Feature-Rich A/B Testing and Targeting for Geolocation and Dynamic Pricing

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features to explore here: user profiles, tracking, segmentation, feature flags, web experiments, A/B testing, and more. We use it heavily for geolocation-specific A/B testing, and to target users with dynamic pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and cost are important factors to consider while using this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to make data-driven decisions by running experiments and gradually rolling out features. The integration with frontend application is so much each. The console is easy to understand. Now there is no guess work as we can trace the user activity session by session no matter how many devices are used by the user.

Clean, Intuitive Dashboards That Make Analytics Easy for Everyone

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Amplitude and really like how clean and intuitive the dashboard feels. The UI/UX is well designed, and it’s easy to filter users, build funnels, create cohorts, and work with charts without much effort.

What stands out is how simple it is for non-tech teams to use. You don’t need deep technical knowledge to get value from it, and the third-party integrations make it easy to fit into your workflow.

Overall, it’s a powerful and user-friendly analytics tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issue is pricing. As your data grows, costs can increase quite fast, which makes it less friendly for startups or teams trying to stay lean.
Overall, it’s great for ease of use, but can feel restrictive and expensive as you scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is clarity. I can quickly see what’s working and what’s not without relying too much on developers or raw data. It helps in making faster product decisions, improving user experience, and identifying growth opportunities based on real user behavior instead of assumptions.

Empowers Teams with Intuitive UI and Real-Time Insights

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Amplitude Analytics for its easy UI, which empowers stakeholders to self-serve data. It has robust funnel reporting capabilities and allows for easy data management as an admin. I appreciate the 'No SQL self-serve' feature that means once event tracking is set up, there's no need to depend on technical team members for analyses. The real-time visibility is great; events come in live, and teams can troubleshoot issues quickly for fast decision-making. Additionally, the intuitive UI makes it easy to drill down data, and the charts function as expected. The initial setup was also easy for me, particularly because I had previous experience with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
If events aren't implemented correctly with a proper schema, this can complicate Amplitude Analytics as a reporting tool so the admin needs to be on top of managing the flow/ingestion of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics offers an easy UI for stakeholders to self-serve data, robust funnel reporting, and a intuitive UI to drill down data. Real-time visibility allows quick troubleshooting and speedy decision-making. No SQL self-serve means I don't depend on technical team members.

It helps me find solutions to questions I have without needing to reach out to support or go on Google Search, providing a very thorough and holistic summary of all my needs. What do you dislike about the product?
Customization options. Would like more features available and overall the ability to customize to my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics for tracking performance and making better business decisions. The built-in AI feature helps me get answers faster without needing support. It offers visibility into tracking, performance monitoring, and allows sharing data externally, making it a great upgrade from Mixpanel.

I also find it helpful for analyzing new versus existing users, new variants, and regional differences. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to load the event.

Easy, Flexible Insights into User Behavior with Amplitude Analytics

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Amplitude Analytics most for how easy it makes understanding user behavior without needing deep technical skills. The event-based tracking is really flexible, and the visual dashboards help me quickly see what’s working and where users drop off. It’s especially useful for making data-driven decisions fast, without relying heavily on engineering teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I’m being honest, what I dislike most is that it can get pretty complex and overwhelming at times, especially when setting up events and trying to keep tracking consistent across a product. The pricing can also be a bit high as you scale, and some of the more advanced features have a learning curve that isn’t always intuitive at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics is solving the problem of not really knowing how users interact with a product beyond surface-level metrics. Instead of guessing or relying on incomplete data, it gives clear visibility into user journeys, behaviors, and drop-off points.

That benefits me by helping me make better, data-driven decisions quickly. I can identify what features are actually being used, where users get stuck, and what drives retention, which ultimately helps improve the product and user experience without relying on assumptions.

Versatile, But Demands Patience

  • April 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of Amplitude Analytics and the AI chat feature. The AI chat lowers the barrier to understanding what's possible, making it easier to explore the software's capabilities. I find it great when I can just ask a question in Slack, and it responds for everyone to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit slow at times, so much data to load and no way to speed it up. It's a lot to understand and learn too, finding it a bit difficult but as with any system. Kind of like Tableau, it's super versatile but takes effort to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps us monitor changes in customer engagement and user traction by account. It provides versatile analytics, but can be slow and requires effort to learn.
