Efficient Digital Signing, Needs Better Template Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my customers can sign digitally, which speeds up the process of getting contracts and forms signed. I am happy with my membership and find it valuable for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered a challenge with setting up a template for repeated use. I couldn't figure out how to make a reusable template where I don't have to change the information and signing order line by line each time. There's a lack of sufficient guidance or tutorials on template setup, which would have been beneficial. The absence of a video or tutorial specifically showing how to set up templates to avoid repetitive changes is a notable gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to get customers to sign contracts and forms quicker, enhancing efficiency with digital signatures.
PandaDoc is an extremely efficient way to close contracts with clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that you can easily upload contracts and documents, and PandaDoc enables you to add all the necessary signatures and checkboxes required to complete our contracts. My team uses PandaDoc daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have any dislikes. PandaDoc takes care of all our company's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is allowing us to document all our clients' decisions before ordering merchandise. This alleviates errors and confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is an incredibly user-friendly and efficient platform for managing documents and collaborating with others. I love the variety of templates available and how easy it is to customize them — from adjusting fonts and inserting images to adapting the overall layout to fit our brand.
The ability to track the status of each document in real time is a huge advantage. I also really appreciate how collaborators can leave comments directly in the document, making revisions and approvals simple and seamless.
Overall, PandaDoc saves us time, improves collaboration, and keeps everything organized in one place. Highly recommended!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would improve is the pricing model. It would be great if reader users could be unlimited and if the cost for active users were based on usage — for example, lighter users who access PandaDoc only a few times a month could be billed differently than daily users.

We use PandaDoc to collaborate on building our quotes. It allows multiple team members to work on the same document simultaneously, which makes the process much faster and more efficient. We can also invite clients to review the quote directly in PandaDoc and leave comments or suggested changes, which streamlines communication and avoids long email threads.

PandaDoc has been a game changer for our document workflow. It’s incredibly easy to create, send, and track proposals, contracts, and renewals all in one place. The templates and e-signature features save us a ton of time, and the real-time notifications help keep deals moving forward. Overall, it’s an intuitive, professional platform that makes the entire document process faster and more organized. Highly recommend!

Occasionally, the editor can be a bit clunky when adjusting layouts, and load times could be smoother, but those are small trade-offs for how much efficiency it adds overall. It’s a reliable, user-friendly platform that keeps getting better.

PandaDoc has streamlined our entire document process — from creating proposals and contracts to getting them signed and tracked. It’s eliminated the back-and-forth of emailing PDFs and waiting for signatures, saving us a ton of time. We now have full visibility into when a client opens a document, which helps us follow up at the right moment and close deals faster.

I appreciate PandaDoc's ease of use and seamless integration with Salesforce. Monitoring document activities is incredibly valuable to me. The custom approval paths feature enhances our order form processes, which would otherwise be slow without PandaDoc. Setting and tracking document approvals is straightforward.

I find it challenging to change who is supposed to sign the document more easily. This aspect could be improved to make the signing process more efficient.

I find PandaDoc solves document editing issues, speeds up order form creation, and facilitates approval process and monitoring, boosting efficiency. Additionally, its integration with Salesforce and ease of use are significant benefits.

PandaDoc offers several features I appreciate, including the ability to require a real signature rather than an automatically generated one. This is particularly important to me, as it helps ensure the validity of contracts or proposals.

Verifying a contact can be quite challenging, but this step is important to ensure that the signer of a document is actually the person with the signing authority.

With PandaDoc, I can send contracts and proposals to my customers and get the signed documents returned, all without needing to meet face-to-face. This brings a significant time saving.

I CNAT EVEN START TO TLEL YOU BC IT USED TO BE YOU NEEDED TO GO TO A PRINT SHOP TO PRINT SOMETHING OR HAVE YOUR OWN PRINTER THEN EITHER TAKE A PIC OR SOMETHING BUT THIS HAS BECOME A ONE STEP SHOP VERY GOOD

What do you like best about the product?
Great team and very useful software, especially with the HubSpot integration! PandaDoc allows my team to have a flawless workflow and communicate more effectively with our customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I really enjoy the product. I might say the interface can be slightly confusing as a beginner, but tools like the learning center help with that.

It is solving the workflow aspect, allowing a seamless integration into HubSpot and direct contracts to our customers
