I have always loved Panda Doc and use it for every document I am sending to my partners and brands.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it is a platform not everyone uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of having to use another platform that is a lot harder to use.
Intuitive UI, Simplifies Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc for its ease of use and intuitive design. The platform is user-friendly, with a nice user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). It's simple to set up and helps me get contracts signed quickly. The ability to drag and drop documents and generate links for contract reviews is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's kind of hard to save a new document for others to use as a template. It's very annoying and it never works properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc helps me get contracts signed quickly. It's easy to edit, send, and add collaborators, making my job easier with contract processing.
Great Way to get documents Signed
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload document and have your clients to sign. It notifies me right away that documents have been completed. Documents are easy to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing about this program that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily have clients complete the necessary documents. I haven't had any clients that had any problems using Panda Doc.
PandaDoc works perfectly for sending contracts to clients
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform. I can prepare a contract and send it off within 5-10 minutes. My clients also find it very user-friendly and can click the link and sign everything in 5 mins or less!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the ability to edit text on the original document you upload. If I make a mistake, I have to go back to the Google Doc and change it there and then reupload to PandaDoc. Otherwise, I have no negative feedback whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the contract signing process seamless, which reduces my admin load and increases my customer service experience that I offer my clients.
An amazing, fast, and reliable platform
What do you like best about the product?
Panda stands out for being both secure and user-friendly, which makes it very easy to use. Additionally, it offers a range of features that let users customize the form according to their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really appreciate it if Panda offered a contact list feature, allowing users to quickly select their most frequently used contacts when sharing documents, instead of having to type in their email addresses each time. In large companies like ours, this could save a significant amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found it straightforward to document files and obtain signatures from people across various regions of Canada. The availability of the precise date and time for each e-signature adds to the validity of the documentation. Additionally, Panda has addressed the problem of individuals using different or sometimes illegible fonts when signing papers, which ensures greater consistency and accuracy in the documents.
Seamless Integration and Easy Setup with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamlessly PandaDoc integrates with our CRM, HubSpot. The ease of use and the intuitive setup make it a pleasure to work with. I find the automation of contracts, including automatic emailing and direct client interaction, incredibly efficient. The ability to easily modify and create templates is another excellent feature. Overall, I'm very satisfied with PandaDoc, and I've never felt the need to consider other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit some of the templates that I've created. I updated some previously used PDFs but cannot edit the PDFs inside PandaDoc. Instead, I have to create a text box with a white background over top of the text. I would like to edit the PDF directly in PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product enhances time efficiency with easy contract creation, automatic emailing, and seamless CRM integration, benefiting our operations tremendously.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy platform to use and affordability. I like that they give you a link to be able to email someone if they do not receive the panda doc email and it goes to their spam or is just blocked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be able to auto print the name of the signer also. Like the text button it could have a print name button. Also a number of my receivers receive their panda docs in spam. So if that could be remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The unlimited e-signature feature is very affordable.
Panda doc has made my job so much easier and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The documents I use are time sensitive and often times clients do not attend in-person meetings. It is great to send a quick document through Panda doc and have clients sign permission using their cell phones, any where. It is also great that I can go back and print that document at a later date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I put sending order on and try to move people to the top, two people merge into one and it is hard to get them separate again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so convenient sending material to several people to sign, then Panda doc sends them a copy when all parties sign. It saves a lot of steps for me.
PandaDoc is easy, user friendly and cost effective in our company.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation and workflow features make work easier by reducing the time spent on tasks and minimizing inconsistencies and the need for manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it could potentially take over my role as an HR Letters Coordinator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process for requesting letters and handling contracts takes a significant amount of time, but the automation involved was truly impressive!
