LOVE - totally recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is one place, user-friendly, I love that you can save templates to repeatedly use, I love that you can choose which signer fills out a section, and I am OBSESSED with the reminder tool! You can set the reminder tool to remind them every day, week, etc. This has gotten clients to sign documents a lot quicker and I'm so grateful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside: when you first go to send a document, you fill out the information for the recipient and for the sender (you), which is great ...BUT then when the document loads, it doesn't put in that information for you. Maybe I haven't figured out how to use it yet, but that's annoying. I put in their email and phone number but then it doesn't prefill that info in the document so I have to put it in again. That's a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to use, it doesn't take me long to create documents I need e-signed, but the biggest win with PandaDoc is the reminder tool. I love it automatically resends the doc to the client to remind them to sign it versus me having to remind them myself.

It is intuitive to use and helps us stay consistent with our documents.

Nothing at this time! It has been great and a huge improvement from how we were doing things before (everyone sharing templates).

We used to have templates for our contracts and other documents that employees had to manually edit. This also led to different language used by employees.
Excellent software for creating proposals
What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy the ease of use in PandaDoc. We are able to brand out proposals and agreements pretty quickly. Our clients like the ease of use for signing document as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the edit feautres are inconsistant from assest to asset within the document (like deleting a line in a table sometimes deletes a line and sometimes it wipes out the whole table and I have to CMD Z to get it back.

We are able to keep up with proposals easlity and setting expiration dates helps as well.

The intuitive interface allows for quick responses. Many possibilities, and new features, such as directly importing text blocks from a PDF document into Pandadoc!

Honestly, not much. The interface is clear and allows me to do exactly what I want!

I have gained in efficiency and consistency, the contracts are archived to easily find them when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
we have switched to the paid version and now the services are much better, easy to integrate with other applications, versatility in documents, formats and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, nothing besides the cost. I think they could improve a bit the ease of access to the configuration of some integrations and they should have the option to collect not only the card information but also the bank account information.

He showed me how to solve the language problem, it benefited me because our clients are from the United States.

PandaDoc is perfect if you need a free/affordable tool to get quick signatures on your documents. We use it weekly and couldn't recommend it more!
The option to be able to share a link for the signing document is also amazing because I can send the link directly via message, I don't need to send an email.

What do you dislike about the product?
The part that I dislike the most is the lack of some automation. I wish it let me set a signig order and allow an option like "Just see the document" where you dont need to sign it.
I would also love to have pre-filled information that should added automatically. For example, there should be a box specific for the name of the person that would place it automatically and that way they don't have to write their name in doc.

Quick signing platform that is free/affordable. Other platforms charge a lot and/or are not as easy or obvious to use. Panda doc is quick because you just need to upload the document, name and email of the people signing and that's it!
Affordable and easy to use event if it's your first time with digital signature !
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for an easy way to get my clients to digitally sign my documents and contracts. I tried a few of the available solutions and PandaDoc was my favourite and I use it for all my business documents. I would definitely recommend it!

I little more functions for the free account would be nice, but still it gives a lot for free!

What's not to like? Since i started using pandadoc i absolutely love it.
