I would highly recommend PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly and has good features even with the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using the free version of PandaDoc and i'm happy with it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving signatures on agreements from my clients is a lot easier with PandaDoc. It saves time and fewer resource requirements.

Great Website
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there's a free version that's just as great as a paid version.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't run into anything that I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping streamline the services I provide to clients and making it much easier to do paperwork virtually.
Quickest E-Sign in the West
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and efficient proposal/contract creation process without sacrificing customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind from a sales/document management perspective. Only feedback might be automated transfer of document into SFDC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining e-signing of contracts with sales prospects. Our previous solution took 7+ minutes per contract— PandaDoc is closer to 1 minute.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is super user-friendly and straightforward. I learned how to use it reasonably quickly, all on my own. I only needed to use the signature portion of PandaDoc's services and promptly have them switch me to the free plan, and they were pleased to do so. I was very impressed compared to their competitor's pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have, if you can call it that, is that I wish PandaDoc would add a selection bubble. I'm looking for a bubble selecting the option for myself to add that requires the signer to select a check box or circle of one or the other. The previous issue may be a user error; besides that PandaDoc is very simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving client-related issues because most of my clients cannot print documents to sign them. PandaDoc creates a simple way for me to send to them for eSignature.
Makes sending proposals and onboarding clients a piece of cake!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to copy the link into emails with one click and being able to pull together a proposal in less than 2 minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Panda doc is great, really no downside!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda Doc allows me to see when clients have viewed or haven't viewed what I sent them allowing me to be prepared for our next conversation!

What do you like best about the product?
The 2.0 upgrade has made it easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike regarding PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The autofill for contracts has been great and saves time.
Simple signing software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that my small business can use their free option whilst we are still growing. My business for now is just me, and as such budgets are tight, and during the pandemic this tool has been a lifesaver as it allows me to remotely sign customer contracts without meeting face to face.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a feature where we can send a link out, but we change the content of the document using the query string.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at all
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I looked around at lots of other providers before settling with PandaDoc, their freemium service offered what I needed with the option for established growth over the trajectory of my business plan. Don't just look at the features and benefits as of now, look at where their price plans are with regard to your future growth, so you aren't left with a product that is expensive vs the competitors in a few years time.

THE E-SIGNATURES, ITS VERY PRACTICAL FOR ME GIVIN THAT I NEED OFFICIAL SIGNATURES ON DIVERSE DOCUMENTS.

I'M NEW TO PANDADOC, BUT IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF THE SIGNATURE COULD BE VALIDATED BY JUST SCANNING A BAR CODE WITH A PORTABLE PHONE. THE EXISTING BAR CODE ON THE CERTIFICATE LEADS TO YOUR WEBSITE ONLY.

WELL, WITH THE PANDEMIC, MANY OF THE EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING MYSELF, WERE WORKING REMOTELY, WE HAD TO FIND A SURE A QUICK SOLUTION FOR SAFE SIGNATURES, FOE OFFICIAL DOCUMENT AND PURCHASE ORDER CONFIRMATION. THIS IS WHERE PANDADOC HELP US RESOLVE THE SITUATION

The efficiency of having templates and sending documents for digital signatures, not having to bring people back to sign documents.

The upsell to Enterprise level to have separate workspaces.

We have stopped losing signed documents.
We no longer have to scan them and then upload them to our software and send copies to everyone. That is seamlessly automated.

Just do it!
Pandadoc a fast efficient electronic signature platform for teams and individuals.
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and smooth user interface that lets you quickly upload and add signature boxes. A shared workspace means all team members can send and have access, even the part-time and casual employees working from different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
After sending a document, it takes 2 clicks to return to the dashboard and upload screen. Free version does not have a bulk re-send function or automatic re-send function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed electronic signatures for our small firm, but all providers charged upwards of $50pm per user. This was poor value as we had casual and part-time staff who needed a login each, as well as the staff who would only occasionally send a document or two a month. Having a low-cost free tier made it possible to try out electronic signatures and train all the staff to use them.
