Best Electronic Document Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The price and the unlimited envelopes. The setup is also very user-friendly. I was used to setting up templates in DocuSign and it is set up almost the same way
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really with the product. We have had some instances of down time but the tech support has been very supportive and will get back to you in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of us getting our contracts back quickly. Before PandaDoc my reps used a form that was embedded on our website it was difficult to find and also difficult to use. We get triple the contracts back now using PandaDoc
Easy & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It is both easy and efficient. The templates make the NDA & SOW process seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I haven't liked about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy digital document reviews and signatures are very beneficial.
Reliable, easy to use. Ideal for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Uploading PDF or Word documents is simple, and fields are easy to set up. I enjoy the fact that you don't have to attach PDF documents in emails which someone then has to print, sign and scan (or use a PDF writer)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The only downside is that certain fields are only available in the Paid For version

Sending Contracts and Agreements to business partners and clients professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
PanadaDoc saves me hours of time and mass amounts of frustration when it comes to creating proposals and contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few glitches on the mobile app, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines our client onboarding process. It's benefited me by giving me clarity into our process and allows me to save hours doing it manually.
Great Service even on a free tier
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use interface to create the docs quickly. The free tier is enough when you sign contracts from time to time. If we were signing contracts all the time, we would probably upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to dislike anything when they provide the service for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly signing the contract by clients, eliminating the pain point of them having to print and scan documents.
No-Brainer
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use...makes it easy to create new templates, edit agreements, track views, time spent by clients reviewing the docs etc etc. Even the least tech savvy clients can easily sign and submit and at the risk of jinxing myself, PandaDoc's not buggy like my old software....just easy all around

I'm sure I could think of something if I thought about it hard enough, but nothing's coming to mind

It allows us to make changes to agreement templates as necessary and anyone on the team can do it, they don't need to be tech-y. Sales can send out agreements to closed clients on the spot, day or night, to capitalize on momentum, and intuitive for clients to fill out and submit
Fast, easy, elegant solution
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it easy to build beautiful sales proposals, monitor engagement and gather signatures. The integration with Salesforce and Hubspot is simple and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see PandaDoc continue to build out its new forms functionality with conditional logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes creating personallized proposals faster, enables document tracking (who viewed what pages, when) and enables us to enter into agreements with the integration electronic signature functionality. It also automates workflow for reviews.
Super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
As per the title, PandaDoc is very user-friendly. I use it for all my contracts; it makes e-signing so simple for my clients and me! In sales, you want to remove every possible reason for preventing a deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about PandaDoc; it does everything I expect it to every time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using PandaDoc, I was sending PDFs to clients which made it slightly harder for some to sign. I want the process to be super easy for them. One other e-signature solution I tried was very clunky, making the process take longer than I liked.

Love the functionality of the program. It's easy to use and it has lots of templates to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked. everything worked well.

It makes the writing of a proposal a whole lot easier
