What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to navigate. I like how customizable it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside, although I'd like some of the font to be larger in some areas. If I increase my screen zoom, I lose some of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build custom documents and forms using PandaDoc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a comprehensive and flexible software, and I enjoy using it.

Inexpensive and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to store template documents
What do you dislike about the product?
That if there is only one signer it doesnt automatically auto-populate that person as the signer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasted time trying to get peoples signatures who don't have access to a printer.

The website is entirely a great experience, and it has made work so much easy and efficient.

Nothing as of now. Love every bit of it.

We were getting our students to sign their higher studies offers, which we collected separately and saved in our database.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to use, very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot include more than one document in the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients can easily sign their documents and the documents are returned quickly. Much better sending by email and waiting for the return if the person does not have a scanner.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to put proposals together and manage our contract/sales process efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docs can sometimes not format themselves properly; however, if planned and engineered correctly, the system works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we needed to address was efficiently deploying proposals and orchestrating practice management. We have seen a three fold increase in our proposal issuance and reduced errors in our practice management.

Excellent tool for management of external docs and signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc attains a good balance of features and ease of use. I feel like I can do almost everything I want with this tool, and have a workaround when a direct solution is not available. The integration to our CRM is straightforward and was easy to set up by non-technical users. The templating feature is very convenient, it 1) reduces time in document prep, and 2) reduces errors and back-and-forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Billing is complicated and required contact with the team to figure out
- Objects in documents and templates can only be placed visually. This creates some problems when trying to get tables and pictures to be in exactly the right spot. There are workarounds but they require many clicks
- Knowledge base could use some work. I must say that there has been progress over the last year

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider what you are looking to achieve. If it's signatures only, there are likely better tools. However, PandaDoc offers a good one-stop-shop for customer-facing document template construction and maintenance at a good price.

Pandadoc provides a streamlined process that will save a ton of time. What used to take over an hour now takes just a few minutes to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I can't find anything that can be improved upon because the process is so simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time savings and simplicity of use make for a great user experience. Plus once the agreement has been sent there is the ability to track the clients progress in real time to be able to assist them if necessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to save time and provide your clients with a great user experience, PandaDoc is a great way to go and I couldn't imagine using another service. We are vey happy with PandaDoc and looking forward to any future upgrades that may be in our future.
PandaDoc Automates Sales Processes
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has greatly improved the order and contracting process with our enterprise customers. The application allows us to create and store templates without having to download them into additional storage drives. It also allows us to share the documents internally for collaboration and has a built-in workflow for review and approval reducing the amount of emails otherwise needed. We've also been able to manage version control as PandaDoc maintains a version history. Overall PandaDoc has simplified and automated many steps in our sales order process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to using PandaDoc is that many of our customers are not familiar with the application so they tend to delete or skip over generated emails containing documents for their review and signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved an internal problem of where documents are stored and maintaining version control. PandaDoc allows us to create labels and folders to organize documents easily. Internal communication is much more efficient without having to email collaborators for changes, review, or approval. Actions are logged within the application with details about who made changes, viewed, approved, and when. By using PandaDoc, we've been able to consolidate functions that were using separate applications. We've eliminated using separate apps for file storage, communication, and signature in our sales order process.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy PandDocs make it to get documents signed, simply attach my cloud drive and anything can be signed in minutes. I even get notified when it's completed which I absolutely love!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that every time I sign in I have to re-attach my Google Drive, for some reason it does not want to stay connected and this gets annoying when I'm in a hurry at times..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving speed and ease of collecting signatures, as well as knowing where in the process my document is at a glance. No need to follow up until it's necessary.
