Panda Doc Creates Christmas Magic
What do you like best about the product?
As a small-time Santa, PandaDoc is the single most invaluable I use to bring Christmas Magic to so many children. PandaDoc has brought Santa into the new technology age and saved me so much stress and headaches getting contracts out, signed, and returned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love everything about it! I've attempted other services. I will never go back! I love PandaDoc and promote it often to others!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turn-around time. A simple service change and take almost a week to get corrected using old methods. Now, if the client wants to tweak something on the proposal before signing, I can do so in a matter of seconds.

Easy and Efficient documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Templates are easy to create and store. Also, getting documents signed by external and internal parties is extremely easy and efficient. The customer service rep for our company is always ready to set up a meeting to go over an issues. CRMs easily integrate with panda doc and make it that much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it can be overwhelming, but once you familiarize yourself with all the functions it becomes clear and amazing. Beyond that, not being able to adjust the frequency of reminders too much has annoyed some of our clients at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts and documents that need signatures (external and/or internal parties) in a timely manner. Creating templates that my entire team can use with ease. Creating webinars for our entire team, but also creating individual documents.
PandaDoc is very easy to use and convenient for HR related documents.
What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about PandaDoc is that it can be used on a mobile, employees are able to access their compliance documents on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing, we like everything about Pandadoc

Employees do not have to print out documents and they can just use their mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily collaborate in a single document across multiple teams. As a result of this feature alone we've been able to significantly decrease the amount of time it takes to prepare our quarterly packages. Pandadoc is easy to use and super intuitive. It took no time for the team to pick it up and start woking in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its nice for consistenlty in formatting sometimes working within the blocks can be a little bit limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a number of people working in the same document without corrupting the file or crashing it.
The best Pandadoc
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is very helpful in reviewing the order forms and signatures. It provides accessibility to everybody. Clients, sales, and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I find Pandadoc very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides one solution to all the documents.
User Friendly, But be prepared to spend a lot of time in it

I love the drag and drop functions, it allows me to display how I want and build to suit my style the best

It takes a while to learn. It isn't software to be able to just jump in and go, you need to learn before fully understanding it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates all of our quoting into one spot. It allows us to see at a glance what stage each deal is at.
Easy and trustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is a good tool for a business where you need to keep the integrity of digital documents and easily process a high volume of signautres.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be a deterant for a small nonprofit, but if you frequently spend time signing and gathering signatures, it might still be very well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc ensures we are all getting our documents signed quickly when spread across multiple campuses.
Great experience using PandaDoc!
What do you like best about the product?
It works exactly as it should. It can auto assign text boxes, which saves time per document. I also like how seamlessly it can integrate with Stripe. I use it almost every day to send agreements for my Content Agency. It was extremely simple to set up. I upload the .pdf document, enter their email and name, then auto assign the text boxes. You can also share it via email or a URL link. I like to send the email and then text my clients the URL link. Thanks PandaDoc for making it so simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to drag my mouse and highlight 4 text boxes, and assign them all at once. This is not a need though, just a want.

Great e-signature product and experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to learn and use interface. You get basic engagement and tracking information, and five documents sent, with the free account. That's plenty to give you a sense if the platform will work for you. They have a lot of great integrations, too. It's easy to implement into your document execution flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't dictate different signature types by document or signer, only at a platform level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signatures that are compliant and legally binding; automatic date stamping of signed documents; providing signed documents to signers and requester.
