Easy to use application
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to send documents quickly to our customers for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creates a lot of cookies. You must clear your cache frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no issues they are currently working on.
Time is Money
What do you like best about the product?
I can make templates for different types of agreements that we send. It saves me time and allows me to move on to the next customer quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like. My work saves live as I write it. If my page somehow gets refreshed on accident, sometimes the work doesn't fully save, but at least I don't have to start over altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc removes PDF attachments from being attached in emails. It's one master link, even if I go back in and make edits. Customers have just one link to work with and that link is forwardable.
Time saving tool and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - the user interface is quick to learn and makes it easy to upload documents for clients to sign. Client take-up is quick and response times are fast, so all in all a very simple system to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. I was hesitant to learn at first as I am very old school but once the first document was completed, I've started using it more and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Building Contracts are paper intensive, so the admin involved in preparing, printing, binding, meeting with a client for face to face signing, then scanning the same document back in is propbably the biggest time saving change in our process.
It's so easy to learn and I have never had problems in the past.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, easy to teach others, best for office jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I haven't had any issues since using panda docs. I have no negative things to report

I like how easy it is to edit your documents, it's made it much easier to send multiple documents at once

I like the convenience that PandaDocs offers. The reminder is excellent too.

I don't like something everything moves when I am working on a document.

PandaDoc is Solid
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup and normal usage. Once setup the normal usage is painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't run into a downside yet. Maybe some size-editing possible in the picture frame.

Getting info forms signed.
Solid Platform, Reasonable Price Point, User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive on desktop and mobile, the pricing tiers are reasonable, and the integrations (such as payments) work well. Definitely better than competing products such as DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. The product is straightforward, gets the job done, and is a complete solution to my organization's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for contracts and payments. The benefit is my business can be 100% paperless and more productive.
Panda Doc works great
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is user-friendly. It works for myself, and my customers. So quick to fill out and send. It sure is a lifesaver during the covid 19 pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is anything that I dislike. No complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our "Statement of Work" is customized for each client, and Panda Doc makes it easy to upload whatever we need to for signing. Again, using Panda Doc during the pandemic has been invaluable.
Excellent and FREE! Unlike Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
I use Panda Doc with all my client's approval on all their selection items for million-dollar custom beach homes. Works seamlessly every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I don't like about Panda doc. It's easy, fast and free. It gets the job done and make my job easier.

Client approval of selections before they are purchased.
