Fast, Easy, and Reliable Integrations Save Time

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and fast to use and apart from this the integrations with HubSpot and automation options are reliable and fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
The drag-and-drop builder is effective for putting together new proposals, but editing or making manual adjustments to existing documents or PDFs can be frustrating for users. The restricted formatting choices and the way text sometimes reflows unpredictably make these tasks especially difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send documents to patients for their approval, track whether they have viewed them, and have all files automatically saved in Google Drive. This workflow saves me a significant amount of time, reduces paperwork, and ensures my documentation remains organized and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of PandaDoc, which is very important for my daily work. The speed in editing and its intuitive interface make tasks more manageable. Additionally, I greatly value the flexibility it offers in content creation. It is particularly noteworthy how well it integrates with other tools in my company, which facilitates a smooth data connection without the need to manually transfer documents between different platforms. The quick creation of proposals and the centralization of documents are features that I really appreciate and make my workflow more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automations could be improved, especially to avoid the need to create a new one each time for each template. This is an aspect I don't like. Additionally, the initial setup of PandaDoc was more complicated than expected, requiring extra effort and collaboration with the implementer to suit our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to centralize documentation, automate templates, and create offers quickly. It facilitates the final signature, audit flow, and connects with my CRM, improving productivity and efficient use of time.

Streamlined Document Management, Room for More Intuitiveness

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the convenience of having all my contracts in one place with PandaDoc. This centralization streamlines administrative tasks and makes it much easier for other parties to review and sign documents since they don't need to deal with PDFs in emails. The platform's web-based nature means everything is accessible and quick, speeding up the signing process significantly. I also find the ability to send reminders very useful, particularly when someone hasn't signed in a while, as it requires just a quick selection. I value the capability to reuse documents for similar artists or service providers, making the process more efficient. I particularly like that I can send invoices through PandaDoc and track whether they have been paid. This feature, along with the option to add plugins, contributes to an organized workflow since everything is in one place. Although I haven't yet mastered integrating every feature, I know they're available and I find that encouraging. Overall, I appreciate how PandaDoc simplifies managing and personalizing contracts and financial documents, supporting my work effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it challenging to figure out how everything works initially. There were times when changing something simple, like my name or email, the platform locked me out because of how interconnected things are. Also, changing the signee on a document was not straightforward. The overall setup for document signing could be more intuitive, even though the process is generally simple. Additionally, it would be beneficial if there was a feature to edit PDFs directly within PandaDoc. Lastly, integrating add-ons such as certain payment gateways has previously not been successful, which is quite disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc centralizes my contracts, streamlines signing, allows easy tracking and personalization, and enables invoice sending and tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibility in workflow methods and intuitive set-up make using it straight forward for our team
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could export draft terms in MS Word without the formatting becoming an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using MS Word previously which was time consuming and allowed our team to change the templates without approval. The PandaDoc template feature allows us to keep better control of the documents being sent out and allows us to reduce errors. It's also provided a central repository for documents, where we previously replied on people sharing internally.

Easy Templates and Seamless Signing, But Editing Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use templates to quickly change aspects of a proposal. It is also easy to send out to the client and has a seamless signing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is incredibly hard to edit at time. Clicking into a box and staying there is difficult. User experience could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining client signatures and sending out proposals has become much quicker. This allows me to send more proposals and have more clients sign and finalize deals at a faster pace.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been really helpful to deliver consistency in client presentations and reports on a repeated basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor frustrations with some features only being available in the premium package when they might only be required on rare occasions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PD helps me to delivery templated proposal documents with the ability to tweak certain items without having to start from scratch or risk making an error with leaving a prior client name in a document i would have cloned

Fast and Easy Document Creation, Minor Setup Challenges

What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and easy to use to send to people and create documents. We use PanadaDoc multiple times in a day to send contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot take off the header off of a document easily. Our team still has had a hard time setting up the payment gateway, tried to get with PandaDoc support team and still haven't been able to. It is not a big deal for our business, but it was a little downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How quick we can make good looking contracts and sends notifications about expiration to our clients so we don't need to.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc incredibly intuitive and easy to set up, with no issues during the setup process, which is a huge relief. The software streamlines my contract-signing workflow, allowing me to send documents to clients very efficiently and receive their e-signatures quickly and effortlessly. It's fantastic that it keeps me updated throughout the entire process, letting me know when clients have viewed and signed the documents. Even for clients who aren't very tech-savvy, PandaDoc's e-signature feature is simple enough that they've never faced difficulties, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly design. Moreover, the fact that PandaDoc has maintained a truly free version without retracting it later, unlike some other software companies, is a big plus for me. This ethical approach has earned my trust. Overall, PandaDoc significantly eases my workflow, makes managing client contracts seamless, and I appreciate its reliability and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc doesn't seem to integrate with other software that I use. It would be fantastic if I could just use one CRM that encompasses all of the different bits of software, but there doesn't seem to be that currently in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc makes contract management efficient by allowing me to send, receive, and track esignatures quickly while keeping me informed of client interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc for its seamless integration with our CRM systems, including HubSpot and Salesforce, which was logical and systematic. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to export information in mass volume from our old competitor's platform. I find the setup and migration process to PandaDoc very seamless, and the PandaDoc team was helpful and supportive in addressing any specific questions we had. PandaDoc's ability to provide different workspaces is crucial for our business, allowing us to scale easily and manage contract separation and data segmentation with privacy. I value the ease of use that PandaDoc offers, particularly compared to other e-signature platforms, and its reliable integration capabilities. The product's segmented data workspaces help keep sales contracts distinct from legal or HR documents, making data management easy and effective. Additionally, I am pleased with PandaDoc's ongoing innovation, adding new features and keeping pace with our business growth, which makes me confident in continuing to use their services annually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's silly but I don't love the name of the product. Is it PandaDoc or PandaDocs? We put thousands of docs in there, so it seems plural to me. Also, should I call it Panda for short? Additionally, there are a couple of small nuances in the interface for which I have requested feature changes. However, these are all very minor issues. I'm quite happy with the service and their support teams.

PandaDoc has enhanced our contract management, scaling with ease for increased volume and revenue, providing data segmentation, and deep CRM integration, especially with HubSpot and Salesforce.
