OMG I love this site!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to get my client's their paperwork!! Even once I go back to in-person sessions, I will continue to get client's their paperwork this way. It saves 10-15 minutes in the first session and allows my clients to do the paperwork at their convenience as most clients are tech savvy now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that, becasue of my documents, it can be hard to view on Panda. But I think that's more about my document than the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I've solved with Panda are getting clients paperwork to sign. I was somewhat shocked to realize that people don't have printers anymore and don't know how to scan documents so sending paperwork via email was not a workable solution for the majority of clients. Using Panda saves so much time and energy and just streamlines my intake process.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Uploading docs was easy. Putting Signature and Initial areas was easy. Sending to customers was easy. For my needs, it was free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features I used were excellent! There are other "paid" features that I did not need for at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to obtain customer signatures and commitment from my customer easily and quickly.

A DREAM for Client Paperwork
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how user-friendly this software is! I've struggled in the past with software and having clients struggle to fill them out. Not with Panda Doc! I am constantly getting feedback from my clients about how simple it is to fill in their information and provide signatures! I also love that I can see the status on documents (when clients have viewed documents and when they sign it) as well as how both myself and my clients receive a copy of the paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, I have yet to find anything that I don't like about Panda Doc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that I am solving with PandaDoc is I am completely paperless now! Before, I had so many files for clients, and it was messy. Having them all digital is a dream. Also, because I see clients both in-person and online, this makes it so much easier for my online clients to be able to sign documents seamlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it , you won't go back to any other software. And your clients will thank you

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has a straightforward and clean interface for those who are not tech-savvy. It integrates with many other products such as Google Drive and Dropbox for seamless document transfer. The mobile app has no issues and makes it very simple for other parties to e-sign quickly. Best, it's free. Simply outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, nothing. I have found nothing that I do not like about it. I am rarely able to say that about any product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes document signatures quick and painless for the other party that needs to sign. It especially makes getting signatures from those geographically far away quite easy. The integration with Google Docs means no annoying downloading/uploading each time I have to get a file signed, then saved.

You won't be disappointed.

Easy to use, gets the job done faster. No need to meet clients as everything can be done digitally online especially during this time of Covid19.

None. I can't think of any negative side in using Pandadoc.

Great Software for Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
As a small company with various team members on the road daily, it can be very hard to coordinate and processes all the paperwork that goes with selling. Fortunately, PandaDoc makes all of that a seamless, head-ache free process. The fact that I can view everything my team is doing and approve or deny certain sales all from my cell phone is a game-changer! It's just as easy for our outside sales members and customers to view documents, approve and process them effortelessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike with the program is the newer 2.0 editor version took away the drag and drop features when creating documents so that the attachments show up without having to take an extra step to open them. If they could copy that feature over from the older version, it would be perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problems associated with having a partially remote team, having some members that are much less tech-savvy still be able to easily you the program, which ends up saving us quite a bit of money and time.
