Effortless Proposal Sending, Minimal Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc extremely valuable for its overall reliability and performance. The software 'just works' effectively, unlike our previous solution, Proposify, which was plagued with interface bugs and usability issues. Since switching, I've experienced significantly fewer bugs and end-user problems, making my tasks smoother and more efficient. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, contributing to faster implementation and usability. I particularly appreciate the template architecture and its seamless integration with HubSpot, which has facilitated a smoother workflow. The ease of copying text and manipulating data impresses me and positively impacts our proposal sending process. The excellent user experience provided by the lack of bugs is a compelling reason for me to continue using PandaDoc and consider purchasing it again in the future. Additionally, the overall ease of use and the efficient handling of proposals enhance productivity and streamline operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the HubSpot integration and data migration has been a little bit challenging to get through. We are figuring it out, but my marketing team has found some challenges figuring a few things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that PandaDoc just works really well, with fewer bugs and an easier-to-navigate interface compared to Proposify, making proposal sending smoother.
Great Templates
What do you like best about the product?
The templates for letters and emails are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Schedule Send" is not an option at this time.

Tracking of official job offer letters .

It allows us get every information we need about a staff in one place which helps saves time on recruitment

It has a lot of columns some of which are not really needed.

Pandadoc solves the problem of having too many documents or forms because it has all information in one form

Easy to use and has been able to scale well with us as our company has grown.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility within the product to search and report. The copy and paste feature can be really funky at times as well. I would love to see a pricing table that can be added that shows the totals of each unique pricing table. It would be great if we could assign an internal PO number to contracts.

Professional Agreements Made Easy, But Best for Frequent Users
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc enables me to produce polished and professional service agreements in a very short amount of time. It's very easy to customise the documents to match the clients branding.

The primary downside is that it only proves to be genuinely cost effective if you frequently send out service agreements.

This tool is perfect for swiftly drafting service agreements and securing signatures with little hassle.
Effortless E-Signatures, But Formatting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to send e-signature forms to new customers and make quick edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting can be a bit difficult. Sometimes I want to customize how a page looks, and it's not super easy to do that.

PandaDoc allows me to easily send new customers agreements. This benefits me because I can close more deals in less time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how PandaDoc minimizes the back and forth of emails by allowing clients to fill out information directly from proposals, streamlining the process significantly. This makes it easier to gather all necessary details for writing contracts, saving time and reducing errors that could occur through manual data entry or forgetting to ask specific questions over email. I find the digital signature feature incredibly beneficial, as it simplifies the signing process for clients, who no longer have to download documents, sign them, and re-upload them. This ease of electronic signing was a major factor in our decision to choose PandaDoc. The ability to customize and use templates across our organization is also a valuable feature, as it facilitates consistency and efficiency in document creation. Furthermore, the simplicity with which documents and information can be sent back and forth is highly appreciated as it supports smooth operations.
What do you dislike about the product?

The structures and methods of doing things in PandaDoc are something you have to get used to, and it took me a bit of time to achieve the desired output.","I feel that designing documents within PandaDoc is cumbersome. It's not facilitated with a drag-and-drop feature, which complicates the creation of templates and makes the process feel a bit outdated compared to tools like Canva. We often have to design the background parts in Canva and then upload them as a page background in PandaDoc, which becomes annoying when changes are necessary. Managing the design aspect between these platforms feels inefficient.","The lack of integration with Salesforce due to the version we are using is a limitation. As a user who employs Salesforce alongside PandaDoc, not being able to integrate the two due to our Salesforce level restricts our workflow."}

I really appreciate PandaDoc for its simplicity and ease of use, which allows me to navigate the system without any difficulties. The straightforward setup process was unlike any other software I've used before, making it easy to assign staff access and start creating templates. That's important because we use it for a wide variety of documents like proposals, statements of work, and confidentiality agreements. The pre-prepared templates are extremely time-saving and the ability to use variables, especially for dates when documents are created or sent, is very useful for tracking document timelines and expirations. It's incredibly convenient that PandaDoc notifies me when customers have signed agreements, eliminating the need for constant checking, and showing our professionalism through well-presented documents. The standardization of templates helps maintain uniformity across sales team outputs, so I never have to worry about inconsistencies. Additionally, the ability to track analytics and view monthly activity keeps me informed and aware of how well we are performing. Overall, it significantly boosts efficiency and impact in document creation and management.

I find the cost tables and rows somewhat rigid, offering little flexibility. It makes it challenging to customize them as needed. Additionally, it can be quite difficult at times to layout and format the page, as I would like more freedom to drag and adjust different items on the document.

I find PandaDoc saves me time with template creation for agreements and notifications for signed documents. It enhances professionalism and standardization in my team, ensuring consistent, presentable documents.
Ease of Quotation and Electronic Signature with PandaDoc

I greatly appreciate the ease of use offered by PandaDoc, particularly in the design of quotes and electronic signatures. The entire setup process went smoothly, especially thanks to the effective integration with Hubspot, which enhanced our user experience. The simplicity with which quotes can be designed and signed electronically is a major asset, as is the automatic reminder feature for signatures on these quotes. These features make the use of the product very intuitive and efficient on a daily basis.

I find that the way to change the signatories or add multiple signatories in the quotes can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc to be a very compelling choice, particularly due to its pricing, which makes it a great value compared to other options like DocuSign. I appreciate how seamless it is to use, as it allows me to send out documents to customers in a timely fashion, enabling us to conduct more business efficiently. I love the quick manner in which documents are processed, as it allows all parties involved to sign promptly. Additionally, the updates provided about where the signature is at, whether people have viewed the document, and whether they have signed, are incredibly useful. These features make the entire process much more streamlined and effective, ensuring smooth transactions.
