What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how PandaDoc simplifies the process of obtaining timely signatures for our applications and documents, which is essential for our insurance business. The setup was a breeze, thanks to the helpful involvement of both our IT department and PandaDoc's own support team, who were instrumental in helping us configure our policy documents. PandaDoc effectively solves the problem of collecting necessary signatures by making it straightforward to have them on file for important documents. I find the template setup feature invaluable, as it allows for easy saving, editing, and page adjustments, which aligns well with other software experiences I've encountered. I also enjoy the user interface, which is remarkably easy to navigate. Besides, the affordability and ease of use of PandaDoc make it a solid investment for ongoing use within our company.

Essential Tool for Effortless E-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc's platform is easy to use and inexpensive, which is crucial for our small company. The setup was very easy, which made the transition to using PandaDoc seamless. We use PandaDoc primarily for capturing electronic signatures on contracts, a process that has proved to be much easier than sending a contract for a wet signature, having it scanned, and then sent back to us. The dashboard feature is exceptionally helpful for tracking the status of documents sent for signatures. This feature enables us to easily see where each document stands in the signing process, providing great convenience and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of free signatures.

Great for Sales Insights, Needs Better Image Pasting in Documents

It gives us great insights on our sales activities, pipeline, and status of contracts being worked

PandaDoc: A Game Changer for Deals
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of PandaDoc at my company has been a GAME CHANGER for getting deals through, expediting the process, increasing professionalism, and security. Overall, it has had a positive impact on our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some funky rules about editing and associations on documents that have caused issues; however, these could be stemming from internal set up issues! Additionally, I think there is some increased functionality that would be super helpful - for example having editable fields POST signature that are not conditional on a new signature or an easy amendment process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made the process of eSignature and document organization a breeze at SpotHopper.
PandaDoc: Superior Customization and Templates, but Pricey with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and extremely customizable. The template setup options and audit trail details are superior to all other e-signature platforms I've tried. I've tried AdobeSign, DocuSign, HelloSign, Google Drive's e-sign feature and eSignature.io over the years and PandaDoc blows them all out of the water. I use it daily and never dread sending contracts the way I used to with Adobe products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to setting custom fonts and other branding so getting it up and running took a little longer than I'd anticipated. It's also quite pricey and add-ons are an additional cost so I haven't explored them too much yet. That said, they seem to be prioritizing integrations and I'm excited about connecting it to my QBO account for smoother client support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The audit trail is killer and automated reminders are amazing. I love that I don't have to set them up system wide, but can customize based on client needs and expectations. I *hate* spamming potential clients with endless reminders so cringed in software where automations are applied across the board. The customization is incredible. I almost forgot the pricing tables! Setting up a proposal with a lot of pricing potential was complicated at first but after setting up a template it has made my client intake process significantly faster and more consistent.

What I like best about PandaDoc is how streamlined and user-friendly the platform is. It allows me to manage, send, and track documents all in one place, which saves a huge amount of time. I especially appreciate the ability to create reusable templates and monitor real-time progress, ensuring documents are signed quickly and compliantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, PandaDoc is a great platform, but I find that the template editor can occasionally be a bit clunky, especially when aligning fields or formatting complex documents. It would also be helpful if there were more flexibility with fillable fields and better integration options for advanced workflows.

PandaDoc has streamlined our entire document management and signing process. Previously, onboarding forms, employment contracts, and agreements required manual handling and multiple follow-ups. With PandaDoc, we can automate these workflows, track real-time document status, and ensure everything is signed securely and compliantly. This has significantly reduced turnaround times and improved transparency across teams.
Helpful Document Features and Reminders, but Price Increase for Extra Users

It definitely makes the documents easier for clients to complete, and I really love the idea of including a reminder as well — it adds an extra layer of support to help keep things on track.

The pricing has increased for adding an additional user.

Professional Presentations, Needs File Versioning
What do you like best about the product?
I love how PandaDoc makes my presentations and quotes look pristine, which differentiates me and my company from other construction companies. I appreciate that it's integrated with my CRM, keeping me on track and securely storing my proposals in the cloud. The presentation side of PandaDoc is uniform across our company, and I really like the look of it. Additionally, the automatic adding function is quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that PandaDoc does not keep historical files. I wish it allowed me to have version one, version two, version three, etcetera.
