Easy Document Management, But Customization and Support Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy PandaDoc is to use, the drag-and-drop editor and clean interface make creating and sending documents simple. I also appreciate that it combines everything in one place, from templates to e-signatures and tracking, and integrates well with CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, I find the formatting options a bit limited for complex layouts, and some advanced features can get pricey. Customer support is generally good, but it can be inconsistent at times. Overall, it’s a great tool for streamlining document workflows, even if customization could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is solving the problem of slow, manual document workflows by automating the entire process - from creating proposals and contracts to getting signatures and tracking engagement. This benefits me by saving time, reducing errors, and making everything more efficient. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can manage documents, approvals, and e-signatures in one platform, which speeds up turnaround and improves collaboration.

PandaDoc makes creating and sharing documents incredibly straightforward, even when using the free version. The user interface is clean and intuitive, allowing you to get started quickly without any hassle. I appreciate how simple it is to generate documents, send them out for e-signature, and monitor their status in real time. From a QA and development standpoint, the workflow is thoughtfully designed, and actions such as document updates, status changes, and audit trails are consistent and easy to verify. Additionally, its integration with other tools helps streamline daily tasks with minimal setup required. It's very easy to use of non technical people as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback lies in the free version, where several advanced features such as templates, enhanced customization options, and in-depth analytics are only available with paid plans. This can make things feel limiting, especially if you're trying to test or scale your use cases. Additionally, when working with more complex workflows or automation, you may soon find yourself constrained unless you choose to upgrade. This situation might not be ideal for small teams or individuals who are simply experimenting or trying to validate their use cases.

PandaDoc addresses the challenges of manual document management, approvals, and signatures by centralizing these processes within a single platform. This eliminates the need for juggling multiple tools, lengthy email threads, and manual tracking, which in turn minimizes errors, saves valuable time, and enhances visibility into the status of documents. In my role as a QA, PandaDoc supports consistency and traceability throughout document workflows. From a developer's perspective, it streamlines integration and removes the necessity to create custom solutions for document signing or tracking, enabling greater focus on developing the core product.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc allows us to send important documents and agreement back and fourth with our patient's. It also allows us to get important documents E-signed by the patients and referring office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever the site crashes, I do have to re download and give permissions to use it with other apps.

This is how we communicate our cancellation policies and special documents that require signatures.

It can be frustrating when importing existing documents into Word, as the formatting does not always transfer smoothly throughout the entire file. Additionally, some advanced features and template control options are restricted to higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting as teams expand.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly it is. I especially like that all I need to do is drag the file I want and then simply choose whether I want an editable version or not. After that, everything else is even more straightforward. I also like that you can create your own templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it, but I'm not a fan of the fact that when you add, for example, a request for a signature, you can't see whether it will fit in the available space.

This tool assists me in ensuring that contracts are fully executed by all necessary parties.

PandaDoc helps you create proposals, contacts, and quotes. They offer many ready-to-use templates and custom agreements in the Business Plan.
You can send documents online and get them signed digitally. Clients can sign in from any device. It allows you to track files in real-time, including when they are opened, viewed, and signed.

Mobile editing is a little bit harder than the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me create any kind of agreement and quotes and collect signatures online. No printing needed. I can also create custom agreements (other than built-in templates) to manage contacts easily.

I like how easy it is to use and change templates in PandaDoc. It's totally customizable, which means I can change documents on the fly and get the signature I need. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate the overall functionality of the platform.

I don't like that you should be able to re-send docs with the free version.

I use PandaDoc to get signatures easily on sales contracts. It’s totally customizable, letting me change docs on the fly. The ease of using and changing templates makes it valuable.

Simplicity for securing contracts, Ease of use. Learning curve very low.

Nothing I dislike about it. I do wish it spoke more to the form when filling out the initial form to fill out similar fields in the document.
