Super Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Love this program! It's super easy to use, no more sending attachments for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could batch more pdf's into one document to send once instead of 4 individual documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how convenient the product is for my team, clients and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't quite found anything significant that I dislike about the product.

Ease of getting contracts signed, analytics and the ability gathered data from clients.

I'm able to send documents for my clients to sign. I can add them to the document to sign and they receive direct access to it.

i like the joint collaboration and the autonomy

It can be slow when you have a lot of images in it. It lags the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be great to have a suppress feature where you can choose to hide pages for the time being while you work on others to reduce browser load

What do you like best about the product?
I love PandaDoc. I tried out about 6 other platforms before realizing it was the best option. I love that they allow high-quality images so I can show off my portfolio, I love how easy it is to drag and drop sections, and I love how it tracks updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting tools are slightly wonky in the text editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of proposals has never been easier with their alerts and revisions archive. I have a very high close rate and get a lot of compliments on the layout.

PandaDocs is great for personalizing sales proposals
What do you like best about the product?
The graphics and user interface create a professional proposal that blends with our marketing style. The ability to create a content library and customize documents gives the clients a wonderful personalized feel. We already have a bunch of marketing materials and resources. I can easily upload them to the content library. From there, I can customize each proposal to the client's needs.
I also like knowing how long a prospect spends on each page. There's a great sidebar that lets you know how long the prospect has spend on each page and if they've clicked on any links.
Each time the prospect views the PandaDoc, I also get notified. This is great for follow ups.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lag. Sometimes it takes time to load all the fields, links, and graphics. I honestly wait a good 30 sec to a minute to wait for everything to load.
I wish there was a way to embed PandaDocs directly into my gmail or outreach account. Right now, I have to create a link and paste it into my emails. Is there a way to integrate DocuSign into PandaDocs as well? Sometimes clients confuse PandaDoc for the contract but we have a separate and lengthy contract that needs to be on DocuSign.
I wish there was a better way to extend the expiration dates of PandaDocs. Right now, I have to click edit and sort of "re-send" it in order to have the expiration date pushed further. Is there a calendar system where I can control the expiration date as a user?

Sending out proposals is great with this. I love knowing how long a prospect spends on each page to know what they're interested in. This helps me pinpoint their pains and open up potential follow up conversations. It also gives me a good idea of what subjects are most pertinent to our industry. It would be great if I could see analytics - like the most clicked on page or the most time spent - out of all the proposals I've sent in my content library.
Getting a notification each time the PandaDoc is opened is also wonderful. This is a perfect time for a follow up since I know the prospect is interested and researching my product.

Fast, user friendly and efficient proposal software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy plug and play software, templates are easy to set up and use depending on the service/product. I really like the follow up feature where you know how often the document has been viewed and by who.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it had more templates to choose from

We use PandaDoc for our proposals with clients, both new and existing. It makes life easier to send proposals links via text or email.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use for both my clients and me. The platform is very user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that if you have two "signers", the "required signer" signs, and then you remove the other signer (because they weren't required to sign anyway), that it deletes the signature of the person who already signed.
That is nit-picky because I love this platform, and it's hard to find anything I don't like!

Instead of sending a Google Doc to the client and having them print, sign, scan, and re-send the doc back to us, we now have a 1-stop shop to have all our contracts get signed with no hassle!
