What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and there have been no temporary interruptions or errors while using the service for the past year. PandaDoc was very easy to use and it was very easy to set up an account and start processing documents. I like being able to drag and attach documents and select the information that needs to be entered electronically. Tracking systems are also very useful from the moment a document is completed until it is sent to the sender, received and reviewed. I also like the option to send the link instead of emailing the actual document. Pandadoc support is great, the chat team is very helpful and the account manager can always be contacted by phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
No more problems than temporary or minor inconvenience occurred. The only thing I don't like is looking at the Start button when the document is submitted. Finding the home button isn't easy, so returning to the dashboard can be distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to replace our existing signature software with a significantly less expensive one. It also has the benefit of being easier to use and more straightforward, making document preservation and retrieval considerably easier. PandaDoc has been a helpful tool in our business, enhancing our efficiency in having documents signed and returned to us on time. Because our clients are constantly on the go, having the ability for them to process papers online is a big bonus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for new signing software, I recommend starting with the free trial. All other factors are quickly discarded. If you don't have a time constraint for submitting papers online, this is a superior choice. We have gotten suggestions regarding this system from our clients, and they have also explored utilizing it for their firm.

The only website which provides free digitals signatures, allowing the creation of shareable links. I'm totally satisfied with this website, and I recommend it to everyone who is looking for this kind of service.

Everything is alright, nothing to say for a free service. This is a great site for a free service. There are some great options available, I'm very happy with this service. Thank you.

The website allows me to send documents for my distance business, avoiding paper signatures. I can send all my documents from the internet without going through the postal system, it's a sure thing!

The format and layout are professional and clean, and the numbering system makes tracking a breeze.

Some glitchiness in CRM pull through when paired with HubSpot, but overall doesn't effect business flow to any great extent.

Mostly quote tracking. We now have a legitimate quote numbering system instead of digging through emails.

pandodoc helped us to organize sales documents between sales accounts and simplified our sales proposition tasks by standardising it and reducing the time it takes to prepare a new sales doc.

integration with Pipedrive CRM is still missing features and is a little bit messy

What do you like best about the product?
Love the modern and fresh look of the web app. I use it for both of my companies, and also privately any time I need someone to sign something for me, or to share documents with them.

Nothing comes to mind. Very slick and user friendly app.
