Polished, Professional Proposals with Seamless Client Signing

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how polished and professional the proposals look. It elevates the presentation of my consulting services and makes the entire signing process seamless for clients. The ability to track when a document is opened is also incredibly useful for follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more useful analytics and integrations are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which can be a bit steep for a smaller consulting operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me present a more polished, professional image to my clients. Instead of sending static PDFs, I can send interactive proposals that are easy for clients to sign on any device. This has improved my turnaround time and makes my consulting business look much more established.

Effortless Document Signatures, Seamless Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc is easily accessible and easy to navigate. It allows us to send documents for virtual signature instead of having to do it in person, which is really convenient. I also appreciate that it integrates with our software, making the process easy. We switched from DocuSign to PandaDoc mainly because I think it has a better interface and more advanced features. The initial setup for our team was easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be hard to find documents in the initial search. Also, we have issues with font sizing. These are minimal, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows us to send documents for virtual signature instead of in person, and it integrates with our software, making it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to use, especially when it comes to signing e-contracts for my agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am quite satisfied with using PandaDoc for my work. However, at times, setting up the payment integration can be hectic and a bit difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signing contracts and using the built-in templates has made things much easier for me. I don’t have to create them myself anymore, and it’s simple to send contracts to my clients for signing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to transform a template and customize it to be in-brand with PandaDoc. The ability to make each page a unique area for displaying information and saving it as templates for different agreements is really helpful. The initial setup was quite straightforward, and the videos in the knowledge base are quite illustrative.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of adding new people to a specific agreement a bit cranky with pop-ups. It would be better if it could just expand on the right-hand side where all the contacts are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to create user agreements, displaying basic info and product features. It simplifies template customization, allowing unique display of information and template saving for different agreements.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to download or save the document after I sign it. Plus, I enjoy that I can go back and look at the documents after they're completed, which isn't something all platforms allow unless you save it. The initial setup of PandaDoc is also super easy and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I'm not always able to easily navigate where I left off if I don't finish in one sitting. Picking up where I left off by saving progress and being able to easily navigate where to start when I reopen a document could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for signing documents in onboarding and salary changes. I can easily download or save them after signing, and revisit completed documents, unlike other platforms.

Seamless Integration with Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc integrates nicely with our platform, making it easy to manage client and trade partner signatures. The design is appealing, and the API integrations are excellent. The white-labeled signatures add a professional touch. I also enjoy that PandaDoc is rooted in the sales world, allowing users to add graphics and photos to documents. The templates are a handy feature. I appreciate that it can be integrated with our native software and even more with Stripe and QuickBooks. It was somewhat easy to roll out initially. The support and documentation provided by PandaDoc have been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model per user has been a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc integrates well with our platform, managing client and trade partner signatures seamlessly. I appreciate its design, API integrations, and white-labeled signatures. It's rooted in the sales world, allowing for graphics in documents, and the support and documentation are helpful.

Time-Saving Templates with Few Limitations

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create templates and edit them as we prepare contracts in PandaDoc. I also like the ability to replace a document and not have to add all of the 'signature' tabs over again; they remain in the same place as with the original document before it was replaced. I also like the option to copy the document and then rename it, which means we don't have to create another contract, especially if it is for the same Franchisee with all the critical information being identical. Using PDF and the ability to bring in images from other documents uploaded to the Image Library is a great feature. The company also found PandaDoc to be more cost-effective, and the integration of other tools is a more seamless and cleaner process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now a big problem we are having is that when we use the template, we aren't able to place the 'field' labels without holding the Shift key and then that is even a little shaky. One thing that would help us to get these issues resolved is a better way to contact the Help Desk and interact with a Human instead of an automated machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves repetitive work by allowing us to create document templates, saving time in contract preparation. I like the ability to replace documents without losing signature tabs, and to copy and rename documents, avoiding the constant recreation of contracts, especially for the same Franchisee.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for signing contracts with my customers and I like how it improves organization and provides signature validation. It's got a good workflow and editing capabilities, which I find to be a great feature. Being able to edit documents is especially useful if information gets updated during price negotiations. I like PandaDoc; I haven't faced any issues with it. We are integrating it with Salesforce, and the initial setup was easy thanks to my IT department.

Easy to Use and Speeds Up Document Signing

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is generally easy to use, and it definitely helps me complete documents very quickly. Even when I need to go back to check a document and review the information, I can do that without any issues. I use it for employee verification, and also for any add-on requests that I need to share with the client, so they can sign the documents for orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels slow in working on the docs in Pandadoc, and there is limited usage as I don't have an admin role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For any new orders I’m working on as an account manager, I find it helpful to create a document with all the required related details and share it with the necessary stakeholders for approval, and then with the client for signature. Once that’s done, I can download the document after all signatures are completed, and it also come to my email inbox. Additionally, when I create a document, I receive an email notification when someone opens it and when they sign it, along with the timeline, which is really helpful.
