I like PandaDocs
What do you like best about the product?
It's very quick and easy to use, I'm a fan of how it's helped streamline our processes with client interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. I haven't delved too deep into the features yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making obtaining client signatures go much more smoothly

Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
We like the fact it easily syncs with cloud storage like Google Drive etc. Also making templates for registry used documents is great! We use Panda Doc for our employees to sign their employment contracts so having a template is great for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely can not see a single downside of Panda Doc. Naturally if you want more features you need to upgrade your subscription. But I don't see a problem with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Electronically being able to send multiple documents out to the same or multiple recipients is great! E sign is brilliant and the notifications when a document is signed and completed saves so much time not having to check constantly.
A Big Productivity Booster!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy-to-use PandaDoc is. Whether I'm creating new templates or working with many signatories, prepping just any document, and sending it out for electronic signature, is virtually painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of how tables are implemented, and I think the payment systems integrations could be more varied (e.g. working with LawPay ought to be obvious) and easier to use. Honestly, it's not a deal-breaker, but those are areas for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm preparing and sending contracts, official forms, etc. for e-signature, and I have saved a lot of time and energy by using PandaDoc. Perhaps surprisingly, for many people, is that when you electronically send contracts to recipients for approval, rather than sending them paper contracts, fewer people tend to object about contract length.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out. There's no way to know whether or not a given solution or platform will work for you until you try it. I love PandaDoc, and I recommend it to people all the time. So, give it a try. I think you'll love it!
Professional, fast and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The tokens - they populate details of my prospect saving lots of time.
Prospects can sign my quotes on mobile, closing deals outside of business hours.
No paper is used, which my prospects prefer. Time wasted printing, signing, scanning and returning to me not only puts them off from processing my quotes, it also means I miss monthy targets especially around month-end.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love every aspect of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster signing-off on my quotes, as it negates the need to print, scan, resize etc. I can see when my prospect has my quote open on his screen so I can follow up at the right time. It looks more professional and I just love that prospects can choose services and add them to their quotes! No more modifying and resending quotes of which multiple versions stack up on my pc, which could cause the wrong version to be sent!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc integrates with our CRM to generate insights, forecasts and other valuable bits of info needed by modern salesmen. The best part of my day is telling a prospect that this quote will be in his inbox in under 5 minutes. The second best part of my day is having the signed quote back in my inbox under 10!

Quick and efficient contract processing with eSignature

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it really easy for my team to send out proposals and quotes to prospects. I also like how you can create sub-folders to add already-made templates. I also especially enjoy the real-time feedback on who has viewed a contract and if they have signed it already.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about PandaDoc. But it would be helpful if they would have easy-to-find tutorials to learn how to use all the features or when you are training someone new to PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've always wanted my team to send out professional proposals and contracts to prospects. Sending it via email is not scalable, nor doesn't it look good. I also have benefited from knowing when a contract has been signed or even viewed.
Best app I have come across so far. Sending and tracking contracts was never so easy!

Inablity to modify contract once downloaded. I wish there was an option to modify the contract in the app itself insteadd of going to docs , updating and uploading again.

Great option for free signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is the only e-sign platform I've found that offers a free option (not including platforms that offer a free trial). It's a very user-friendly platform that works great for those just getting started and trying to reduce business expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any free plan, the downside is lack of features. For example, the inability to save reusable templates. Depending on the needs and complexity of the business, this isn't a huge deal to work around. I personally use Adobe Sign in my own business which I pay for, but am using PandaDoc on behalf of a client who is not currently willing to add a paid program to her list. PD works perfectly for what we need it for and is a great place to start until she's ready to grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collect electronic signatures is a huge benefit, especially for service providers or businesses that require contracts or waivers in order to complete sales. We specifically use it to collect signatures on a waiver and have been able to do that without an additional cost.
Simple & Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use and how it can take any documents such as PDF or Google Docs right from your GRICE without having to convert the file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now, it's quick to set up and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now automate my onboarding process and my team gets notifications the minute a new contract is signed.

What do you like best about the product?
A five year old could use it. It is really simple and fast.

I haven't found anything I don't like yet.

Time issues - makes the sales process instant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you process alot of deals - just try it for one week - or a month. It saves you an incredible amount of time - and lets you focus more on selling.
