What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with many CRM and the design I can get.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with QuickBooks doesn't create a sale receipt automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save a lot of time in my sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has become much more efficient since we implemented PandaDoc. The software saves us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked about PD was how quickly everything was implemented with them - we felt like we needed more training. However, since onboarding, our account manager has been a huge help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to meet in person with the pandemic and/or having clients who are remote be able to sign paperwork are huge problems we've solved.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc gives our reps the ability to tailor each proposal the way they need! Our marketing team was easily able to incorporate our branding into PandaDoc which makes the output look phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes inserting/adjusting tables can be a bit confusing but there is not much to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had been delivering pricing in an asthetically unpleasing way prior to PandaDoc. Using PandaDoc has allowed our salespeople to deliver more information timely and much more professionally than before. We now have a turnkey way to show our potential clients who we are, how we operate and what we offer in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about PandaDoc is the auto-fill function of text boxes. It's beneficial not to waste time creating many small text boxes for all my forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would pay monthly for the upgradable features, but the monthly cost is not in my budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I type faster than I write, so I can complete and send documents to be signed quickly. The recipients love how easy it is to sign with their phones, and I usually get the form back signed that same day!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My clients love how easy it is to use PandaDoc and the security that PandaDoc provides while signing confidential documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate. It's fast and reliable. It has made getting signatures a lot easier for my business and helped me streamline some critical business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. PandaDoc has been fantastic. I'm thrilled with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to get my customers to either print out the pages, sign, scan, return, or come into my office to sign. Now I can upload it to PandaDoc, and they can click, sign, and automatically inform me when it's completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend PandaDoc to everyone I speak to that is looking for this type of software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple all of the steps are to follow to create our documents, how easy it is to get the records from one person in our organization to another, and the overall ease of use the PandaDoc provides our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any downsides to using PandaDoc, especially for our organization. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the limited space we have on some documents that we've created, but we are making that work, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses enormous amounts of paperwork to maintain multiple copies of the same documents in various places. The VA audits us regularly, and unfortunately, numerous copies are necessary. With PandaDoc, all of our documentation, as well as all of our client files, are being digitized. As a result, our paper use will be reduced by more than 50%, and ease of access and organization of information will increase tenfold. An added benefit to PandaDoc is the availability of digital signatures. Many of our clients experience barriers with transportation and may not be able to come directly to our office to sign documentation. Being able to sign all of their paperwork digitally creates a much higher likelihood that paperwork will be completed fully, and in a timely manner. PandaDoc has drastically increased our efficiency and streamlined multiple processes for us.

Utilize the support staff that is available to you! They can answer any question you may have and also provide training for both you and your team to ensure you can use the product and all of its benefits.

A simple interface, great customer service, affordable pricing

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is affordable and easy to use. Even our least internet-savvy customers have had no problem signing documents and making payments through PandaDoc. It is easy to import docments and set up a wide variety of fields for the customer to complete including text fields, signature, and date. We are easily able to track customer progress and search historical doucments. Best of all, all of the features we need the most in our small RV inspection business are included in the free version of the software. PandaDoc links easily with Square payments. Their tech support responded quickly when we had a problem setting up the payment interface and got it working right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc's payment interface is easy to use, but in my opinion would benefit from one further step with a button to confirm the payment information before sending the document to be signed and paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found PandaDoc to be the best and most affordable way to get contracts to our customers for signature and review, and to have them paid quickly and easily through Square payments.

The Better Option for Electronic Signatures

What do you like best about the product?
Their service, communication, and overall product are better than any others I researched. We have only been using PandaDocs for a short time, and our workflows are already exponentially better. We integrated our PandaDocs into our ERP system and the developer on the PandaDocs side was super helpful the whole way.

We had researched DocuSign and AdobeSign. The costs for those, along with the poor service experience of Adobe, prompted us to want an alternative and one that would continue to grow, expand on capabilities, and continue to provide an exceptional product. We have found that in PandaDocs. Cost, Service, Functionality... all A+++.

Not to mention, they are a newer successfully growing company we are excited to support, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far? There are NO dislikes.

It is functioning as it should, communication and service have been stellar, and improving our workflow for our clients is excellent. We send anywhere from 5-15 docs each day to clients for signature confirmation to move forward with their order(s), and quite a few in our client demographic would still go to the library to print out their invoice and then snail mail it back. This automation has cut that out of the equation.

Great for e-docs

What do you like best about the product?
Simple template design that can be duplicated across multiple documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails sent from PandaDoc get caught up in Junk filters, so the signer doesn't get it. But I guess that can't be helped and you can send an individual link to the signer anyway. We tend to not use the PandaDoc email and just copy the unique link into our own email template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast, reliable e-signatures for small to medium sized contracts plus a HubSpot integration was a must for us. This has given us a brilliant all in one service right out of our CRM.

Free Version Perfect for Getting Started

What do you like best about the product?
The free version has all the features needed to not only try out the service but use it day-to-day without significant limitation. The free version is the perfect start for new small businesses or one-person businesses. Very easy to use and intuitive and looks very professional to your customers/associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The placement and sizing of the drag and drop objects can be a little goofy. It can take a couple of tries to place and size them in the right spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With COVID, all documents needed to be signed virtually. As a brand new startup, we could not afford a paid service, and PandaDoc was the only one that appeared to have a usable-for-business free version with no limit on the number of documents. With their ease of use and intuitiveness, I will likely be a lifelong member.
