact with the product, gather direct feedback, identify issues or trends as they happen, and make faster, data-driven decisions.
User-Friendly Analytics with Great SDK Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the SDK supports all Apple platforms, including VisionOS, which is crucial for my Ping Pong game on Apple Vision Pro. Amplitude Analytics allows me to track all types of metrics, from user engagement to system health, which is invaluable. I appreciate the user-friendly UX that works very fast, and the huge event limits enabling me to track every user interaction, even multiple millions of events a month. The setup was extremely easy, and the API provided by the library is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish they have a convenient way to compare metrics for the last 2 releases to better understand the impact of the latest release.

Amplitude Analytics allows me to track all types of metrics from user engagement to system health with support for Apple platforms, including VisionOS.
Powerful Funnel & Behavioural Analytics, but Charting and Complex Queries Take Workarounds

The ability to quickly build funnels and segmentation without needing SQL, and the depth of behavioural analytics for understanding how users move through a product.

The chart-building UI can be unintuitive at first, and querying more complex datasets often requires workarounds rather than straightforward SQL access.

It gives our CRM and lifecycle team a reliable source of truth for user behaviour, helping us size audiences, validate Braze segments, and make evidence-based decisions on campaign targeting and messaging strategy.
Amplitude’s New AI - Amazing for Campaign Reporting

Amplitude is great - their new AI feature is amazing in terms of pulling reporting from campaigns.

Nothing that comes to mind - we've never ran into any major hiccups.

It makes it seamless for us to promote to our channels via in-app - and reporting on performance easy, too.

What I like most about Amplitude is how easy it makes it to understand user behavior without constantly depending on engineering. The interface feels intuitive, and you can quickly build analyses like funnels, cohorts, or retention without it being overwhelming.
I also like how flexible it is. You can explore the data freely and answer new questions as they come up instead of being limited to static reports. It makes it much easier to connect what users are actually doing with the decisions you make.

One downside is that it can take some time to get fully comfortable with it, especially when setting up tracking correctly. If the data isn’t implemented well from the start, it can get messy and harder to trust later on.
It can also feel a bit overwhelming at times because there are so many features and options. For more advanced use cases, the learning curve is definitely there, and some things aren’t as straightforward as they could be.
On top of that, it’s quite expensive compared to some competitors, which can be a barrier depending on the size of the team or budget.

Amplitude helps us understand how users actually interact with our product, not just surface-level metrics. It solves the problem of guessing why users drop off or what drives engagement by giving clear visibility into user journeys, funnels, and retention.
This makes a big difference because we can base decisions on real behavior instead of assumptions. It helps identify friction points, optimize conversion flows, and prioritize product or marketing changes that actually impact user experience and growth.

Customizable Dashboards and Powerful Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude gives us opportunity to build the dashboard for our all purpose reports. It is customizable, you can have as many reports as you need, track your performance- from traffic to retention. Support is very helpful whenever we need it, but the ai agent is also very helpful to have almost all questions answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit complex when you want to build a custom report, but once you figure it out, the nexts are going much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helped us make data driven decisions, improve both conversion and retentions rates. We stopped guessing where our main problem was and started reling on actual data that helped us improve the performance overall. we have seen where our main traffic is coming, what industries are mostly converting into real customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Amplitude Analytics for tracking event-based data because it's easy to use and anyone can easily check the data. I appreciate the ease of use and simplicity of the tool, and it's easy to track data and see the cohort analysis easily. The UI makes customer interactions over the web clear, and the initial setup was quite easy and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that complex analysis can't be done, like checking the number of failed events before a successful event. Also, I would like improvements in comparing events over time to get insights.

Amplitude Analytics helps me track event-based data easily with its intuitive self-serve platform. I like its simplicity, and the tool makes data tracking and cohort analysis straightforward, improving UI interaction insights. Setting it up was quite convenient.
