Great E-Signature Alternative!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and extremely user-friendly! I recommend it to all the contractors I work with when they are looking for a solution to signing documents online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has a few restrictions but it makes sense. It would be great to have template options for free users. I would like to be able to make an either/ or box that requires only one box to be filled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving e-doc signing solutions for the everyday person who doesn't need something special like adobe sign. It's always been such a pain to print sign and scan a document to a client and I no longer have to do that!
They have been excellent, especially the free version

It is free and the functionality available is perfect for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expense of the API connection compared to competitors.

Flexible and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in drafting a document is of a great benefit. We use PandaDoc primarly for contracting and having the capability of changing efficiently the layout and content of the document is massive important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adapting the fields dimension, positioning and layout are sometimes a bit strange resulting in not being able to acomplish the intended result which in turn forces manual adaptation every single time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool that solves our challenge of contracting. It requires a bit it structure but at the same time a degree of flexibility to be able to adapt the document to the ever changing market conditions.
Very recommendable and easy to handle
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is very intiutive in the handling and the possibilty to sign digitally makes everything so much easier. I also really love the automated reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that in some new templates it is a bit difficult to move the spaces for the customers to filll in information to the right spot. I does not seem to be possible to move these fields freely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the automated reminders, I am saving lots of time that I would usually spend with calling the customers over and over again. As most customers fill and sign the contracts online, there are also less mistakes with e-mail adresses or other information due to bad handwriting.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is user friendly. I enjoy the customization of templates and that you can access other documents uploaded by your teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pre-filled functions arent always accurate. I uploaded an standard W9 form and although it recognized the document and created prefilled options, it missed the signature and so I had to go back and add the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows our organization to send documents to our clients and gather important information about them in a secure way. Unlike sending a document in an email, it's simple and secure. Our clients also like that they dont have to download any software or pay a fee to complete the documents we send them.
Great Quoting and Form Software
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of PandaDoc is the ability to create template forms that are easy to use and easy to design. The documents are intuitive to set up, and make quoting way faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reporting features that are missing, such as the ability to view the time spent viewing each page of the document. This can be looked at on individual documents, but not in mass reports to easily compare one document to another. This makes any analysis of which customers are more likely to close difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a perfect fit for our business for speeding up our time to quote to customers. It greatly improves our ability to create professional looking quotes that feel customized to a customers needs.

Integrations with Salesforce. Ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature for documents inside the site. It seems to struggle to find documents at times. Also, how the default is to remind customers to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of proposal making. The auditable trail of signatures. Just improves efficiency.
The E-Sign Solution for the Everyday Man
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDocs is super easy to use. It has an intuitive interface, the price point for its basic features is great, and it gives you a tremendous amount of flexibility in all of your contracts and agreements. Unlike other E-Signature providers, PandaDocs feel more natural like you're sending a simple email rather than drafting some type of extremely complex automated workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least in my industry, when you start reaching Enterprise level solutions, you're really just sending out the exact same contract/agreement/template to thousands of customers. Thus the economy of scale just isn't there, which makes the pricing at higher service tiers less attractive than some of their competitors. We really only need the more advanced features for our internal rather than external teams which make up way less than the total amount of documents we send through the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Department executes a variety of agreements with our existing clients to expand upon our initial offerings and contracts. PandaDocs provides a simple integrated solution that allows my team to not fuss over contracts, quickly draft them, and get them into a client's hands without spending inordinate amounts of time with legal or management to ensure we're in compliance with different policies and procedures.
Excellent software and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly. It's easy to upload documents. Entering signature spaces is intuitive. I like that it notifies me when people sign the contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some occasions where someone signs a contract and the software fails to notify me by email. I've had this happen several times and have had a client inform me that they signed. I then log in and check in the dashboard and find that they, indeed, signed but I wasn't informed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Electronic signatures, particularly for contracts. I arms contracts to prospective customers using PandaDoc. They can review, ask questions before signing, and then e-sign once they agree to terms.
Sleek and Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
No need for offline tools, we can store our templates online and everyone can log in, populate the fields and send out the document without any chance of making an error.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of our clients simply don't know how to execute a document when they receive the prompt from PandaDoc, this sometimes leads to us having to resort to the old school way of signing documents

Eliminating chance of error, unified document look and feel that matches our brand and handy online storage for our executed agreements - all in one place is a big advantage!
