PandaDoc is exactly what we needed!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how funtional the platform is even at the free level. This makes me more inclied to buy in for the paid features. It's incredibly easy to upload and customize a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app feels less intuitive than the desktop application. I don't enjoy the mobile experience. I would also like to have an option to generate a contact on the ipad have a person sign in person rather than email them the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding that people are returning signed documents faster than ever because the process is simplified. I'm spending 50-80% less time tracking down documents.

An Excellent Tool For Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about PandaDoc is the flexibility to create what we need when we need it. The options really are endless, and once we create a template to use for a certain process, it's extremely easy to implement with our administration team. In the past we've had clients who have asked for specific types of proposals that, as a small company, we didn't just have created and ready to go. But with PandaDoc we were able to quickly put together what the client needed in a way that looked professional, and we could easily convert it to a template for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing features are a little clunky or tedious. Putting together a new document from scratch can sometimes be a long process, even when PandaDoc provides some pre-made templates. Little features like checkboxes can be difficult to move around and align just right, or sometimes you need to click on something several times to select it in just the right way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small company we need to consolidate the tools we use to keep the administrative process streamlined, and PandaDoc allows us to do just that. We use it for all of our client-facing documentation like scheduling checklists, formal agreements, and calendar confirmations, as well as for internal processes like contractor expectation agreements.

Pandadoc is very helpful to create templates, documents and share them with anyone. Its very easy and intuitive. I am currently using to draft proposals for customers, sending questionnaires etc. So far I am having a fantastic experience with it. Thanks, PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure what to write because there is honestly nothing I don't like about PandaDoc. The only recommendation to Pandadoc is to improve on redlining.

Communication with external customers. Getting information from customers in the form of a questionnaire and providing them information in the form of proposals

PandaDoc has made the Sales process so much FASTER, EASIER, & CONVENIENT for our clients. If you're in Sales YOU NEED THIS FOR YOUR TEAM!
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some technical difficulties when adding more users but PandaDoc customer services was so helpful in resolving the issue. They went above and beyond to correct the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're helping me with the turnaround time of signing on a Client. From Proposal to Closing, they have sped up the whole process and business has been great!

inability to add a template for future use, if I incorrectly add one email, the rest of the doc needs to be redone again

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have Multiple signers and the ease of the document set up make this application really accessible and user-friendly. It is really easy to upload a document for signature, set up the various fields, and then send it off to signers for completion. I also like how easy it is to monitor the status of each document once sent out for signing.
In addition, the online support has been exceptional- quick responses that are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the document has to be accompanied by a signature verification page at the end in order to prove the authenticity of the signatures. I would prefer if the document had the signature verification on the actual page of signature, similar to an application like DocuSign.
In addition I would prefer if one was able to see the email messages that have been sent out with a document in order to re-use or address that message. It would be helpful to be able to follow up on a document that is incomplete still.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more paper is required in my practice. I can send documents out for signature with ease, no paper required, and my clients are extremely happy with the efficiency and simplicity of the application to allow them to sign electronically.
I am able to get documents signed quickly and no need for printing out documents in order to sign and rescan.
Overall, PandaDoc has filled in the document management gap that I had in my cloud accounting practice until now.

3. I'm notified with the recipient opens the document.
4. I'm notified when the recipient signs/completes the document. I get to choose whether this notification comes with an attachment or if I have to log in to view it. I like the option to log in because it gives me more privacy since my admin has access to my email.
5. I can assign specific fields to the signers, which eliminates confusion and mistakes.
6. I am notified when the original recipient forwards the document to someone else.

As a solo consultant, I need tools that increase my capacity, make me look polished and professional and don't take a lot of time to use. Pandadoc does these things for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't appreciate how much easier contract management becomes until you actually try this tool. It's worth it!
PandaDoc - Becoming one of the top e-sign platforms
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has no page limits and I can easily delete and re-upload a document if I discover a mistake in the source file. I particularly like the fact that you have the option to send an email yourself and provide a link to the document. This prevents items from ending up in spam or being deleted because they weren't recognized. The fields are easily placable and the system remembers the size of the field. So for example, if you drag a signature field over and resize it, you don't need to resize it again. Finally, after the document is returned I can easily extract any pages whereas some other programs don't allow you to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think of anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc provides a platform to obtain legal electronic signatures and allows me to get signatures and initials specifically where I want in the document.

So easy to use, super affordable, and sends quickly with confirmation for both parties at each step so I'm never wondering or waiting about what happened.
