PandaDoc Makes Document Personalization and Signing Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a template with the documents needed for our business is straightforward, which simplifies my work since I have to personalize them for each client. It also makes it easier for our clients to complete and sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for about 6 months now and I have yet to find a con.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create documents very quickly by using templates, which are also simple to set up. This has saved me a lot of time.
Easy to Use with Great Templates and Document Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the variety of templates available. The ability to track who has viewed my documents and manage the internal approval process is also very helpful. Additionally, I like that it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that PandaDoc does not offer a simple, one-click option to refresh and resend an expired document. Instead, I have to edit the document and go through the entire internal approval process again before I can redeliver it to the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating templates for quotes, sending electronic signature documents, tracking sales contracts, and ensuring all necessary parties are included in opportunities are all important aspects of the process.
PandaDoc Streamlines Workflow, but Could Improve Speed and Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly PandaDoc is. It makes creating, sending, and tracking documents incredibly efficient. The ability to use templates, collect e-signatures, and monitor document status in real time helps streamline our workflow and saves a lot of time. It keeps everything organized and reduces back-and-forth, which is especially helpful in a fast-paced office setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
While PandaDoc is very efficient overall, there are times when the platform can lag or take a bit longer to load documents. Additionally, some customization options can feel slightly limited when trying to format more complex documents. These aren’t major issues, but improvements in speed and formatting flexibility would make the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has streamlined our document workflow by allowing us to create, send, and collect signatures all in one place. It eliminates the need for printing, scanning, or mailing documents, which saves time and reduces errors. The real-time tracking and notifications also ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Overall, it has made our process more efficient, organized, and professional when working with clients and providers.
PandaDoc is Efficiency at Work
What do you like best about the product?
I have used two other digital signature platforms in my role and PandaDoc has been easy for me to learn. The set up of group access to completed documents in our organization ensures confidentiality. I use this all the time now that digital signatures have become the new standard of wet signatures. We integrated all internal forms within PandaDoc because as a charter we have five locations. This makes the work's throughline more efficience and quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not tech savvy as a person in general so I truly don't have anything I need to share that I dislike. It has easily met the needs of signatures. I often wonder about confidentiality within Groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like them to have better personalization for defaults, ie signature order. I often forget to add that detail each time and I always want signatures to go in an order. I wish it was the default.
Easy to Use with Excellent Signature Tracking and Contract Finalization
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, as well as the convenience of tracking signatures and completing contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything, great features and functionality.

This tool really cuts down on unnecessary back and forth, making the process much smoother. I always know exactly where I am in each step, which helps keep everything clear and organized.

We use PandaDoc for all our video production proposals and retainers, and it’s been a game-changer. Before, sending proposals felt like a clunky back-and-forth — now it’s polished, fast, and seamless.
The templates are way more visually appealing than my last proposal platform and make it easy to maintain consistent branding. As a video production company, ability to embed videos is a key feature and massive upgrade over sending PDFs. Clients love how professional it looks, and the e-signing process removes all friction.
We also use it for retainers and renewals, so having recurring templates and signature tracking in one place saves a ton of time. The notifications and audit trail make it easy to stay on top of who’s viewed or signed.
If you send proposals, contracts, or renewals regularly, PandaDoc is absolutely worth it. It’s one of those tools that quietly makes your whole business feel more buttoned-up and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't figure out how to turn off expiration date. They unnecessarily gatekeep some features for Enterprise plans. Price has definitely gone up over the years.

PandaDoc has streamlined our entire proposal and contract workflow. What used to take hours of PDF editing and chasing signatures now takes minutes, and everything looks consistently branded and professional. It saves me time, speeds up client approvals, and makes our video production company look as polished as the work we deliver.

Seamless Hubspot Integration and User-Friendly Experience with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well PandaDoc integrates with our CRM (Hubspot) and how intuitive and user friendly it is. I use it upwards of 6 times per day and never have to worry that clients are getting the documents that I send to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no notes, I love PandaDoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc lets me seamlessly issue contracts to users at my shared kitchen.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in sending and receiving signed documents, collaborating with peers, tracking the document, and making documents for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have noticed is it seems a bit tricky to make templates for yourself and then find them again in the future.

A quick and ease way to get signatures on Proposals, Project Letters, and Contracts.

The Panda rooms are incredibly useful for storing and sharing documents with prospects. I appreciate its capability to integrate tools like DocuSign, which enhances my workflow efficiency. The online training was simple and straightforward, ensuring an effortless setup experience. Furthermore, the ability to consolidate communication in one place, avoiding endless back-and-forth emails, is invaluable.
