Excellent business tool to simplify the way we do business
What do you like best about the product?
It expedites the way we do business, ease of use, ability to integrate with CRM and the flexibility to make changes

Nothing so far that I have experienced with PandaDoc

Getting the contracts signed smoothly and very quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Panda doc makes my job more manageable, and it makes signing leases convenient for our residents. very easy to navigate

the only downside is for seniors who doesnt have email

it gives people the chance actually to read and understand the contract in their own time

I found many of the links I was sending to clients from Pandadoc were going into clients' spam email folders.

I am getting two or more clients to sign my business terms when they are never together in person.

Stop searching around; this platform is straightforward to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the software is to use. I was able to send professional-looking invoices and receive payment right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did wish I could have an automatic payment plan for each invoice. Right now, I have to send up a follow invoice for the remainder of the purchase if there's only a deposit made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the contracts signed every time an invoice is accepted has protected us from buyers backing out due to covid cancelations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the free trial to see if it works for your business, but the investment is worth every penny. You can focus more on growing your invoice instead of being an administrator to your business.
Great for proposals, terrible if you need anything beyond very simple invoicing
What do you like best about the product?
Obvious upside of Pandadoc are the ease with which you can put together great looking proposals. The designer is intuitive and you can connect up your Canva account. It's all very polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were hoping we could use Pandadocs as a complete proposal/quote and invoicing system, but it is definitely not versatile enough for the invoicing part.
Examples being
- an awful pop-up that prompts clients to pay by credit card before they have even opened an invoice
- documents that disappear completely when the due date is reached, which means a late paying client won't be able to access their invoice
- no way to organise the dashboard to separate invoice documents from proposals and then by sent, payment pending, partially paid and overdue.
- no good way to invoice for deposit without using the built-in credit card feature, but see point one above.
In short you can't really use this for invoicing unless you have a very basic invoicing setup. To make things worse they removed the deep Xero integration, so you'll need to cobble this together with Zapier.

Where it comes into its own is the professionalism of the proposals you can send.

The system makes it easy to upload the documents, check its status and download them.
Even customers with little understanding of electronic documents find it easy to navigate.

I can't find fault with it; it is the best we have used so far.

It was a lifesaver during the pandemic lockdown as we didn't need to post and wait for the returned document.

Panda Doc Usage
What do you like best about the product?
I use to create Proposals that also link to the Prospective Client File in HubSpot. Very easy to navigate and use back and forth.

Sometimes the File does not seem to Auto Save

I can create Proposals in minutes

Great tool to use
Streamlined my contracts and keeps everything safely together
What do you like best about the product?
I love how all my contracts are now stored in one place, with convenient folder structures, and I no longer have to worry about formatting them for other people's computers. Having them input text directly onto the form, and sign and date it is super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be handy to be able to send documents from other email addresses than the one that is registered for the account - as I use several to communicate with different groups of people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting people to fill out contracts and to sign them, and streamline the process. Previously I have found that sending forms via email has led to formatting issues, and those who do not have the correct software have issues signing and filling out the forms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This has made my life so much easier, and has saved me time and therefor money. Get it in your portfolio, and start sending docs today!

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and inteface is very user friendly. Like that I can copy a link and send in a direct email from my work email.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small gripe is cannot send multiple docs as separate attachments, Have to combine several docs into one. Definitely not a huge issue, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Free service that is just as good or better than services charging a monthly fee.
