PandaDoc is easy to use, the user account is well organized and sharing legal documents is simple for all signors.

PandaDoc addresses the challenge of sharing electronic legal documents that need to be reviewed and signed by several parties. One of its main advantages is that it makes the process straightforward and user-friendly for multiple signers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to track the document, edit everything in there, and also upload my own PDFs to edit. It's very quick to create and edit, and easy for the customer to navigate. It means that customers can sign quickly and know exactly what they need to do.

PandaDoc is very easy to use for my elderly customer base, providing simple instructions and an easy interface. It streamlines document editing and tracking, allowing quick creation and signing of agreements.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and they make it easy to follow the document through the process. Also, PandaDoc signatures carry legal weight. Obviously this is a must.
Getting up and running with PandaDoc is easy and they send notifications when the other party reads and when they sign the document. Efficient use of time.
On top of this, their help service was quick and efficient. I deeply appreciated the speed of their responses and their solving the issue swiftly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any downsides. Thy have a free service for companies starting out and on a tight budget, and then they offer various packages for larger more active companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is scattered across continents and we rarely get to see each other. Despite this we can quickly and legal govern our company while traveling abroad. Without this service we would not be able to operate in this manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc reviews to evaluate its features for managing business documents. I love the quick document creation using templates and a drag-and-drop editor. The ability to secure e-signatures simplifies the signing process for clients and internal teams effectively. I appreciate the workflow automation that allows setting up approval chains and automated reminders, which keeps document processes moving smoothly. By consolidating the entire document lifecycle into a single, automated ecosystem, I can complete up to 87% more documents in about half the time. I like choosing from over 1,000 customizable templates, which aids in fast and professional document creation. Its integration with other business tools is also valuable, allowing automation of data entry and streamlining signing workflows. By connecting PandaDoc with tools like Salesforce, I can auto-fill document data and track real-time statuses, enhancing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find PandaDoc's editing limitations frustrating because once a document is sent, I can't make changes. If there's a typo or a pricing error, I have to void the whole document and start again, which really messes up the workflow. The pricing model is also a downside for smaller businesses since many key features like bulk sending and advanced analytics are only available in the pricier plans. The mobile app isn't great either. It's pretty clunky and lacks the ability to properly edit or create complex documents, and there's no support for offline editing, which is a pain for field teams.

It simplifies signature collection and automates workflows, allowing us to complete more documents faster. The platform is easy to use, especially for new users, and it offers professional-looking documents suitable for both clients and employees. The pricing is excellent for small businesses. I really appreciate the templates, as they make managing everything much simpler.

I would like to customize the size (height) of the field.

Decent Tool, But Price and Learning Curve Are Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the design options and the ability to create something that was trackable. I also appreciated the tracking and online nature of PandaDoc. Unfortunately their massive price increases, done by the back door by removing features from the professional subscription, meant that we couldn't justify 3x the cost and moved to Canva and Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many options that I used have been moved to more expensive tiers, making the costs 3x what they were. They don't offer a refund, just move the features so I'm stuck with software I don't use and have paid for a year. It wasn't straightforward, there's a bit of a learning curve to learn initially. I'm now using canva + google drive for digital signatures which is much easier.

I used PandaDoc to create trackable sales proposals that let clients select optional services, with prices updating automatically.

Automating document creation and the signature process drastically reduces the time it takes to get documents from draft to completion (sometimes from weeks to minutes).

I like that PandaDoc is a secure place for my clients to upload many documents and that it updates in real time. It's pretty easy and user friendly, which makes using it a smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues that I've had with PandaDoc clearing out certain fields when the documents have been forwarded that have caused some issues with my organization.

PandaDoc makes it easy to collect and manage a large number of documents in one secure place, updating in real-time and being user-friendly.

SUPER user friendly. Self explanatory and tech friendly as well.

sending out documents for signatures. Anyone can open the links we send and its great to get notifications when documents are signed

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of PandaDoc. The e-signature feature is the easiest because it involves very few steps. I appreciate its efficiency in receiving signed contracts back faster. It was also much more cost-efficient than DocuSign, which was why we switched. The initial setup was very easy.
