Easy of Use and Great Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I love PandaDoc! I've used several options for contracts - PandaDoc's editor is the best and the notifications are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing, all features are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of contract negotiation and execution. It makes the contract process simple and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using PandaDoc for any online contract needs.
Effective and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
We use PandaDoc to collect signatures on documents that we generate from another program, and we have had no problems in the 6 months or so that we have used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, really. Occasionally we have to wait a few seconds for a file to load, but that's to be expected, I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before PandaDoc we would send a contract as a pdf and the customer would have to print, sign, scan and email it unless they knew how to use the Adobe signature function, which few did. Now, we collect contracts more quickly and our reviews are pretty uniformly great.

Excellent customer service and easy to use program
What do you like best about the product?
Contact with the customer service team is always helpful and always finds a solution to my problem. We use Panda mainly to create contracts with our customers so we can have them sign and see document online which is very convenient for both sides
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I do dislike, but if I have to choose one, I think it might be the main dashboard look like it not always very clear to use and enjoy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem in our business that helps is time-saving. We are a small business, but we do try to operate in the whole UK, so it is vital to us to reach customers even if we Cannot there physically. So it's very convenient for our customers and us simultaneously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is not much to think about a user-friendly platform with excellent customer service also relatively cheap for what they are offering.

I like that I am able to use the signing feature for free more than any other signature service I've seen, the email notifications are great. I like how easy the site is to navigate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Nothing missing from what I've needed

I use it for signatures. I'm a speech-language pathologist and see some clients via teletherapy, so panda is great for tracking client sign-in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can only speak to e-signatures, but I would recommend to anyone. Easy to use and super convenient!
Gaining the edge to win more deals
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create individual proposal elements in the content library. Creating templates for a common use and sending relevant design layouts to customers in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when importing images or PowerPoint slides, I need to re-adjust the layout to fit the need for a specific customer proposal. I have learned a few shortcuts along the way, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time to create custom proposals but effectively to increase our win rate. I appreciate the analytics to see how customers have received, opened, and reviewed every page.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is so easy to use, and you can add an unlimited amount of documents, share them, sign them, and even track them free of charge!

There's nothing to dislike about PandaDoc.

We use PandaDoc almost every day to sign agreements, amendments, etc. It protects all the parties involved, and everybody loves it.

It's easy to use especially when you are under pressure to have document signed. The uploading feature is simple and fast

Sometimes I have difficulty accessing the home page

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike. I had an issue and thought I would give up, but the support helped with an answer and a video to watch. How can you find anything wrong with Pandadoc?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would not call it a problem. I am getting a contract with an intern to do my remote work. I realized where I was going wrong. Ultimately the problem became a solution with proper use of the free tool.

I think for me it's the overall simplicity that comes with using the platform and how it just works whenever you need it too

As far as being intuitive, there's a bit more work that needs to be done. Otherwise after a few minutes with it, you get the hang of it

Sending officially signed documents at any time if the day without having to print, fill in and finally scan every time
Easy and Incredibly Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Saving documents as templates, immediate sending and signing, all you need is an email for the person and they aren't required to signup or have an account. Also being able to track what has been seen, worked on, and notification of completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one thing that I dislike about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my clients don't have access to a printer, so being able to electronically sign documents is necessary.
