Easy to use and everything I needed
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the analytics are very helpful. I used Hello sign before and Pandadocs gives me more for a better price and is easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet and I have been using it for months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get proposals out very quickly and with the analytics I can see exactly when they viewed it and what area they spent the most time viewing allowing me to have an idea of what the customer is thinking before we touch base again.
Slick and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to save pages as templates that can be used in other templates. The sample document library is extensive. Love the dashboard that enables you to see the status of all documents, Sent, Read, Expired, Closed... Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is well thought out; however, some basic pieces of data are missing from the dashboard views. PandaDoc is very responsive about adding new features to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has saved so much time, over our former application (Adobe Forms), in creating professional proposals all within our CRM application. Automatic reminders have been a great help in freeing up time to spend on servicing clients and prospects.
Extremely easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so clear. The notifications are clear and on time. The tools are made for just drag and drop. And on top of all, It is free for small business
What do you dislike about the product?
The boxes you add to the document can only be resized from the bottom right corner, so when you have to resize the boxes (signature, date, etc.), you have to keep relocating them as well

PandaDoc help me with Document tracking, document approvals, document signature processes, approval workflow online and almost instantly through e-mails or links
The whole process has been straightforward and easy to use for my business.

I like that it sends emails directly to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about using pandadoc.

I can have clients sign contracts electronically.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and a place to collect and store all of our documents, PandaDoc has helped us streamline and document our contracts for housing. We are saving trees, remaining legally safe, and documenting well. It is user-friendly for all parties!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the cost involved with upgrading but I do understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage issues and making sure all our signature fields are filled out.
Pandadoc's UI is simple and intuitive unlike some of the competition

Great tracking of the progress each signer has made on the doc.

Somewhat confusing when importing a doc from google drive, how it converts docs into an "editable doc"

PandaDoc makes all contracts a breeze for our team - we know the exact status of each document!
I use PandaDoc every day to have documents signed by our company president.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can send reminders, by the click of a button, when you haven't received a response in a day or so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Verifying signatures, by having to open the document before sending. It's not terrible, it just creates an additional 3 steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures when I work remotely and cannot just walk into an office physically.
Time Saver for us.....Convenience for our Clients
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of providing our clients with a completed document via email which they can electronically sign at their convenience. They no longer need to rush to our office during a lunch break or leave early so that we can get something filed with the court.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I have yet to find anything I dislike about this program. Actually, I would say that I would like the "send a reminder" option to be on the front screen and easier to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has solved the issue of our clients needing to rush to the office to sign a court pleading on their lunch break or leave work early to accomplish the task. Now we can simply email it to them and often times we have it back within an hour.
Simple and easy to use

Being able to integrate with hh sport is super helpful and saves so much time.
