Best tool for getting papers signed online
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and reliable. I have used it for several years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can say I dislike. Like any service, there might be a bug was in a while, but the service is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting papers signed without the need to print them.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it very easy to create a clean & professional proposal, that can be personalized per customer. The proposal creation and signing process has been automated with Pandadoc, and it has far more capabilities than Hubspot's proposal creation tool
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using PandaDoc for 8 months now, and have zero complaints! It is very easy to train someone on the platform and the interface is very user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can update proposals templates as needed (new branding styles, new onboarding processes, etc.), send to the prospect and track all of the "open" activity around the proposal AND improve our time to close ratio!

Pandadoc is the best platform for sales enablement and closing deals!

Simplicity, only what I need, super easy

Maybe too many bells and whistles I don't use; the more bare-bones, the better; simplicity is key with e-signature products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our order forms are now being signed via e-signature, quicker, more accessible deal execution

I appreciate the fact that PndaDoc allows users to save multiple templates and to easily transfer information from the document to another platform.

This software works really well. No recommendations.

I am able to capture signatures on agreements with ease.
Great proposal software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of customization, seeing when a client opens the contract and the new payment integration that was just added. Also like the dofferent colors it assigns to new contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not available yet. Wish the subtotal from one pricing table could be automatically put into another slot. Need more token to automate more things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to send lots of proposals to brides. This makes it easy, don't have to recreate the wheel every time. With the new payment integration, should help manage deposits better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helps me create proposals that set us apart. I think they are more custom looking than docusign. Easy to use and they seem like they are continuing to improve

I like the ease of using this system to prepare proposals and the ability to keep track of each outstanding proposal.

There really isn't anything that I dislike about this system.

We were able to set up templates to be used by all Consultants for consistency. This software tool has enabled us to track every proposal.
Easy to use and efficient automations for contract development
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our HR platform allows for quick and automated contract development for new staff. The workflow was easy to create so that all signatories receive the document for review and approval in the correct order and the notifications keep me up to date with who has viewed and signed the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no automatic formatting for work documents imported into the system and it can be a little difficult at first to work out the formatting and document creation process. But once you have that all worked out, it is very easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automations and electronic signatory capability for these documents have reduced errors and time delays. It also allows me to send out an encrypted contract rather than a non-encrypted pdf attachment to an email and so meeting our new digital security requirements.

- Integration with Salesforce means that I can very quickly and easily send a contract out based on the pricing on the opp

It makes the process of creating and sending out contracts quick and easy
PandaDoc is a simple solution for creating work documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is compatible with Hubspot, the leading software that my company uses. We can actually access PandaDoc through Hubspot instead of having another page open.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are a little tricky to create by oneself, but thankfully we have premade ones made by another person in our company who is savvier with PandaDocs.

We can prefill forms quickly and efficiently and attach them directly to Hubspot, our leading software. It provides a consistent base to build on since everything is uniform.
