easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily prepare quotes and edit them at will.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplication of items on a quote or duplication of the entire quote for a different customer is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy creation of quotes instead of doing it manually, just a click of a button and you are done.

Great product for creating quotes in Sales and online approval of quotes
PandaDoc has allowed me to create multiple contracts from basic templates for our clients,.
What do you like best about the product?
additionally with the insights feature we can keep up to date with the client's relationship with the document which helps our sales team with followups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I deslike nothing about pandadocs. It would be great if we had unlimited vistitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our contract process and make certain all stakeholders are involved before it is signed or even sent to the client. The transparency it provides is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I process application for an HOA and PandaDoc has been the easiest and most convenient application for us. It really helps speed up the process as we receive applications from several homeowners in our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the bulk send feature allowed us to upload more than 10.

As I mentioned, I process application for an HOA. PandaDoc helps speed up the process, which makes the homeowners very happy.

What do you like best about the product?
The app! I love being able to produce a doc from my phone while on the fly!

I'd love for my contact list to automatically connect and sync up w/ my MailChimp list haha!

I am buying myself time and lowering my stress. I can run my applicant screening/underwriting process all from my phone, which increases productivity and efficiencies!

not too sure. This is a little annoying that I have a minimum of words i have to type in this field.

We use it to collect signatures and payments from our customers for most jobs sold. It is quick and easy

We try 3 other doc sign and management software and this was the easyest and worked out the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over all have not really found to much to dislike, maybe bit of a learning curve to it, but that like most good software.

Easiest to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDocs is the easiest esign platform to use. Others are can be more complicated. Clients can sign docs very simply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding multiple docs clumsy. Editing uploaded docs is difficult. Requires you to delete and start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for non computer people. Easy for office to navigate.

Try it and you will never use DocuSign again.

I find pandoc helps me effectively get business complete in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the alerts can be too much for reminders .

What do you like best about the product?
I like Pandadoc because this app has so many integrations and other apps that you can connect with. I am working as a Freelancer using Zapier as my automation app. I have clients globally that I always suggest Pandadocs use, as it is straightforward to connect with CRMs like Pipedrive, which make it so much more powerful. I also had a problem with one of the requests from my client, and Pandadoc's support came to the rescue as they were quick to respond
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Pandadoc because for a Freelancer like me who wants to test out all the possibilities they could have, the price could be intimidating to check some of the integrations that Pandadoc can implement. I love their pricing table on the templates, but in my automation workflow on Zapier, it is somehow not organized the way it should work, making me code some of the Zap steps I have implemented. Other than that, I have no more worries about the features of Pandadoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, these problems are for the contract signing for my clients, I have client that is one of the best in Australia for video productions are using it to send their quotation for their video production services. To demonstrate, our client has a jotform for their leads; then the leads would then be automatically added to their Pipedrive CRM; once the lead reaches a particular stage or when the deal gets marked as closed, that's the time the Zapier automation kicks in, to send and append the details and all the deals info, services prices, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Widely known and used e-signature and proposal software with good integrations with so many apps, you might want to consider using Pandadocs with Pipedrive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the program's ease and how you can build templates, and incorporate catalog items and forms for whatever you need. We use it for HR, Sales, and Customer Service!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a minute to get the program linked to our CRM - LinkedIn properly, but now that it's set, it's amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of Sales Agreements connected with our CRM automatically populates all of the information and has decreased the 'human error' factor. We've also added in HR general documents and Customer Service documents for Onboarding our customers so everything is in one place, connected to all of our accounts.
