Essential Tool for Effortless E-Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc's platform is easy to use and inexpensive, which is crucial for our small company. The setup was very easy, which made the transition to using PandaDoc seamless. We use PandaDoc primarily for capturing electronic signatures on contracts, a process that has proved to be much easier than sending a contract for a wet signature, having it scanned, and then sent back to us. The dashboard feature is exceptionally helpful for tracking the status of documents sent for signatures. This feature enables us to easily see where each document stands in the signing process, providing great convenience and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of free signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for capturing electronic signatures, simplifying contract management by eliminating the need for physical signatures and scanning. Its dashboard helps me track document status efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PandaDoc is how effortlessly it streamlines the document creation and approval process. As an account manager, I frequently send proposals, contracts, and renewals, and PandaDoc makes that workflow incredibly efficient. The ability to customize templates, track document engagement in real time, and get electronic signatures without back-and-forth emails saves a huge amount of time. It helps maintain professionalism while giving me visibility into client interactions—so I know exactly when a document has been opened or signed, allowing me to follow up at the right moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about PandaDoc is that the formatting tools can sometimes feel a bit limited or inconsistent when working on more complex documents. Occasionally, aligning elements or maintaining consistent spacing between sections takes extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is solving the challenge of managing and tracking client documents efficiently from start to finish. Before using it, creating proposals, sending contracts, and collecting signatures involved multiple tools and manual steps. Now, everything happens within one streamlined platform. It eliminates delays in approvals, reduces errors, and provides visibility into when clients open or sign documents—helping me time my follow-ups strategically. This not only speeds up the sales cycle but also enhances the client experience with a more professional and seamless process.
Seamlessly Integrates Sales and Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the search feature, which makes organizing customer contracts incredibly efficient and eliminates the need to file things manually. The seamless integration with Salesforce enhances its utility for our workflow. I also appreciate its ease of use and simplicity, as they significantly contribute to a smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unsure about anything that needs significant change, but perhaps an extended search feature could be beneficial.

Great for Sales Insights, Needs Better Image Pasting in Documents

It gives us great insights on our sales activities, pipeline, and status of contracts being worked

PandaDoc: A Game Changer for Deals
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of PandaDoc at my company has been a GAME CHANGER for getting deals through, expediting the process, increasing professionalism, and security. Overall, it has had a positive impact on our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some funky rules about editing and associations on documents that have caused issues; however, these could be stemming from internal set up issues! Additionally, I think there is some increased functionality that would be super helpful - for example having editable fields POST signature that are not conditional on a new signature or an easy amendment process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made the process of eSignature and document organization a breeze at SpotHopper.
Great Usability, Stability and Price
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of approach, stability, functions with real-world application

Nothing except their use of AI chatbots in their user suppot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a medium size real estate investment boutique in Vienna and typically have 5 - 50 investors in a project. There are loads of paperwork to sign, all kinds of contracts, circular resolutions, invitations to corporate events etc. There is no better solution for this than Pandadoc: It allows industrialization of processes where meaningful, and adaptations where necessary. It does not require investors to sign in to a dedicated platform and still gives us enough functions to show our corporate design and language. We never have to worry about delivery or reminders. Compliance has risen, even with the more traditional crowd. Pandadoc has become essential, without vendor-lock-in
Good Platform, Needs Better Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc for its excellent UX and UI, making the platform clear and visually appealing. The e-signature system and signature history are particularly useful, allowing me to efficiently track document status and signer actions. I find PandaDoc to be a great solution for managing international client contracts and online signatures. It is very easy to use and offers a good platform for tracking the signature process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of PandaDoc was somewhat challenging for me, primarily because English is not my first language, leading to a longer time to become familiar with the platform. Additionally, the process of CC'ing people or involving others in the signature loop was not immediately intuitive, which initially caused some confusion. I believe that more guidance or help, like notifications or a help guide, would have helped better understand the logic and process of using PandaDoc.

I find PandaDoc enables international client outreach by facilitating online signatures and tracking signature flows efficiently.
PandaDoc: Superior Customization and Templates, but Pricey with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and extremely customizable. The template setup options and audit trail details are superior to all other e-signature platforms I've tried. I've tried AdobeSign, DocuSign, HelloSign, Google Drive's e-sign feature and eSignature.io over the years and PandaDoc blows them all out of the water. I use it daily and never dread sending contracts the way I used to with Adobe products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to setting custom fonts and other branding so getting it up and running took a little longer than I'd anticipated. It's also quite pricey and add-ons are an additional cost so I haven't explored them too much yet. That said, they seem to be prioritizing integrations and I'm excited about connecting it to my QBO account for smoother client support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The audit trail is killer and automated reminders are amazing. I love that I don't have to set them up system wide, but can customize based on client needs and expectations. I *hate* spamming potential clients with endless reminders so cringed in software where automations are applied across the board. The customization is incredible. I almost forgot the pricing tables! Setting up a proposal with a lot of pricing potential was complicated at first but after setting up a template it has made my client intake process significantly faster and more consistent.

What I like best about PandaDoc is how streamlined and user-friendly the platform is. It allows me to manage, send, and track documents all in one place, which saves a huge amount of time. I especially appreciate the ability to create reusable templates and monitor real-time progress, ensuring documents are signed quickly and compliantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, PandaDoc is a great platform, but I find that the template editor can occasionally be a bit clunky, especially when aligning fields or formatting complex documents. It would also be helpful if there were more flexibility with fillable fields and better integration options for advanced workflows.

PandaDoc has streamlined our entire document management and signing process. Previously, onboarding forms, employment contracts, and agreements required manual handling and multiple follow-ups. With PandaDoc, we can automate these workflows, track real-time document status, and ensure everything is signed securely and compliantly. This has significantly reduced turnaround times and improved transparency across teams.
