My perfect experience with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the professional experience, easy document management

Nothing at all.
For a feature suggestion:
When we add the emails and names of the recipients, it would be good to be able to enter the details against the fields 'Sender' and 'Recipient'

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sending documents for signature and collecting the same without emailing docs back and forth.
I love how professional PandaDoc makes our company look, it sets us apart from the competition!

The templates make it easy to use- it is very plug and play, and easy to show others how to use!

i don't like the PDF page breaks there are.

- Free version is good for freelancers, small enterprises and startups
- Good user interface and easy to use
- A lot of available templates that you can use (in paid versions only)

- I have been using panda doc for a while and I am not sure if there is anything that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The team is distributed globally and sometimes it is a hassle to sign documents. PandaDoc has made document/contract signing really easy. We upload the document and share it with the concerned person; its that simple.

Saves time--a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a convert from Docusign! (And I loved Docusign!) What I appreciate about PandaDoc is that there is a content library! I can modify my invoices and contracts easliy, whereas with Docusign, I had to create the document and then upload the document and then send the document. PandaDoc's processes are streamlined. I create the document, and when a change is needed, I make the change, but the client has the same link, so it saves me a ton of time and frustration. Reducing redundancy is a game changer for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that PandaDoc doesn't have yet, that I am waiting for. Currently, it doesn't integrate with CRM software Act! But each time I have a question or issue, their tech support is top notch!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a glance, I can see the flow of my paperwork! It sends auto-reminders to my clients, which saves me time. It is intuitive and user-friendly, which allows me to focus on more important (and income generating) tasks.

It's the best 3rd party digital signing platform available!

I like the various options of sending clients the documents. Links can be emailed directly from the PandaDoc platform, or via personal emails, or embedded into your business website. It really helps streamline the minutiae.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the Forms feature, I would love it if you could be able to alphabetize the forms by the signee, followed by the Form itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PandaDoc is saving me time, both in delivering needed documents to clients and in organizing them to be able to resource later.

PandaDoc has an easy to use interface, super intuitive, several ways of sending the contract and it integrates with a lot of CRM tools. Better than Docusign and others in many ways.

Nothing to dislike, it's just a great product. I highly recommend it, having tried many competitors over the years.

Automation of creating documents in bulk, integration with CRMs.

Just go for it, the free plan allows you to do a lot, then upgrade when needed.

It Simplefies the order process - once all data is entered a beautiful contract document is created on the spot

There is a glitch which adds GST on top of the sales price when GST is ticked

In my business, I have to make people sign documents every day to start contracts.
Every signature tools I've tried are really expensive and I don't have much budget to get one. Pandadoc offers me a complete solution to that problem, moreover, it's so easy to use that it's a real pleasure to work with this tool.
