Unbelievably user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has many great features, including connecting it to a payment gateway, electronic signature, and pricing tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. That said, it would be great if PandaDoc had an internal graphic maker to add various graphics or icons. There is a Canva integration so that is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business saves a lot of time creating proposals/agreements using PandaDoc. It only takes us a few minutes to add the client's contact info & project deliverables to our PandaDoc templates. We used to create these over and over each time. This is a huge time-saver. We also have our PandaDoc integrated with Stripe so that we can collect deposits when the client signs the agreement.
Great System, Great Practice, Great People
What do you like best about the product?
Starting a business can be challenging with the number of systems needed and their fees. PandaDoc works as it should, and fees are as they should be. From a branding perspective, I love the personalization for businesses, and from pricing, I love how they charge for what it is not by "let's take advantage and charge for service but also for every signature done." Simply great w/ unlimited signature docs or sheets and the ability to upgrade for integrations; simply an awesome system and people behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only flaw I find is the time zones. It would be great if the system could send signatures based on their time zone, not from PandaDoc HQ zone. Aside from that, simply fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We focus in sending docs, and they make it effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Panda Doc has made a huge difference to the efficiency and success of the business throughout the past few years. Despite Covid, usual tasks have been made easier than ever by the use of their software. The dashboard is simple to use and our customers seem to have possitive feedback of their own to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options which aren't available without upgrading would be fantastic if they were part of the basic packages. Yet it is difficult to class this as a flaw as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda doc has provided a platform for our customers to sign important documents without having to leave their homes. This alone has been immeasurably successful over recent years.

Panda Doc will help improve efficiency and help generate sales for your business. Based on our experience I would recommend this to any business that deals directly with consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very user friendly through building out multiple templates and easily drag and dropping into place. Has cut down on the time to generate proposals by 50%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting sometimes gets thrown off as you move stuff around. Would be nice to copy and paste within tables. There are a few minor adjustments that would be nice to have on how Taxing works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our proposals with the same look and feel, and having a central place for everyone to go to access the information. Our clients love that everything is now set for e-signature

The Perfect Solution for Busy Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is the perfect solution for busy professionals who need to prepare documents and invoices requiring signatures. You can create digital documents with ease, eliminating the need to print them out. You can access PandaDoc from any location with an internet connection. This makes it ideal for those who work remotely or in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it can be a bit more expensive to add more users to your account, it is worth it if only one person needs access to the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc to be an extremely useful communication tool - not only for putting together proposals but also for documenting my interactions with clients. I find that it saves me a ton of time and hassle, and ensures that everything is clear and organized.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sending documents for signature and collecting the same without emailing docs back and forth.
I like the simplicity of creating documents and the templating system.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templating because we repurpose the same documents a lot so once the initial is built it makes it super simple to create documents going forward!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the alignment of the fields look a little funky and it can be a challenge to get the field exactly where you want it in the format of the document. The height and length of the fields is also adjustable but then I have a hard time making them all look the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to crank out contracts and other important documents quickly and painlessly. I love that all my documents are stored in one place and all the contacts are saved and easy to add to new docs at any time.

Sometimes it takes a lot of clicking to figure out how to edit a contract in the way I would like or make certain changes to a document.

It solves the problem of time and people resources that are required for managing the admin side of contracting. It benefits our organization because PandaDoc helps to make contracting more hands off and frees up time for our team to focus on more value added touchpoints with the customer.
Fast and Reliable for Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc is fast. I upload the document, drop the fields, and we're done. It's very fast and very reliable for signatures. I also like the document added to each signed file—it’s a nice touch that tells our clients 'this is complete and registered'. The initial setup was simple and ultra fast. PandaDoc is the most reliable and useful product we've tried among various other sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we used a paid subscription, we could create templates and edit them on the fly. That would be really helpful. I tried using it with QuickBooks. That was okay, but the payments parts was frustrating to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc simplifies contract processes into one step, provides fast and reliable signatures, and adds an official-looking document to each signed file.

The integrations make it even better - it fits with my CRM, my mail system, my accounting software.
I love how professional PandaDoc makes our company look, it sets us apart from the competition!
