Solid Platform, Reasonable Price Point, User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive on desktop and mobile, the pricing tiers are reasonable, and the integrations (such as payments) work well. Definitely better than competing products such as DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. The product is straightforward, gets the job done, and is a complete solution to my organization's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for contracts and payments. The benefit is my business can be 100% paperless and more productive.
Panda Doc works great
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is user-friendly. It works for myself, and my customers. So quick to fill out and send. It sure is a lifesaver during the covid 19 pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is anything that I dislike. No complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our "Statement of Work" is customized for each client, and Panda Doc makes it easy to upload whatever we need to for signing. Again, using Panda Doc during the pandemic has been invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Panda Doc with all my client's approval on all their selection items for million-dollar custom beach homes. Works seamlessly every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I don't like about Panda doc. It's easy, fast and free. It gets the job done and make my job easier.

Client approval of selections before they are purchased.

The program is easy to use. I find the e-mail confirmations very helpful and fast.

There are no downsides to using PandaDoc.

I do not have any issues with Panda Doc. It is very beneficial to have emails sent to me instead of having to go to the program. My performance has definitely increased.

Ease of use, flexibility, integration with hubspot and salesforce and we use it for general communication as well as quotes

1. I am in love with templates. Our manager works on templates and we can take bits and pieces of them.
2. I found it especially helpful an ability to have a list of custom contract options (payment terms, any other customisable options) to choose from when preparing a contract.
3. I like sharing and collaborating capabilities. Oftentimes I share presentations as pandadoc links, this way I can see which pages my prospects were looking at and how much time they spent on them. Very useful to see what caught their attention and what needs to be addressed.

What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing particularly disturbing. Sometimes I get annoyed when changing reminder and expiration settings as it takes a few extra clicks from the menu. But it is not that crucial.

Sharing contracts, presentations and some other legal documents is the key for me. Doing it manually would be troublesome and error prone

Panda Doc is very easy to use. It is definitely user friendly

Nothing as of yet. I find it really great.

I am able to get my documents to the insured and returned in a quick time frame.
Pandadoc makes digital signing easy
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is free in the basic version which is sooo good as a freelancer or small company!
The support is very quick and friendly and the system is very easy to handle.

A great, simple way to get quotes/documents done
What do you like best about the product?
The tables you can create as short cuts. Being able to access descriptions and pricing with a saved document folder saves so much time and gives us easy access.
What do you dislike about the product?
When learning anything new, everything comes with a learning curve. So just being able to adjust and figure out all the shortcuts and layouts. Panda Doc offers so much that it is tough to narrow down where to start.

PandaDoc eliminated the manual process of creating quotes and attaching descriptions and pricing. We have a lot of detailed products all at various price ranges.
Easy to Learn and Expands Beyond our original use
What do you like best about the product?
We chose pandadoc for the ability to collect secure signatures and payment information. As we continued to use the app we discovered that it was a great central location for all of our customer resources as well as internal office workflow. It was very easy to train and learn all the basics and then continue diving in with the live training and office hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the search feature in documents does not allow for searching within documents just the titles and users of the documents. I wish to search for responses in fillable fields example a customer types in their spouse's name into a fillable field and the spouse calls so we search for their name, or even a neighborhood name or town to be able to search for previous works in those areas. But they did send this feature to the team at pandadoc to hopefully one day see it added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The search feature because it gives us greater ability to find information on previous customers, previous work areas, as well as the sales team or crew that was involved on that specific job.
