Professional Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy and simple to use and gives me the professionalism that I want to portray in my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about PandaDoc. It may be a little pricey monthly. I think they could come up with an in -between price point for those who don't need it as frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping me to securely exchange needed documents with my clients in a safe and secure way, and makes my business productive. The documents I need are signed in a timely manner and distributed to everyone who needs them in one session

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is really easy to use. It only takes me minutes to prepare documents to send to our customers. I send a lot of contracts, and PandaDoc's features help me to get them signed in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to make more than one attempt because of some sort of glitch, but it's not bad because of how easy it is to use the app. I'm sure PandaDoc will get it resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc saves me time. Customers are able to sign contracts quickly and easily. My team is able to collaborate efficiently with PandaDoc. We all really love it.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is incredibly easy to use. When we need legal documents from persons not living in our area or who cannot come on site, it is wonderful to be able to create the document and have it signed instantaneously at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I accidentally created a document and cannot delete it. Not exclusive to PandaDoc.... It is so frustrating to miss a letter or symbol in an email and have it not delivered. Seems to be a few gliches in the home screen, When I trying to click to view completed documents the screen scrolls to the next option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to complete documents for out of town clients so that they can participate in our program. This has allowed us to continue with our program despite the pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can send documents to be signed/dated and even have a client pay all through PandaDoc. Everything I need in one platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there is nothing I do not dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gift of time. Before I would email documents and have the client print out, sign, then scan it back to me. Depending on the client this can take hours up to days to complete.
Best E-Sign Cloud based software I have ever used!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadocs is super easy and fast. No installation of software. It's straightforward to use. Hard to believe that the e-sign feature is 100% free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were possible to obtain the link for distribution without sending the email to the recipient from Pandadoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have quotes signed. The old way of sending a pdf via email means our customers must print, sign, and scan the sections. Who has time for that? No one. Instead, they don't sign quotes, and we cannot get the project started without multiple follow-ups. Time is money, and in Automotive manufacturing, there never is enough time. Pandadoc ensures that our customers e-sign in seconds from any device, anywhere in the world. This is such a time saver and service; it makes us look good.

Bridging the gap in meeting my interisland clients, It provides the automated e-signatures which allow up to obtain approval as quick as possible to onboard projects

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited editing tools.
It is a bit difficult to manipulate the data in tables.More attention needs to be paid to the editing tools.
Too much spacing between elements such as text boxes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, we have an issue where the business documents ie, letters, contracts etc. Are not uniformed across the different departments. Pandadoc gives one the opportunity opportunity ate easily generated tenplates

Love the shareable link facility so can be sent as a message in whattsapp or text.

Nothing to dislike, all really good. More than adequate for my needs.

Online transferring of documentation. Allows me to process sales faster and easily achieve results.
The Best E-Signing Platform Used
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is Clean and Neat, allowing for Scheduling and availability of Free Trial Periods. The Validation Certification which is always available with downloading the Signed Document is also a Big Plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be Honest. It is a Simple Platform that offers more than Expected Productivity Tools. Final Alert of Configurations before confirmation of Send, as more often than not, I may have forgotten to Switch on the Signature Flows, and all User receive the Document at the Same Time although someone could be a Mid Step Reviewer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving to Digital Business Archiving with tremendous Reduction of Papers in the Office Space. It also saves on the Courier Fees for Cross Country Documents. Yes definitely we are enjoying using PandaDoc.
Easy to use and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows us to make edits to our saved templates at an individual document level. The newly added collaboration feature as well allows us to have external users review and approve changes before they are sent to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's gotten better, but when using tables there is not always a good way to format all the text. The font and sizing is supposed to be set at the admin level however, this doesn't seem to always correspond to the documents. Rare occasions do the emails land in new users junk mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency and simplicity to our contract management process. Customer experience with our external users signing these documents is very important to our relationships and PandaDoc's ease of use really compliments this goal.
