Way Better than DocuSign!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is fluid and interactive. The esign just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Drag and Drop needs work. Sometimes i wish i can drag and drop to a folder. Also creating folders can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As remote work exploded the need of Contracts and timesheets for employees has been critical. But mostly used for timesheets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say, just try it and might fall in love with it!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to choose order of signing

I'm trying to find more than 33 characters to say that there is nothinng I dislike

I have several contract exchanges with my clients, including witnessing and PandaDoc works brilliantly

LOVE PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. It's extremely user-friendly and really fun to add different product tiles. I really like the auto signature features. This make it easy for my customers to fill out what they need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that the system wipes all signatures when you have to adjust/change a small detail. I get why it's there, but it's an inconvenient challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an efficiency issue by getting documents signed and returned quickly. This, in turn, is getting us our money faster and getting services turned on for our customers as quickly as possible.
Great service for receiving applications
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! Pandadoc is a streamlined platform that really makes the sending/recieving/updating process of creating and sending volunteer applications as easy as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
File organization can be a bit tricky. This may just be how our organization is set up, but I think we would have greater success if we put more effort in organizing files. Automated organization would be super nice!

We originally only accepted applications on paper, but in a digital world, we needed a way to take our application process to the next level. Pandadoc is the perfect solution for volunteer recruitment.
Great Way to Stay Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very user-friendly. I like being able to create a template however I want it to look and have it be easily changeable. It is also a great way to keep all of our co-workers in the loop with contracts being sent out to sign! I also like how editing a document is effortless! It makes my work day more at ease!

There's nothing really that I dislike about PandaDoc.

I have realized that win using PandaDoc, everyone we are doing business with can receive all the information they need quickly and sign off on work with confidence and ease.

I've been using PandaDoc+HubSpot for almost 8 years and its a perfect for sales and CRM automation process.

Limits of proprieties sync with HubSpot integrations

Easy to use and very user friendly for the customer
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you can customize what information you're looking for the recipient to fill-in. It's convenient to have options like check boxes, email, phone, CC info, dropdowns, etc. and be able to mark the boxes required. I'm only using the free version, and the options are still fantastic. I use it almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm only using the free version, so I can't save templates. That's really my only negative, which isn't even a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to have customers complete documents digitally, which is quicker and easier for both parties. They like hearing that PandaDoc is an encrypted safe site, especially when sharing payment information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely user-friendly for both the user and the customer. It's very easy to customize what information you want the recipient to fill out.

Quick and easy to use. I really like the edit function, much easier to use than Adobe docusign

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of obtaining signatures after all the information is uploaded and situated. Moving the boxes for signatures, checkboxes, dates, etc, is easy. Pandadoc now allows editing of the document after it has been sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the feature we have through work, there is no way to edit without completely redoing the entire document (i.e., if you forgot a signature or need to edit a name). If you upgrade, you can now edit the document, which is convenient and worth the upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have just realized the feature to make certain areas mandatory, which is helpful when ensuring that all signers complete the appropriate boxes and cannot miss anything. Most of my meetings are not in person, and I meet online. Therefore, having the ability to obtain signatures via Pandadoc is highly convenient!
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to modify workflows to make the process as efficient as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of some pages is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product allows us to capture information and signatures on required documents much more quickly and efficiently than when we had to use the mail. The price is much more feasible for our small non-profit than competitors.
