Easy to Use with Great Features, But can have too Many Email Notifications.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use, straightforward implementation, and the range of features that benefit both my team and our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are both positive and negative aspects, particularly regarding the number of emails I receive when a document is being signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not restricted by a monthly limit on the number of e-signed documents.
Streamlines Document Processes with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for over a year, and it has been a fantastic experience throughout. I appreciate its straightforward setup, which one administrator could handle seamlessly, requiring no additional training due to its intuitive nature. PandaDoc's capacity for handling agreements and important documents effectively has been amazing, providing an easy and seamless process for securing client documents and tracking their review stages, which helps us meet deadlines efficiently. I love the collaboration features that allow inviting others to documents and real-time editing with clients, enhancing teamwork and communication. The visibility feature that alerts when a document is opened and reviewed is particularly valuable for keeping track of every stage. Additionally, integrating PandaDoc with our HubSpot instance has turned it into an incredibly effective tool, positively impacting our business workflow. Its user-friendly, customer-centric design keeps me satisfied, and I'm delighted with our decision to switch from DocuSign to PandaDoc due to its impressive capabilities and pricing. I've even recommended PandaDoc to a few existing clients, giving it a rating of 10 because I find it indispensable and foresee continuing our subscription long-term.

I find the product accelerates document processing, enabling seamless client agreements, improving tracking during reviews, and helping us close deals on time.
Seamless Salesforce Integration, the user management / setup is ok.
What do you like best about the product?
Seamlessly integrates with Salesforce. Very happy with the overall quality of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up groups and managing users. When having to update or add new users there is a disconnect between the admin and the new user. For the most part it works well once it's setup. That is the only negative and it's really not a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrates with Salesforce so all of our quotes are integrated and ultimately saved to the opportunity. Pandadoc is a great value.
So Quick and Easy to Use!!

Very well designed, makes getting documents signed quick and easy for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to figure out how to change an email address, if needed and resend the doc. Usually just start all over....

Easy to obtain e-signatures quickly. Easy for all involved to use, even those who are not computer literate...

Effortless and Seamless Experience with Saved Docs and Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, saved docs and contact info create a seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I supposed being able to edit an original doc within PandaDoc would be nice.

Onboarding new clients and partners, application processing, and referral agreements.
Simplified Contract Management with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for four years for contracting, and what I love most about it is its ease of use and intuitive setup. Even though it took a bit of time to figure out the templates, the overall usage has been very smooth. The aesthetic of PandaDoc is highly user-friendly, especially in creating multiple templates and saving contacts, which allows me to access previous clients easily. The templated versions of contracts have solved the issue of having to manually create a contract for each guest and automatically provide copies of signed contracts, enhancing the professionalism of the experience for both myself and the contract signers. I also find the feature that allows me to copy and share a link very useful, alongside tracking document statuses and receiving notifications of when documents have been viewed, signed, and submitted. These capabilities significantly streamline the contracting process, improving efficiency and creating a seamless professional experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would maybe change the formatting of the dates, just give a little more options there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc automates contract creation and distribution, using templates to improve efficiency and professionalism. It eliminates manual contract handling, provides automatic signed contract copies, and enhances the user experience.
Seamless Integration, But Needs Better Document Resend and FAQ Features
What do you like best about the product?
The program is perfectly integrated into our customer resource system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would create a function allowing documents to be resent to the reviewer. Or create a path towards frequently asked questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the only option for resending documents on the platform is to create entirely new contracts or documents. There isn't a straightforward way to simply resend existing documents.
Effortless Contract Management, Minor Lag with Multiple Tabs
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it. Makes it very easy for me and my clients to complete our contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually has a lag when using with other tabs simultaneously. Probably the only complaint I have at all however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making contract management effortless for me and my team. Also simple to use for first time users we are sending contracts to.
