An excellent app for proposals and documents
What do you like best about the product?
Having used a lot of similar apps in the past, I found Pandadoc incredibly easy to use, with virtually no need to use their support or help forums. It's quick and easy to get started and start putting documents together. The theme templates make setting everything up easy, and the pricing table is a joy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, but if there is one improvement, I could suggest it would be the integration with HubSpot, but at the time of writing this, I understand there are new features on the way which should improve this. It does work, so this is not a complaint, but updating the charges on PD and updating the deal amount in HS would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc has made putting together complex proposals a breeze. The content library means that all staff have access to parts of documents that they can easily add to new proposals without having to reinvent the wheel every time. It's saved hours in terms of getting proposals to prospective clients.
Great alternative from many of the expensive digital signing programs. Would HIGHLY recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
Its functionality for its value is remarkable. Its easy to use and can be easily taught to other colleagues. Its clean, professional, and is putting up a good fight in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything. Obviously It would be nice to have all the features at a free price, but they allow an unprecedented amount of access compared to other subscription models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving being able to freely send and receive digital signatures from a completely customizable framework. It improves efficiency for both the office and the person signing.

I like that I can share my templates with my Company and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to produce proposals much faster than with other programs.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard has everything at a glance. So easy to follow once you begin using the platform. I love the fact that I have unlimited envelopes to send.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't dislike anything. I prefer this platform over competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some months I may have a couple of "envelopes" to send whereas other months I may have a substantial amount. Our previous platform had a limit and the cost to add more was substantial and honestly a waste of money.

Super easy to use! All of our customers like it and never have any issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I don't really like.

Panda Doc is literally everything we need for proposals and contrcats.

What do you like best about the product?
UI is great and the ability to really customize documents with ease is great. Love the integrated DocuSign feature as well as the tracking of users every time they open it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have a lot of issues. The bigger issue is I just don't take full advantage of the templates. Once I built my contract version, I have not even looked at the library. The organization of documents could be better laid out and organized though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a critical tool for a high growth small business for proposals, contracts, hiring new employees and sending out documents that I want to see when customers open the files - which I really love this feature. I can deliver a high-quality and customizable documents that are well branded and look very professional - and do it myself! Saves money right there.

I like PandaDoc because it's very easy to use and the platform is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about PandaDoc.

I can send documents that need people to fill out so they can do it in and I can collect them in a very easy way.

What do you like best about the product?
The library of reusable assets to create contract templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Integration with Hubspot needs to be done through Zapier for more advanced capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts in PandaDoc is much more a collaborative process. My clients can comment and modify the contract with ease. The signoff of contracts is great!
Using PandaDoc has been a breeze and our team loves the software.

Intuitive interface that's clean and easy to use. It integrates with many third-party apps and works well with Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run across dislikes honestly it's pretty good and the price is comparable with peer companies.

We needed a way to collaborate and send clients documents and PandaDoc was the solution.
Great document management and signing program
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive and free document signing and management program. Ended up upgrading the account to utilize some more advanced features down the line including making editable templates to simplify the process further.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning, certain documents being sent using PandaDoc were flagged as spam when sent to some users, but this was not always the case. Really can't complain given that the company offers so much of its platform for free and has some useful paid features as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document Management, using PandaDoc to have fillable templates made that are sent out for signing by multiple parties. Tracking the progress is simple and intuitive for both the sender and receiver of the documents.
