What do you like best about the product?
The integration they have with our CRM. It makes it easier to send out automated proposals. Plus it is quite customizable. It is basic enough to easily generate new proposals to send off to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the integration that aren't as seamless as I like. Information can't easily be pulled across the contact and deal stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending quotes to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install. Very user friendly and easy to manage. I've recommended the program to co-workers. This has been a great aid to get our documents signed remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of notifications and reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a high school. Due to COVID precautions we have had difficulty getting in person signatures from parents and staff. This program has helped us immensely with getting important documents signed and returned to us. We appreciate that we get free unlimited use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy way to capture electronic signatures, this is a good start.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Pandadoc is free. All the e-sign programs I have used require a fee.
2. Very easy to use for clients. I've only had one client out of hundreds, not able to figure out how to e-sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients fear the name "Pandadoc" Lots of clients fear using Chinese programs that require them to enter their contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is 100% paperless. So, e-singing software is the best way to make this possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use PandaDoc for e-signing. It is free, easy to use. I have not found a better source.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the second time I am implementing PandaDoc for a company (both scale-up companies growing very fast) and I have to say it's a great software, both for document management and for sales enablement. The contracting workflows were very much improved in both companies after the implementation of PandaDoc, both in terms of speed and standardization, and user accessibility.
I like the interface of the tool and the editing functionalities, it's very intuitive and users understand how to use it very quickly, so the onboarding and training were very useful. Moreover, it's very straightforward to create nice-looking documents.
The post-sending document analytics are very useful.
Also, the support team is fabulous, very fast, friendly and helpful always.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few little things that our sales team complains about (bulk editing of blocks, decimals in the pricing tables, vacation mode, bi-directional data flow between PandaDoc and the CRM, document navigation menu), but the PandaDoc team is very helpful in providing workarounds, and they take feature requests seriously.
What is a bigger minus is the redlining capability for legal negotiation. It makes it more difficult for lawyers to work with it and they prefer to keep working in Microsoft Word, having to do extra work to export the documents and re-upload them afterward. Also, the .docx exports are a bit messy for complex documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Esignature Proposal Software at its best!

What do you like best about the product?
Several perks of this program compared to others (there are SOO many perks but these are just a few that come to mind) like the friendly knowledgeable live chats at any hour of the day, auto filling documents, several documents can be uploaded for one big contract with addendums, several parties to view sign plus the notifications of when someone has viewed/completed the document. Plus you can either send them the email directly from Pandadoc or create a link that you can either text or send from your email. It also keeps a history log of activity per doc. Customers are super impressed with the ease of it, the certification of signatures when complete plus no more contact or having to print, sign, scan and email/fax back! With just a couple of clicks they can complete the contract and receive their own pdf copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the process of expiring the link to be more user friendly. I would also like to place an expiration date on the link that would send a reminder email to the customer that the link is about to expire. This would help us reach out to the customers when our pricing is only valid for a certain amount of time. I would also like the capability to have an uncompleted signed proposal to be reactivated and resent without deleting the portions that have already been esigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to the pandemic most of our transactions where done at the kitchen table so I had to accommodate. I not only had to turn our transaction contact free but also friendly enough for customers whom are not computer literate to utilize. Pandadoc was the solution! Before signing up I tried 2 week free tryouts with A LOT of other programs and each would either have me or our customers pulling out our hair in frustration but not with Pandadoc. Customers can easily select options, initial, fill in blanks, and sign. Plus with Pandadoc allowing me to select whom corresponds with what initial/signature/etc there is no confusion. I can also advertise that our coy by being paperless. I have also noticed that our customers can sign at their convenience so no more multiple trips to obtain signatures.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Remember when you wished you could create templates, send proposals, keep track of your proposals, and just in general "level up" to make your profession more effortless and more profitable with the perks of being earth-friendly? Well, buckle up buttercup, because the time is now! You have the perfect tool in Pandadoc, so get out here and GROW!

What do you like best about the product?
The process of creating an attractive proposal is pretty simple, using saved elements for information common to a lot of documents, or even copying a document that's nearly identical to the one I want and changing variables like company name. It is easy to track who has viewed or signed the document.

A couple of months ago when I asked support if there was a way to rearrange pages there wasn't, then a few weeks ago I saw it was added!
What do you dislike about the product?
Two column layouts can't be set for a responsive mobile view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly sending proposals. Benefit is saving time and making more attractive proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been easy to work with and great support. Also the only platform that included Salesforce integration at my subscription level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting tools could be more flexible. For example, not able to change font size on the "total" field in the pricing table, or the only way to add a line to a proposal is with the underscore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly go from Salesforce Quote to a professional proposal quickly. Significantly reduced the time and complexity of creating high quality proposals, and scale our sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We are a small business but we use Salesforce. PandaDoc was the only vendor in this space that would add the SF integration as an add-on feature, without purchasing their highest-end subscription. This was a huge factor for us in selecting PD. We are very happy with our results.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy use. Even our tech challenged clients have been able to use the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to load more than one document for sending at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In person meetings with clients became impossible after the stay-at-home order and quarantine order. In order to move our clients' cases forward we had to transition to electronic signatures.

utilizing the templates with tokens for the 10 types of complicated proposals and work orders

the fact that the v1 editor consumes so many resources on our very lengthy documents. as a result it takes longer to get things done .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing complex documents with lots of options in them while ensuring accuracy. we've been able to scale our sales channel in these areas by making something which is complex
