User-Friendly but HubSpot Integration Is Too Limited
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and offers easy navigation, making it simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with HubSpot is quite limited, especially when a client only has one email address or phone number. In these cases, it becomes very restrictive, and I often have to find workarounds just to send them the link to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows for quick sending of contracts to clients, offering several options to send, receive, and access signed agreements. Additionally, it provides ample storage space for saving templates.
Exactly What Our Small Business Needed
What do you like best about the product?
As a small company with 21 employees, we can’t afford to waste time learning overly complex software or paying for features we’ll never use. PandaDoc’s balance of usability and functionality fits us perfectly. Anytime we’ve run into questions—whether about templates, integrations, or billing—the PandaDoc support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we’ve experienced is the annual billing structure. Plans are billed for the full year upfront, and seat counts are locked in for that period. A monthly billing option or more flexible seat adjustment policy would make PandaDoc even better for small businesses.

PandaDoc allows us to obtain signatures from our customers and vendors quickly efficiently

Effortless, professional proposals that actually get signed
What do you like best about the product?
We use PandaDoc for all our video production proposals and retainers, and it’s been a game-changer. Before, sending proposals felt like a clunky back-and-forth — now it’s polished, fast, and seamless.
The templates are way more visually appealing than my last proposal platform and make it easy to maintain consistent branding. As a video production company, ability to embed videos is a key feature and massive upgrade over sending PDFs. Clients love how professional it looks, and the e-signing process removes all friction.
We also use it for retainers and renewals, so having recurring templates and signature tracking in one place saves a ton of time. The notifications and audit trail make it easy to stay on top of who’s viewed or signed.
If you send proposals, contracts, or renewals regularly, PandaDoc is absolutely worth it. It’s one of those tools that quietly makes your whole business feel more buttoned-up and efficient.

Can't figure out how to turn off expiration date. They unnecessarily gatekeep some features for Enterprise plans. Price has definitely gone up over the years.

PandaDoc has streamlined our entire proposal and contract workflow. What used to take hours of PDF editing and chasing signatures now takes minutes, and everything looks consistently branded and professional. It saves me time, speeds up client approvals, and makes our video production company look as polished as the work we deliver.

What I like best about PandaDoc is the Ease of use, features and Functionality, its simple and intuitive to navigate.
the tools are easy to rely on. I also would recommend to my co workers to use PandaDoc on the visual Appeal of the app like the color scheme is easy on the eyes.

I have not run into any problems with PandaDoc so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A storage issue, for example if one of our computers crashes we rely on PandaDoc have the signed document to be saved in their system.
Easy to Use and Organize.but Clients Need Introduction to PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and I find it helps me organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of my clients are unfamiliar with it and I have to let them know to expect something coming from PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use my own templates to create contracts for both my clients and myself has been a real time-saver. It not only streamlines my workflow but also enhances the value I can offer through my services.
Seamless Hubspot Integration and User-Friendly Experience with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well PandaDoc integrates with our CRM (Hubspot) and how intuitive and user friendly it is. I use it upwards of 6 times per day and never have to worry that clients are getting the documents that I send to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no notes, I love PandaDoc

PandaDoc lets me seamlessly issue contracts to users at my shared kitchen.

Very streamlined and has all the important features i need.

Integration with CRM tools is sometimes glitchy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in sending and receiving signed documents, collaborating with peers, tracking the document, and making documents for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have noticed is it seems a bit tricky to make templates for yourself and then find them again in the future.

A quick and ease way to get signatures on Proposals, Project Letters, and Contracts.
Great Template Features and Customization, but Editing Can Be Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to save templates, set up signing orders, and add content with ease. There is a wide range of custom content available, such as signature, date, and other fields, which can be assigned to different members. Overall, this is a solid product that works very well within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, making edits can cause elements to shift out of place, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there have been instances where some members did not receive an email, though this might be due to user error.

This tool provides a reliable way to sign off on contracts and other important documents that require official approval.
