Great, easy to understand and use e-signing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to add a document, along with the step-by-step checks that help ensure everything is correct before sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you send a document and later need to make changes, you have to use up another valuable credit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc accelerates the process of confirming important documents that need an e-signature. It notifies you when your document has been viewed and gives you the ability to follow up if the signature is delayed.
User-Friendly UI and Flexible Editing, but Needs Better Autofill
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the UI and how user friendly it is to use, especially when editing text and quoted numbers, allowing me to change it to monthly payments/annually and the quantities within pandadoc instead of fixing it in my CRM and remaking the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not alot i dislike about it, if i had to nitpick i wish it would autofill all my information and signiture
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to take quotes from my crm and put it in a signable form for my customers to use and submit back to us!
Intuitive Quoting Tool with Time-Saving E-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc is fairly intuitive, pretty simple, and easy to use. I really appreciate and like the e-signature capabilities as they save us a lot of time. This feature helps since the recipient doesn't have to download, print, sign, rescan, and send documents back, which makes doing business easier and quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we could edit and approve quotes once they have been sent. I wish we would have the capability to reopen it if we found a mistake later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc as an online quoting tool, which saves me from creating documents manually and emailing them. It's intuitive with e-signature capabilities that save a lot of time, making us quicker and easier to do business with.
Fantastic UI/UX and Mobile App Make Notifications a Joy
What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is awesome, love the mobile app (it's my favorite notification to get on my phone)

Sometimes the document editor can feel a bit clunky

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how PandaDoc makes our quoting system faster and allows us to see when proposals are opened. It enhances accountability by letting clients approve proposals more formally. The professional appearance of our proposals and the efficiency improvements make follow-ups smoother and more thorough. The customer service is outstanding, providing excellent assistance during setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process a bit cumbersome initially, as locating features and understanding which forms needed creation took some time. Even now, there are still some questions that need answers. Additionally, incorporating multiple proposals into a single document is more manual and time-consuming than I'd like. This issue primarily arises because when importing information from HubSpot, only one line item gets pulled in, necessitating manual creation for additional pricing info. This lack of seamless integration makes it cumbersome.

I find PandaDoc speeds up our quoting process, enables tracking of proposal views, facilitates client approvals, enhances accountability, and presents information professionally, making follow-ups easier and more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it was to set up PandaDoc initially, which made the transition smooth. The capability to get documents signed anywhere and anytime is invaluable for my business operations. I find the drag-and-drop feature for creating new documents particularly useful and efficient. I also like sending a covering email with documents, as it enhances my communication. The simplicity of use and clarity around charging make PandaDoc a preferred choice, indirectly reflecting transparency and user-friendly design.

I don't like that I can't use recipient details like their name, phone number, and email address when completing a form for signing.

PandaDoc is extremely user-friendly and has made our business much more effective and time-efficient.

I would appreciate it if certain elements, like the initial box, were required to be completed by the client before a contract can be finalized. This would help ensure that all necessary steps are taken prior to completion.

PandaDoc has made our contract process more streamlined and organized. It also enables us to complete the process much more quickly.
An easy e-sign system that works well
What do you like best about the product?
We can quickly fill in a contract with items of sale and send it off for signature and it works without any issues. Tried quite a few and they all have their issues or parts that dont quite work as well as they could or are slow to work with but this system is great, works well, does what we want it to do. On the odd occasion we needed to ask tech support something, I had some good responses, reasonable quickly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to use some of the other features but cannot justify the outlay for would likes rather than needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having used a few half baked systems which look good until you use them for long enough, we were in need of a contracts e-sign system. We are very happy with the PandaDoc system as it does nearly all the things we want from such a system at a mostly reasonable price point. We use it perhaps 2-6 times a month for renewals, changes or onboarding new clients, so not a heavy user but we can report that the system hasnt failed us yet and that means no hold ups when you just need things to work smoothly.
