Great Program for Proposals
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is simple and easy to use. Creating proposals is quick once you have your proposal set. My customers enjoy the ease of reading and signing. Projects can be started sooner since mailing is not necessary. I love having my contacts saved. When my customer needs another proposal, I don't have to look up the contact information, it is all right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get signatures elecronically, which allows us to start projects faster. It has saved me valuable time by sending proposals out sooner using templates. My customers always complement us on the quick turn around time. I don't know what I would do with this program. Before my proposals were plane and basic. Now they are appealing and keeping up with expectations of a company that is current with technology.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend PandaDoc. It is affordable and easy to use. Creating documents from scratch or the PandaDoc created templates is easy. Creating and saving your own templates is excellent. Uploading services and fees from a spreadsheet is a timesaver! You are able to upload your own images and files to add to your proposals to personalize them. The content library saves pages or documents, so you are able to add them to a proposal with ease and saving time. I created folders on my dashboard to file completed proposals, expired, declined, etc., so my dashboard stays clean.

Where it normally would take us an hour to compile a proposal it now takes 5 minutes.

I would like Panda Docs to auto populate prices and items from the CRM (Pipedrive)

No downside thus far, if we discover something we will consider upgrading to the paid version

We needed an easy to use option for electronic signatures on our payment requests within our company. PandaDoc provides just that

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc makes creating, sending and sharing contracts effortless. The team helped us create a custom template in our branding and the account management and customer success have been excellent.
As we have grown we have enabled certain features that have also helped in other areas of the business, sales, legal and hiring. The pandadoc platform enables us to add templates and build a content library. The upsides of pandadoc are speed and efficiency and standardisation, which drives and supports focus.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc is on the more expensive side the Hubspot integration is ok, but needs work and refinement it's basic atm. Contracting with other countries could also be made more simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of contract inconsistency with Hello sign and having to edit word docs and upload. This has helped save time, reduce impact on other areas of the business and help us contract more quickly. Which means we can get back to selling more. We are now using the tool for legal and also people contracts.

If you love great UX and customer service Pandadoc will not disappoint.

Putting agreements and contracts has made it easier for me than manually sending them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm thinking of a better integration for the payment thing. Perhaps if they can consider other platforms :)

Before, I used to send contracts manually, which my clients find hard sometimes to sign because they still need to download it. When I used Pandadoc, everything just seemed to be as easy as 1-2-3.

We use it to send proposals, and having a tracker with viewing stats for all users is extremely useful

Panda Doc Transformed Our Sales Initiatives
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc, or "PANDA (yelling voice)," as my office calls it, has brought tremendous value to our organization. We capture 25% more business for one vertical, and I'm going to say 10%-15% more business on another vertical. The CX is unbelieveable on our client's end. The PDF/document builder is fantastic. There is 5x the value here vs. their competition. I will recommend it to everyone that I can.
What do you dislike about the product?
PDF Editor could be even better. More functions! Resizing images needs to be eaiser. I would pay the higher rate if forms were unlimited. Capping and charging more makes me not buy the higer plan. I can pay another service a reasonable fee for unlimited form submissions and unlimited docs that totally serves our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Old contracts, large and small, are not fun to sign and scan back over. We were not living in 2021. PandaDoc has allowed us to take several steps in the right direction.
Pandadoc - making virtual documentation simpler
What do you like best about the product?
Post pandemic it has become nearly impossible for us HRs to go to an employee and get documents signed. Pandadoc has made it simpler for getting those e-signatures and it helps us to keep it 100% authenticated.

Honestly, nothing. Pandadoc has made the mundane processes easier thanks to its templates.a

Document generation and E-signatures this is where I used to face issues especially when dealing with International clients. This is where Pandadoc came into the picture and benefited the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is really amazing at providing tracking for user activity. You can see if a end user has interacted with your quote and how much time they spent doing so. This data is game changing, no need to cross your fingers hoping customers have viewed your proposals. Our whole team uses it, makes it efficient to have a central place for tracking customer proposals and quotes, while integrating to CRM to keep those customer records intact as well

I have not had any negative experience at all. They are commited to product improvement and I am impressed with their dedication and focus
