Love the name, love the functionality!
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. The fields function for creating templates. How easy it is to change images. Just overall how easy everything is!
What do you dislike about the product?
Took me a little while to "get" it. Somewhat intuitive, but some of the formatting features weren't logical, initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to create proposals and track them. Love being able to see what the recipient viewed. Always the cost page!
Easy to use and intuitive design
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing that the document has been viewed and completed immediately after the signer reads it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the pdf would download completed all pages in one file instead of individual pages as individual files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a diverse and large area of clients in Western NY that cannot come to us to sign documents, this software is easy to access and easy for even computer-illiterate and less tech-savvy clients to access and sign the documents we have to retain.
Pandadoc does all the things our company needed, and then some, for a great price.
What do you like best about the product?
The pricing is very affordable and you can also use advanced functionality. I appreciate that more tech-savvy users can juice interesting features from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally, the inputs are difficult to align properly (until I learned to use the arrow keys). The original functionality should not snap things to the grid. A toggle between states would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows us to make sure all of our documents are tracked and signed properly. Productivity has increased and we no longer miss documents. No missing documents means more money.
It is very user friendly with all fields which are require, readable very clearly and efficient.

its free to use as well as you can you can easy to generate esign docs in minutes. plus its user friendly and you will get notification right away or you can see

whenever we edit the document its needs to start all over again.

Easy and Intuitive To Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and intuitive. I love that you can collect payments upon signing!

I can't think of anything! I love its ease of use!

It's solving multiple emails with contracts and then payment - all in one document ready to go.
This service is very reliable and fast, and the customer service is top notch

They are very quick and professional, the platform is easy to use and organizes all of my documents in one place and makes it very easy to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I have yet to run into something I didn't like, other than I wish the boxes for the signature lines were easier to place.

It is making it very easy for my out of state employees to view and sign their documents.
Great Contracting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has helped us streamline our contracting process, and has eliminated many previously manual hours of effort spent getting contracts out the door.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find the tool to be easy to use and haven't faced any significant issues as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying out contracting process and making it easy for us to get payments from our customers via the Stripe integration.
Love the product. Simple, seamless and great for SMB / Midmarket companies.

Revisions are really easy, and all the signing permissioning

Makes Everything Incredibly Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use, even for our customers who are not tech-savvy. And that its very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found something that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to drive back to a customer's home to get their signature. And we can edit and resend a contract in very little time if needed.
Improved experience for both my customers and I
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Pandadoc is that I can send all of my pricing, with product videos and a link to apply for finance on an easy-to-navigate, professional-looking platform with the capability of DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike a single thing about Pandadoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is making doing business with my organization easier. I believe that if doing business is easy, the customer will continue to do business with us and consider alternative options must less. That is what Pandadoc is currently doing for me.
