The pricing structure of PandaDoc is elevated and multiple features calls for increased payments

Smooth and Professional document workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Simple templates, drag and drop editing, and seamless e-signatures

It shows down with large documents, and pricing could be better

PandaDoc removes the hassle of manual paperwork by streamlining proposals, contracts , and e-signatures, helping us close deals faster with fewer errors.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Sales Manager, PandaDoc has been a game-changer for my role. It streamlines our proposals and contract processes, saves me hours each week, and helps close deals faster with built-in eSignatures and CRM integration. It's an essential tool for any sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc’s main drawbacks are the higher pricing for advanced features, limited design flexibility, occasional performance issues, and restricted functionality on lower-tier plans.

Faster Proposals to Clients
Simple but Effective Platform for Doc Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I love this platform for its simple and user friendly interface. The way in which it allow team members to collaborate is extremely helpful while working on a single documents. The ability to control the workflow by setting expiry date allows organization to achieve goals in time without delays. The dashboard is attractive and simple to work with. Its ability to integrate with other software is plus point for this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love most part of this platform but I wish that the editing of documents was a little more faster. I also wish that the platform fees was a little lower. With Integration the complexity of the platform also increase which will require training to be efficient in handling the platform. The forms are so basic with few choice of templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Platform increases the efficiency of document workflow. It allows teams to properly work to bring a satisfied result. Its Templates also makes work easier.

The ease of use and the fact that this service integrates well with automations. The (human) support was also responsive to an initial connection issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Perhaps the fact that the features are exactly the same when the interface is in English and when it is in another available language (examples: the templates are not easily visible when the user has another language)

Pandadocs is easy to use and allows for quick client conversions.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can send contract proposals to clients that allows them to pay directly. The ability to create checkboxes means that we can send a potential client multiple options, they can select a checkbox for what they want and pay directly. It cuts down on back-and-forth and allows for quicker conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we receive payment through PandaDoc, we don't get invoices to send to clients. We use quickbooks, and then have to go in and create them, and send manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes contracting easy for us, and it's easy for our team to use and quick to send full documentation to potential clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it saves me a lot of time because I am a one-man show in my department. I really like templates and the integration with our HRIS. Creating documents is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more features such as once a document is completed, I would like to have the option to save a copy in our HRIS system. I would also like a more reasonable number of bulk send per month.

I am a one-man show in my team and I benefit from saving a lot of time using PandaDoc

What do you like best about the product?
I am the logistics and operations person for a nonprofit, and most of my time and work is spent trying to make things easier for our small team. Often, that work involves trying to automate or digitize many of our processes while acknowledging that our team has a WIDE variety of comfort levels with technology. We contract over 100+ artists a year, and our first platform was DocuSign. It was...fine. Pricy, cumbersome, ugly. We switched to PandaDoc a few years ago and like it so much more. I'm able to customize different themes that apply to different contracts based on business area, the template feature is so helpful, and I love how flexible the field integration is. It's been easier to get artists to actually sign their contracts, and it's way less intimidating, which means even our more lovingly luddite staff members can look at the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of little things, like features that exist in one place but not another. One example - I can duplicate a contract if I'm in "My Documents" but I can't duplicate a contract if I actually have it open. I wish there was a way to edit a document without erasing signatures - maybe it could send the signatory a message to approve or initial instead of making everyone start all over.

I contract over 100+ artists every year, and PandaDoc makes it way easier to send those out, track them, and actually get artists to sign the paperwork
