Our sales team began using PandaDoc to improve our proposals. Now, documents are easier to build and look more professional. We have received compliments from clients, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We enjoy how easy PandaDoc is to use and how much time it saves. However, on the front end, it take a good amount of work to get all of our templates created and working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helped us align our sales proposals' appearance and provided more functionality for our clients. We are now creating and sending documents that include our media guides, proposals, and spec sheets.
Amazing free software and a must have for business
What do you like best about the product?
The great thing is that it has all amazing feature in free version which other apps would have ask money for. It's easy to setup and pretty quick for any signatures
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing that should be dislike. Would love to try premium version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pandadoc I was able to stop wasting paper just for the sake of few signatures which makes my and company life easier and responsible. Usually it takes long time to get signatures on a paper and with the ease provided by pandadoc it can be done within few minutes without waiting for person to be physically present
Easy to use, great integration
What do you like best about the product?
Easily integrates with Salesforce, and simplifies agreements. I use it on a daily basis to manage our contracts.

Nothing to note, I like Pandadoc for my needs

Agreement process complexity. Integrates with Salesforce, making it easy to have clean, simplified agreements even for complex arrangements

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of selecting documents and templates that I need to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the emails and names to automatically read a name rather than inputting it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to people and getting them to complete these documents is easier. We can track when it was viewed and follow-up with ease.
Salesforce consulting with Pandadoc
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use post-implementation. I'm able to quickly deploy documents so we can get a close on calls, but I'm also able to edit and redeploy quickly if necessary. The templates and content library are HUGE when it comes to consulting. We have a ton of different contract types and dynamic pricing, so we are able to get custom proposals out to clients without any hassle or peer review. This has saved us SO. MUCH. TIME.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the salesforce integration and while that works perfectly, the only thing i do not like (and this is nitpicking) is the pop open in new tab when looking at a document for a salesforce record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is helping us with contracts, proposals, all of that stuff. We are about to start using the payment gateway integration as we redefine our sales process. We are also going to use it for performance reviews. We barely scratch the surface of the capabilities.
Great software for contract creation and implementation
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, comprehensive, and makes streamlining and creating agreements easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a little bit clunky and it's not super customizable.

It is certainly helping with the creation and implementation of contacts to clients and sourcing it all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to send new employee paperwork via email through the templates created in PandaDoc for employees to comeplete.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only need the feature that we use. There are many many features that PandaDoc offers which can make their site not as user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completing new employee paperwork prior to the employees first day. Once completed by employee and HR you're able to easily download a copy to save in the employees file.

Contracts could be uploaded, shared and signed with great ease while tracking the progress in real-time

Nothing, but I believe that readymade templates and designing capabilities will help

Panda is helping me in getting my contracts signed online without sending the hard copies and helping me complete statutory requirements while getting my contracts signed online saving huge number of hour / days and effort.
