efficient and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc makes it easy to get through the process both internally as externally of collecting signatures. It accelerates decision-making and implementation.
Especially in the era where people work remote, this is a 'priceless' tool to keep business running effectively.

Editor 1.0 and 2.0 is a bit confusing. just have one, please.

Quick and efficient approvals for major decisions. An effective way to get sign-off in the remote working era.

Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Although this is a new platform, I found it to be an easy one to navigate. As long as you pay attention to detail, and the training video provided, one could do fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the signer can pay by credit card for the entire transaction, the notary cannot be paid. Not a big deal, but it would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live notary does respond to emails promptly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a user friendly notary platform, that is constantly improving, then this is the one for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The available templates in the Pandadoc library make our work very easy. We don't need to create complex documents from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The available payment gateways are very limited. Transferwise option is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide various digital services to our clients, and there is always an issue of fraud or service terms arguments. Pandadoc makes it easy for us to write down every term and condition. Also, we don't need a lawyer to create an agreement document for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to create documents live without having to configure them in backend.
The opportunity to add videos, pictures and placeholders makes the proposal more attactrive for customers, who can interact with the contents.

The process to send proposals requires much less time than before.
Great e-signature solution with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
- You can share docs either via email or a link. The last one is very useful when you share documents via other communications channels.
- Custom features: it is possible to set checkboxes, dropdown lists, and make them required.
- You can see who signed the document already and who is expected to sign.
- Signature forwarding: if you do not know who should be the signer, the person you are sending the document to can forward the signature.
- Integration with GDrive: very easy to upload documents, skipping a step to download it on your PC.
- Documents combination: it is very easy to compose documents from several files. There is no need to combine PDFs manually. Furthermore, you can combine DOC and PDFs together, which makes the document creation process faster.
- Custom features: it is possible to set checkboxes, dropdown lists, and make them required.
- You can see who signed the document already and who is expected to sign.

What do you dislike about the product?
The signature forwarding feature is very useful, but not the easiest one to find. If you send the document that should be forwarded, there is a need to "educate" the recipient that this function exists and where it can be found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solved the issue of low deliverability of documents we experienced with the previous solution (recipients simply did not get any emails). So far, it happened only once with PandaDoc, but we were able to provide a link to sign the document, and the issue was solved.

What I love about PandaDoc is that it is very user-friendly and very simple to use. All of the options it provides are what I need on a daily basis =)

That I can't add a signature block but it's a minor inconvenience.

The times we are living with pandemia, the clients don't need to come to our office to sign documents, and It gives them the security to sign.
