Just what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can route documents to multiple signers in a specific order, that I can see where each document is in the signing process, and that I can click a button to send a reminder to the individual who is holding up the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It DOES take some time to set up the fields and prepare each document for signing, but it's not typically more than a couple of minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to make our Purchase Order form more automated so that everything from filling it out to gathering all signatures would be done electronically. I created a read-only fillable pdf that I distributed to our employees. They fill it out, click a button, and it comes to me. I add signature and date fields, set the signing order, and send it off. Once the document has been completely signed, I simply download it to my computer. Less paper, less time for employees and me (overall), and much more ability to track the documents. Employees LOVE it, too!

Easy to use. Very intuitive. Simple to apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creation of templates. Tried to create templates but it doesn't seem to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching clients for signoff. Due to COVID and travel, best way to obtain signed consent.

Easy to use, especially with multiple signatures
What do you dislike about the product?
Some files had a hard time uploading to the site. Some of the text fields were hard to edit and move around - small issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our business to operate with esignatures without having to pay outrageous fees!

Nothing so far! I like everything that I have done on here.

The ability to easily create stunning digital documents. Tracking time spent on each document by recipient and being able to integrate an electronic signature on agreements.

Most of the tools by PandaDoc are free to use. And it is very user friendly and most importantly it is very quick. Saving alot of hours. For my business it is a one stop shop for so many tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest a person like me loves to criticise different products but pandadoc has proven itself to be one of the remarkable tools which makes it absolutely flawless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business requires alot of e-signatures. It helps me perform my activity in minutes along with an authentication certificate. Now i am looking forward to the stripe integration tool.
Super User Friendly. The free version has many features including the payment option.

If you add a feature it allows you to do so but then trys to upgrade

There is nothing I can think of that disliked in regards to PandaDoc.

It is helping me to get client contracts signed and with total ease.
Excellent product with best user experience
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has a fantastic user experience, with a spotless user interface and easy-to-use workflow. I also love the professional look and feel of the embedded signature in the final document. I have used the product for more than one year now and never had any functional issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc has addressed my use-cases very well to date and I have no complaints. I love the product as is. The PandaDoc team did a fantastic job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signatures. Obtaining quick electronic signatures for business documents from remote users or signing papers provided to me for signing.
