PandaDoc has made my life much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be signed electronically by multiple participants, it is easy for parents to figure out. It has made my year online run much more smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like getting an email every time someone viewed the document. There is probably a setting I could use to change that but it was a very minor problem not even worth correcting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the start of the year I did not have a way for people to sign a document saying that they participated in a meeting. They would have had to print the form at their house, sign it and scan it back into the computer. Many people did not have the technology or know how to do this. My other option was driving the document to their house for a signature which was unreasonable for how many people I needed to sign these documents. PandaDoc gave everyone access to the document and the ability to sign it electronically.

Not a ton of complaints, really. It did what it was supposed to do for us.

What do you like best about the product?
That the documents are securely signed and returned, with a method of tracking their successful completion. Great support whenever I have needed assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I love Pandadoc! It has all of the features that I could want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting legal paperwork easily signed by parents after remote meetings has been a great problem solver. I have almost all my paperwork signed and returned.

Great product! Definitely recommend PandaDoc for those who need this service.

The automated email feature allows me to not miss out on the follow up.

Some of the time, my customers are not able to get access to the document from the link provided after sneding the document by email.

In my world time is everything, with Pandadoc, you create the template and literally plug and play. Creating proposals is effortless.
The eletronic signture feature is very useful in closing the deal as well!

Excellent online tool for free e-signatures
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to easily upload a pdf and insert text, signatures boxes and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that would be helpful is to speed up the process of inserting text boxes. It offers the option to automatically fill in all possible text fields, however for my use it would be nice if it asked which boxes I was to auto fill.

That if there is only one signer it doesnt automatically auto-populate that person as the signer

Wasted time trying to get peoples signatures who don't have access to a printer.

The program is easy to use, very user friendly.

You cannot include more than one document in the email.

My clients can easily sign their documents and the documents are returned quickly. Much better sending by email and waiting for the return if the person does not have a scanner.
Excellent tool for management of external docs and signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc attains a good balance of features and ease of use. I feel like I can do almost everything I want with this tool, and have a workaround when a direct solution is not available. The integration to our CRM is straightforward and was easy to set up by non-technical users. The templating feature is very convenient, it 1) reduces time in document prep, and 2) reduces errors and back-and-forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Billing is complicated and required contact with the team to figure out
- Objects in documents and templates can only be placed visually. This creates some problems when trying to get tables and pictures to be in exactly the right spot. There are workarounds but they require many clicks
- Knowledge base could use some work. I must say that there has been progress over the last year

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider what you are looking to achieve. If it's signatures only, there are likely better tools. However, PandaDoc offers a good one-stop-shop for customer-facing document template construction and maintenance at a good price.
