Great Pricing and Features
What do you like best about the product?
Competitive price, auto reminder, bulk send, templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes im not sure if the automreminders are going to SPAM or not. Also not sure if that could even be measured or improved.
Bulk send is great but also not as intuitive and simple as perhaps it could be

Great Customization and Access, but way to improve on signee side
What do you like best about the product?
I like the full access, the customize options and adding persons. Easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels buggy / laggy when preparing the fields, also on client side sometimes it seems not to be easy to fill in their info and they complain about the process and mention to prefer Docusign on their side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am organizing the company contracts. Due to ease of use and acesibility the tool is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PandaDoc is the Ease of use, features and Functionality, its simple and intuitive to navigate.
the tools are easy to rely on. I also would recommend to my co workers to use PandaDoc on the visual Appeal of the app like the color scheme is easy on the eyes.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any problems with PandaDoc so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A storage issue, for example if one of our computers crashes we rely on PandaDoc have the signed document to be saved in their system.
Easy to Use and Organize.but Clients Need Introduction to PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and I find it helps me organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of my clients are unfamiliar with it and I have to let them know to expect something coming from PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use my own templates to create contracts for both my clients and myself has been a real time-saver. It not only streamlines my workflow but also enhances the value I can offer through my services.
Streamlined Features, but CRM Integration Needs Improvement

Very streamlined and has all the important features i need.

Integration with CRM tools is sometimes glitchy.

Great Template Features and Customization, but Editing Can Be Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to save templates, set up signing orders, and add content with ease. There is a wide range of custom content available, such as signature, date, and other fields, which can be assigned to different members. Overall, this is a solid product that works very well within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, making edits can cause elements to shift out of place, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there have been instances where some members did not receive an email, though this might be due to user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool provides a reliable way to sign off on contracts and other important documents that require official approval.
Great for Document Organization, But Needs More Email Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc keeps all my documents organized according to their current status, making it easy to track progress. Once a document is completed and signed by everyone, I receive the finalized version. The platform also allows me to send reminders, which has been especially helpful for clients who missed the original email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to receive more email reminders, especially regarding documents that are at risk of expiring. I would also appreciate notifications prompting me to send reminders for documents that have not yet been signed.

PandaDoc enables my organization to efficiently manage contracts and quickly obtain signatures on important business documents. It has streamlined the process of handling contracts and distributing them for signature, ultimately saving me time.
Great Interface and Search, but Initial Confusion Compared to Competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Solid interface, great search function. Easily editable templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is lessening as they've gained market share, but originally, people were confused by it and didn't know what it was vs Docusign et al.

quickly update contracts and work with variety of parties to get signatures.
Superior Editor with Custom Design Options
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other providers, the editor is far superior and offers the option of defining your own design setup for all documents. Implementation is easy, the use of custom fields and integration was essential for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would have liked to see done differently: the suggestions to use new features appear too frequently. Clicking them away once is rarely enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating complex offers and customer contracts that do not correspond to a purely tabular form.
Easy Document Management and Payments, but Pricing Could Be Better
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly simple to create documents, assign them for signatures, and accept payments. The whole process is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can feel somewhat steep, particularly for users who are located outside the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is making extremely simple and convenient to create docs for contract signatures, to create invoices to accept payments, and to upload documents, fill out and sign.
