Responsive Interface, Easy Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface a lot—it’s clean, very responsive, and works fast. The JS SDK is also straightforward to implement and use, which makes integration easy. They offer solid reporting capabilities with templates, so it’s simple to set things up and track what I need. Funnel tracking is well done too, and you can add custom events there that match specific criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before the JS SDK was not that great out of the box so you have to implement web page visit tracking yourself, but looking now at it, they fixed it already
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to track visitor actions and reliably collect events, including custom ones. Its event-based system makes it easy for me to search through the data and generate reports, so I can access specific user profiles, see the exact actions they performed, and track sales funnels.
Excellent Tool for Behavioral Analytics and Backend Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The behavioral analysis is powerful, and the granularity of event tracking is exceptional. It is very easy to integrate via REST APIs and SDKs, which is a huge plus for automation and backend workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be quite steep for non-technical team members. Additionally, the pricing model can scale very quickly as event volume increases.

We use Amplitude to identify user drop-off points in our conversion funnels. This allows us to make data-driven decisions to optimize the user journey and significantly improve our conversion rates.
Powerful Yet Slightly Complex Product Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Amplitude Analytics is how straightforward it is to understand user behavior. The funnel, retention, and segmentation reports make it easy to see where users drop off and what’s driving engagement. It’s a powerful tool, but it still feels accessible for non-technical teams, since you can get meaningful insights without needing SQL.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Amplitude Analytics is that it can feel overwhelming at first because of the sheer number of features and reports available. There’s definitely a learning curve, particularly when it comes to setting up events correctly and making sure everything is tracked the way you intend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my business requirements, I track daily sales of credit cards and its day on day trends of sales and savings account spending, deposit and so on with the help of Amplitude.
Customizable Data Makes Marketing Analysis a Breeze

The ability to customize data sources and create different visuals really helps in sharing meaningful data. I also appreciate the marketing analytics section where I can see top-level metrics and AI visibility reports, making it easier to analyze data from an SEO perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that's a bit complicated is the number of events and filters available. It takes a lot of sorting to get what you need. I believe the initial setup wasn't the easiest due to the amount of data points we had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to track our marketing efforts. It solves the problem of displaying data in a comprehensible way for everyone, with customizable sources and visuals. I especially appreciate the marketing analytics and AI visibility reports for SEO analysis.
Easy Visualization with Stellar Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the huge functionality of Amplitude Analytics, like visualizing our events on a daily or monthly basis with the ability to filter by properties and group them. I love that it provides a private workspace and lets me share it with anyone anytime. It's easy to use, and I can create a variety of charts or graphs which makes setting it up a breeze, and the documentation is well done. It's super easy to visualize my event data based on different values and frequencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like finding device IDs from Amplitude Analytics. We don't know what our device ID is in Amplitude, so maybe it could use similar ID or name kinds.

Seamless Data Integration, Intuitive Dashboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I use Amplitude Analytics for product, cohort, and UX analysis. I like that it allows building intuitive dashboards without needing to know SQL. I appreciate the many native integrations, which enable collating data from multiple platforms. We can easily manage front-end tracking needs, conversion touchpoints on email and other channels, and backend data of clients. This helps us do attribution much better on what channels are working. I also like the drag-and-drop features and found the initial setup pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the filtering out of PII for some connectors. It would be great if there was more configurability on the integration channels.

The generation of flexible charts is appealing, but there is room for improvement in CSV export.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Amplitude Analytics allows you to easily create charts for any complex conditions with some ingenuity. Additionally, it is very convenient to set it up according to customer attributes. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
・There are limitations when exporting CSV. Although charts with nice attributes are produced, if there are too many lines or bars, I want to export the CSV to process it myself. ・Box plots and scatter plots cannot be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will resolve the analysis of screen transitions and click operations. The differences between types will also become easier to see. Setting by customer attributes is particularly convenient.

It's easy to create metrics that matter to the work, making it straightforward to know if the business is reaching its goals. I find the initial setup very straightforward, thanks to the default events and setup that ease the implementation for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Likely a gap in not having data experts in-house, but I find it challenging to know if my implementation of custom events aligns with best practices.

Easy Verification and Smooth Implementation for Developers
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, I mainly appreciate how easy it is to verify what was sent. Also most of the implementation was quite simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re using the RudderStack integration for our implementation, and session tracking has been a bit complicated and finicky. We still haven’t been able to get it fully working the way we would expect.
We have some other issues, but most seem to stem from fact we need to use rudderstack instead of amplitude SDK directly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregation of user behavior. (I’m still speaking only as a developer, not as the target audience.)
