Crucial to Team Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save pages and content blocks and be able to insert them into your proposal as needed. This saves me a TON of time and allows for maximum flexibility because we all know every client is different! (Each proposal should be somewhat customized to meet that client's unique needs)
What do you dislike about the product?
Accidentally overwriting a template was the biggest issue I had. Had to learn the hard way! It would be helpful to have a pop-up message warn you before you get too far in writing over your team's template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a ton of time by manually entering information and sending documents back and forth to my team. Now we are able to take from each others thought out proposals and save helpful bits into our content library for future use-cases.
Very Easy to Use with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is very easy to use. Also you can do many things like create your own forms or you can upload one and create spaces to write and boxes to put a checkmark. I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downside at the moment. If there is I will come back and write it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need a document signed I use panda doc and its perfect when you work at home.
We moved from DocuSign a few years ago and have enjoyed our experience
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use! It is for the most part very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customer service availability. Auto lineup function is not very good. It would be nice to be able to turn off this functionality.

Processing paperwork made easy! Automatic credit card payment.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, safe and secure, and gives clear line of sight into next steps and who is responsible. The new improvements to layout, font, and matching is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if there was a mechanism for more targeted reminders to the signatory so documents could be processed more effectively. Copying and pasting is a bit difficult to match up.

business contracts between my business and potential clients - Client service agreements, statements of work, and legal review for upcoming consulting services.
What a System
What do you like best about the product?
I mean, what more can you want, so easy to use in the main, it is almost like it is a bespoke system for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to find past documents, it is not that they are not there it is just that there are quite a few steps you have to take to find them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have no hard copies to look after and it is so quick to both send and receive signatures. This means that there are also no postal and printing costs.
It’s a little hard to use if the person is already a client.

I like how easy it is to upload docs and send.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little tough to find existing contracts and I wish there was a way to edit an existing renewal without having to start all over with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves scanning, emailing, etc. I really like that it's all-inclusive and simple for our clients to sign and send back.

1. The ability for the user to use their own personal signature is not that obvious.

Saves a lot of time and missed signatures.
Effortless Document Signing Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload an existing document and fill in the gaps with the signature and date box. It just makes it quick and easy since I can't find another way of doing it in another app or with normal documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a long process. It would be nice if it was easier to find existing documents that I've already uploaded. And sometimes it takes me some time to navigate to the right page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me get students to quickly read and sign terms and conditions. It's easy to upload documents and add signature boxes, which makes the process quick and easy.
Easy and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is a dashboard, where you can find all your completed and ongoing documents together with templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the manual side of the process when preparing a document. Playing with fonts, layouts, it could be a bit more automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly contract management issues, getting in touch with customers is more easier with Pandadoc.

deleting functions and completed steps until I got use to it.
