The DocuSign Killer
What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which it achieves collaboration and also the multiple options to signing a document. via link, inperson sign or via email
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality can be made better for days I don have the patience to type the full name of the document I am reviewing

We drop highly competitive Docisign for a more flexibility and a simple but optimal interface. The journey has been awesome. Pandadoc aids seamless collaboration between remote teams

Subscription plans should offer more options.

It facilitates the process of signing contracts with clients. It makes it fast and easy for both parties.
PandaDoc is a great way to storage your documents and keep track of them.

It's fantastic to keep track of documents and open views and templatize them.

It's hard to edit and customize it to reflect our own brand, has some limitations on features, and the pricing is really high.

We have all our documents in one place; we can track who opens our documents and templatize pricing and services.

What do you dislike about the product?
-- PandaDoc is still an up-and-coming platform. They iterate quickly and learn from customer feedback. If you aren't willing to be part of a beta or participate in the agile learning process, this may not be the platform for you. But my company appreciates working with a truly agile business.

Panda doc is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for digital signatures. It remembers the emails and clients name after usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything I dislike about pandadoc

It quickens my customer onboarding process. My customers do not have to print out documents to sign with me.

Amazing software for managing documents
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the cross-platform availability of PandaDoc as we can use it on a laptop as well as on our mobile phones. There are various templates to start with the editing of documents. We were able to integrate our Google Workspace seamlessly with PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find difficulties using this software so far. I found the document editing process quite intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us track and manage the status of our contracts in one place. It has improved the experience of our customers to digitally sign the documents and send them back to us without much hassle. This helped us save time, which was utilized in the manual tracking of the updates previously.
Simple and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and quick and I find it easy to use. I use it on a regular basis and it has really cut down on the time I had to take to prepare terms of engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I do not have any dislikes about Pandadoc. I find it simple to use and I use it on a regular basis. It has really cut down on the time I need to do admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get my terms of engagement done with clients in a very efficient and quick way so that I don't have to rely on postal services. It cuts down on time for me.

Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using PandaDoc, and I am impressed with how easy it is to share documents and get signatures, even if more than one person needs to sign. Love that I get a notification each step of the way- IE: when viewed- signed- completed. The fact that the documents are legally binding is a huge plus. The free version has all the basics, but the paid versions offer more customizing options and reminders. I also appreciate the option to email direct from the system or get a link to email or text. I use PandaDoc almost everyday. This is no setup, just create an account and start using. Adding text blocks can be a bit cumbersome, but it is getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can email from Panda doc or generate a link and send it from my email. Requesting signatures is quick and easy, and the customer gets a copy of their own - so they always know what they signed.

Very userfriendly and provide a minute to minute account of what is happening with you document sent to the signer

The data input boxes need to be sized to ensure there are no overlappings
