PandaDoc is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple it is to add field to a document and edit it using the Pandadoc interface. I also use Docusign because my employer gave me their login, but Pandadoc is way more user friendly and I've been switching over my Templates to PandaDocs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing II really dislike about PandaDoc is how many emails they send me and hardly any of the emails even talk about new features. I would prefer to get fewer emails and out of the emails I do receive I would like them to talk more about new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has simplified sending pricing agreements to my clients. I can sign, Send the document to my client to sign, and CC my Billing team all in a matter of seconds, and I can visualize all of my edits on one page which is super nice.

What do you like best about the product?
We built out a robust content library of content blocks that can dynamically pull in each time we generate an agreement. That means we can update a single block and every agreement across the business that uses it will have the new content going forward (imagine this is only for a new logo or address how much time it saves).

What do you dislike about the product?
The dynamic content rules system is still pretty new and it's very basic; you can't do partial matches or booleans, so have to manually create exact match entries for each rule you want.
Additionally docs sent directly through the PandaDoc interface often go to spam (at least half the time in my experience). That said, it's arguably a better user experience for the recipient to send them the document link directly via their preferred communication channel so this one isn't a big deal once you wrap your head around it and write off features like auto-reminders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows our whole business to quickly spin up customized and compliant documents , channel them through the right approvals, and get them out to our customers with velocity while not compromising on quality.
Easy to learn, easy to use, effective no-fuss solution to document management
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a fantastic tool for managing document completion and providing an easy solution for e-signature needs and collecting information. I rarely have to explain to those receiving items via PandaDoc how to use the tool--it's quick and SO user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve when starting out setting up documents, as far as which type of feature should be used for each individual signing/completion function. However, the support center has many helpful resources to guide you through, and customer service is top notch! It's difficult to say anything I dislike, because I truly love this tool so much! It has made my daily functions so much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting information and signatures from multiple parties is no longer the biggest frustration of my day! It has eliminated the back-and-forth and the need for printing documents to complete, scan and return. Requesting revisions is also a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business, we didn't need a large document signing program so we tried Panda Docs and OMG we love them!! So easy to use, it has helped streamline our forms and get the signatures without any confusion or push back from the signers (a miracle all by itself). Thank PandaDocs for making our lives so much more efficient!

Nothing we dislike here! Easy to use and no instructions are needed for our signers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a mental health practice we have forms we need our therapists to sign for our HR and for our clinical department. The issue was we didn't need a large expensive package so pandadocs filled that need for us which we greatly appreciate.

I like best the simple yet efficient way the software opperates! Easy to figure out my way around it!

There is nothing to dislike! I've used many E signature softwares and no one came close to PandaDoc

Easy way to get customers signing contracts without having to explain them what to do
Excellent eSignature features and workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy eSignature, initialing, and date entry. Send email signing link from directly in the document. Add additional pages to the same document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally has connectivity problems or loses signature request that has been placed. Does not remember default preferred box sizes.

I like being able to send via URL and to see when the client has reviewed the document.
I also like that the document returns to the client in a PDF form once completed.

I would like to be able to have a custom URL and better integration with Word Documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda doc is solving the issue with signatures - we used to have to sign them with ink and scan them. Once the pandemic hit, we had to leave the office and really needed a virtual signature platform.
Excellent and easy to use program for signing and sharing documents!
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly! I love that you can save templates to use repeatedly, which saves so much time. Staff is eager to help through any issues that may arise. I also love the reminder tool, which helps me get clients to sign documents much faster without having to re-send them!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that I can't choose the color of the tools I use in a document (i.e., checkboxes, signature lines, text fields, etc...). I would suggest that PandaDoc either allows the user to choose the color or, at the very least, gets rid of certain colors like grey and light brown, which aren't eye-catching to the person signing the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping solve a time problem for my school district. It was sometimes taking months to receive signatures before using PandaDoc and now we typically receive signatures the same day we send them out.

I like that PandaDoc handles processing signatures of work documents that I send to my clients to sign electronically without the hassle of printing and signing these documents on paper.

I like every feature of PandaDoc and how it helps customers like myself and my organization complete the important work we do daily.

PandaDoc is solving the problem of having too much paperwork printed for signing purposes. I'm more productive now using PandaDoc.
Easy to get started and use
What do you like best about the product?
It's really intuitive and easy to get started with. The tool makes it so you can upload or type a new form and get it set up and sent quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to organize what gets signed or the templates too into folders.
