Great proposal and contract software
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of time we save on proposals is the best part of PandaDoc! Previously to using PandaDoc we used high-quality graphics files to assemble proposals, this took hours and was a very complex process that required special software. Due to the complexity, errors were common as well. PandaDoc was able to streamline this process into an easy to edit the template. We've lost none of the graphical complexity of our process, but we've shaved off hours of time, and been able to standardize documents like never before. It's really been a killer application for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our sales team have issues with the application running slowly, and PandaDoc support has not been able to fix or assist with this. The problem seems intermittent and is still vastly faster than the old process, so it's only a minor issue for us at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PanadaDoc to present proposals to our clients, and sign contracts, NDAs and other legal agreements. Virtually all of our needs int his area are covered by PandaDoc and we've realized countless hours of saved time as well as significant more efficient processes as well!
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use. Streamlines a process that used to take multiple steps into something that is now just a few minutes. Furthermore, the UX is fluid and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with the product. Perhaps more templates could be added to the platform, but that's really being nitpicky. I'm certain the PandaDoc will continue to add more features and innovate as they have been already doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined process to quickly execute and organize contract workflow. The ability to also share documents seamlessly has been a game-changer. Also, the integration with Salesforce has been of great help too.

More features included with the paid basic version.

Signing more agreements and faster goals.

Pandadoc support is fabulous. The chat team is very helpful, and our account rep is always a phone call away.
The UI is intuitive and we have not had a single snag or glitch while using the service over the past year.

There are very few times where our team has had any constructive criticism or feedback for Pandadocs.
We simply have not run into any issue that was anything more than a temporary inconvenience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to replace our previous signing software with something far less expensive. It's also had the benefit of being easier to use and more intuitive. Filing and retrieving documents is now much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend at least giving it a free trial if you're deciding on new signing software.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to draft up a contract in minutes and get tracking insights
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any issues. The web browser has crashed maybe twice in the last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send contracts to anyone in the country in minutes, make revisions, and track who has viewed the documents.
Convenient, fast, time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc enables me to create, submit for signatures, and receive client paperwork fast and securely. I love that I can integrate PandaDoc with Salesforce CRM and manage client information seamlessly with two systems doing most of the work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I loved the Live Chat option that PandaDoc used to have and no longer offers. Some issues are not that big and could be solved pretty fast with the help of a live person, and some problems are too urgent to be submitting a ticket through email. It is one feature that I always told everyone about and highlighted as a reason to sign up for PandaDoc vs. competitive e-signature providers. Please bring back live people - not bots!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving is managing a complex paperwork process for my small investment business and reducing the time it takes to fill out all the paperwork.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can get more out of PandaDoc when it's integrated with another CRM system as it makes the document generation process even easier and faster.
PandaDoc does everything Docusign does for a fraction of the price!

Pandadoc doesn't astronomically increase the price with a higher volume on document sends.

When first starting, it is somewhat easy to overwrite a temple with someone's specific information.

I enjoy the easy to use platform to build documents/templates to increase efficiency. The dashboard is a life saver as it allows me to easily check where a client is at with a document and allows me to chase them when required

I find that I some times have issues with numbering and tables, however I think is is moreso from me having an MS Office mentality and that it will just take some time to get used to PandaDocs instead

Clients are readily responding as they do not need to rely on printers to progress their matters and they can easily sign on all of their devices - which makes it great for everyone involved

It eliminates the need to print hard copies, which then need scanning.
PandaDoc is seriously the best e-signing platform that I've used up until now.
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, even signers find it easy. The offering of unlimited documents and storage really helps me to keep track as well as email notifications. I also like it that a certificate is issued after signing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing much. Perhaps more explanations about the audit trail, some template samples or more explanation/examples for the paid services could help users understand more on what they will be getting should they sign up for the different paid services.

The problem created by COVID-19 on the delays of documents and also for the risks related to e-signatures. With the certificates issued and validations on every signed document, it provides confidence that the signing was ceritified to be true.
