Wish I'd known about PandaDoc a long time ago!
What do you like best about the product?
While I've worked in HR for 15+ years, I'd not used PandaDoc until a year ago. It has been a game changer! I use it to create documents, assign them to others, and wait for the signed and time stamped documents to arrive in my inbox. Pandodoc provides a great first impression to our new hires! With this quick, efficient, and secure system. I'm able to create and save frequently used templates and file them in easily accessable folders. The documents are electronically signed and you can set a signing order as well, which is a great convenience. Each participant is notified that they have a task to complete. All you need is their email and you're on your way to securely sending documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides to using PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to send professional looking documents to our employees with ease.

Simplified our process.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc simplified our subcontract process. We used to edit a paper copy of our subcontract, email it to the subcontractor, they would review and sign or review and edit; it would come back to us for final signature or approve or deny of edits; it would then either get emailed to them as a final executed subcontract or more back and forth with edits and approvals. Portions would have to de downloaded for signature, uploaded. It was a very big hassle that would not always go smoothly. PandaDoc does all the vollying and the elctronic editing and signing is great, a real timesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I save a created subcontract to use as a template, it doesn't save the information that will be repeated. i have to usually type it in twice for it to "stick".
I wish I could attach downloadable documents to our subcontracts - this may be user error.

Job made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Just made my job easier, Consent signatures can be received without leaving the office.
I compared the other companies and this came cheaper and very good features.

nothing, everything works perfect so far for what i need it .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i got to spend less time driving and make my customers happier because they dont have to sign any documents fisically.
User friendly and great cost!
What do you like best about the product?
Outside of the amazingly low price, I love how user friendly the system is and all the things you can do with the program. I have multiple users set up and it makes it so easy to keep track of everything. If you accidentally delete a document it is still stored in the deleted area until you delete from that area (which saved me on a few that were accidentally deleted by myself). I was using Docusign and talk about horrible prices and customer service. PandaDoc was the best decision I made to signing electronically. I use this program daily multiple times and it makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found anything yet that I do not like about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to pass around agreements via email, fax, etc. when using PandaDoc. I can set up for all involved parties and track if they viewed, etc. I really like the program and again have nothing bad to say.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that they have informational webinars very frequently. Sometimes you don't realize you could be optimizing your contracts in a big way and they really help to think outside of the box and also learn any new features they've released!
My favorite new feature is the signing date lock- it allows us to insert a daterange that forces the date of the signature at time of signing. The HubSpot integration ROCKS as well!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that if we re-do a contract due to an error the past one is wiped inside PandaDoc and the new one replaces it - but we do receive a signed PDF in our email so we have the backup there if it's ever needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes it so much easier for our sales reps to put together contracts without management's help. It has also significantly reduced the number of errors on contracts. It has also been way easier to win chargebacks when they come through!

What do you like best about the product?
Paperless, easy to use. This is very useful and makes every clients happy.

I cannto tell any dislike in this app, this is perfect.

Most of our clients are from other places of Alberta applying to rent an apartment and cannot sign the document in person.

What do you like best about the product?
It is dependable and user-friendly, and I can always get quick and good customer support when I need it. Integrated well with other apps. I use it every day with hardly any problems ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to make the documents aesthetically pleasing, but that might be my own deficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Docusgin and the pricing and ease of PandaDoc is significantly better. I also like how it allows me to track if people have viewed the docuement in real time. I use it constantly and it really is great.

I dont really like the new dashboard as it is a little confusing and i wish there was a reminder after a certain amount of time for someone to sign a document so i didnt have to do that myself.

Overall it's a great system but like any SaSS product there's the odd outage.
