FREE SAFE AND EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
HOW EASY IT IS TO WORK WITH. AND I DONT HAVE TO BE CHASING CUSTOMERS TO SIGN THE DOCUMENTS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I DONT DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT IT YET. I AM SATISFIED
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-SIGNING DOCUMENTS SO PEOPLE DONT COME TO THE OFFICE ON THIS PANDEMIC IS PERFECT FOR INSURANCE AGENCIES.

Great Site - Worth it to Sign Up and Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to custom fit the forms to my needs. There's a free option. It has good notifications. It saves my client's data in a secure way. We struggled with Adobe Sign and this site has been a salvation for us. I have clients who sign on their phones or tablets; it's a major upgrade. It helps us to meet our deadlines and requirements. Really a big blessing. Thank you, PandaDoc. The name is easy to remember, and I get email alerts at each stage of the process. You can add multiple different custom templated items to the document. This comes in handy, as you never know what you need on there. It is easy to upload pdfs to the site, and the client just has to do a couple of clicks and they are set, ready to go. Great product, great site, and very easy on the eyes and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's confusing if I should use the email option or link. The screen is also very busy at times. Really, there is not a lot to dislike. It is hard to tell where the free option is on the sign-up page, but it is there. It takes time to learn at the beginning, but it is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am btaining remove signatures in a safe, certified way. This is very important for mental health workers, we do telehealth or people ae not always there to sign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Use it for sure.

Nothing so far!!! It is a great program!

I just figured out you can add multiple attachments to one file to be sent at once instead of separately.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have a lot of extra time as a business owner to deal with administrative tasks, so to be able to use a tool that infuses a lot of creativity into the tasks I need to do is incredibly helpful. I really like the templates to search from, and I really love that it integrates with Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most is that I have to upgrade in order to access the template gallery, but I get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since my business is just me, it makes me look more professional. It looks like I have a team behind me.
Ease of functionality makes PandaDoc an easy choice
What do you like best about the product?
Options available including free text, drop downs, check box makes the software useful when completing multiple form types. The ease at which staff have been able to learn how to use the software while working apart has made it especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor point is that it can be easy to add fields unintentionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving away from paper documents to electronic has meant that we can prepare paperwork for signature quite easily. With staff working from home we've been able to keep functioning using the software and seen a reduction in print/copy costs, as well as quicker turnaround times for document signing.
Ideal Tool for Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The name Panda is just so friendly, just like their interphase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind yet however I have only been using it for a few weeks now.

It saves us time, effort, and helps us connect over long distances without too much effort.
Pandadoc Is super helpful, easy to use not only for us but for the clients.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. Everything is simple and down to the point. The automation with HubSpot works great saves a lot of time. It keeps everything organized and everyone in the loop. The status of the Documents is great the colors make it easy to knowledge which document is expired or completed. I also like the option that HubSpot/PandaDoc has that you can create a new document and link it to the company. It is always visible for you and it has easy access to the document, instead of having to go to PandaDoc and look for it. The reminders are also great, sometimes the clients forget they receive the document, and the fact that the system sends them reminders is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, so far I've had a great experience using it. At first, it took me a while to get used to it. I didn't want to mess something up. One thing, is there a way we can add notifications when a document is completed? I will only require it on certain types of documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can use it with HubSpot it saves us time. We had another service for e-sign, Clients have had a lot of issues because it's not user-friendly. We moved the documents over to PandaDoc and now it seems like they are not haveing any issues signing the documents.

It's super easy to use not only for the employees but for clients.
Convenient and organized!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDocs has a clean and organized dashboard that allows users to see all documents pending, sent, viewed, completed, expired, paid, and declined. The side menu is easy to navigate as well. I like how easy it is to upload a document as a template. Templates are then shareable within network.
What do you dislike about the product?
When converting documents, it can be frustrating to add paragraphs and lines without disrupting all of the fillable text boxes or checkboxes. It is excellent for documents that do not need to be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send documents to clients and have them digitally signed right away is very convenient. It also makes for less printing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone that will be using it from an organization should take a training together to learn how to implement PandaDocs and how best to utilize the products/services available.

All you have to do is drag and drop the document into PandaDoc, add email and signature lines and send it on it's way.

What is to dislike? We can't think of anything.

PandaDoc has given us the virtual component that our agency needed to quickly send docs for esignature.
Easy, clear and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
It is really intuitive, and you can send your document to be signed literally in 2 minutes. It is easy enough to use so any recipient will understand how to sign a doc or fill in demanded fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team shared docs pool is not that intuitive or easy to use, to provide access to some docs to selected individuals of an organization. I'd like being remembered not to login every time accessing the site.

Getting agreements signed from anywhere in the world, with a proof of completition.
