Great document management tool
What do you like best about the product?
We like PandaDoc largely because there is no cost and it is effective for the level of service we currently need. It also has some very robust features that we expect to grow into. The filing system let's use build a manual workflow for post-processing organization and, when needed, easy document retrieval.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional requests to enable features we have specifically chosen to not use at this time. Included in this is the online editing capability which doesn't do the best job at editing, specifically related to how it interprets page layout such as check boxes and initials underlined spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and managing customer documents that require signature. This has been invaluable in helping us standardize a process whereby we know the status of all documents out for signature and, when needed, being able to easily retrieve them in the future.
Panda Doc is great, highly recomend.
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is great. I used to use DocuSign and it was expensive and let me down twice when it really mattered; customer service was hopeless. Found PandaDoc from some helpful reviews and now have been using it for about a year and love it. Just easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small suggestion, maybe a 2nd email could be included from teams sending out. All seems to go from the account email. You could select what email to send from.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to make it easy for clients to sign paperwork. Knowing when they open and sign the document is hugely helpful. We use as a team, so there are 3 different users on the account.

Nothing about this software turns me off, it's easy to use

Sometimes the bugs have slowed down my sales process, but overall we are satisfied

Making sales with clients, sending IOs, making the process very simply

The lower tier packages doesn't have the option to copy/paste a table from another document.

Faster client onboarding. This platform helps my company shorten the gap between inquiries and signed agreements!
Excellent tool for sending proposals and easy customer use
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create multiple templates as well ease of customer use to quickly close a deal.

Sometimes PD goes to junk or spam; however, I also send link to sign just in case.

Sending multiple proposals of same type to many customers. Template very helpful over sending individual documents via SalesForce.

I honestly cannot think of any downsides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is constantly sending out DOCS to be signed and before PandaDoc we were emailing them to customers and they would have to print and sign. This makes it so much easier on our customers as well
Very friendly UI and UX making it faster and easier to get deals done!

You can tell when the prospect has viewed the document, how long they've spent on the document and the moment that they approve with great notifications.

I can't think of anything to dislike about Pandadoc.

We used to manually email and sign items with very little organization. This has helped simplify and organize documents to be easily found and archived.
