A must-have tool for any business
What do you like best about the product?
There are all the things I need and so much more ! Being able to create proposals and bills within minutes and integrate Stripe in any document is so so cool. Since I started to use Pandadoc my clients always pay on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any cons. Maybe the content library could be faster and more accessible while editing a document. The Android app UX is great, but it's quite slow sometimes. Keep going guys !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted an all-in-one tool where I can create proposals and receive payments at the same place. This way when I get a new client they can directly pay, no more excuses.
Great for business
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use. I like how easy it is to upload a document and add all the fields needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now although I have not used all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it primarily to send documents for signature.

The auto fill features where you can easily add pricing, terms, etc by adding from your catalogue.

I wish that the editing was a bit more intuitive.

Quickly being able to send proposals and contracts out to customers.
Professional Templates and Easy to Create
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Create templates that are trackable and show client activity. Sign off on proposals or contracts directly integrated with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Spell Check or Grammar check. I would like to see Grammarly integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily curated proposals. The activity and trackability are excellent. I really like the internal approval process so another team member has eyes on the document before it goes to the client.

Great app for all your contracting / proposals needs
What do you like best about the product?
Tool is super versatile. We have been using it without CRM connection as a separate isolated tool and now using it as an extension to Salesforce CPQ. In both cases it served us perfectly, allowed us seemles contracting process between Sales, Finance, Legal and Client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couple of bugs here and there that sometimes prevent client to complete the contract and require us to resend the documents for a signature. It wouldn't be a problem if our process would be simple but due to legal restrictions of our sector of business refilling a contract is quite a long process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a great tool with nice visual design to collect signatures and lots of information we have to collect from the client. Smart fields and easy WYSIWYG templates design is exactly what we needed.
Works exactly as expected
What do you like best about the product?
Does what you expect it to do and works exactly as you would expect as well. Overall a great platform for sending and signing contracts. Recent updates have made it more simple to work with as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Redlines can be a bit clunky for negotiation with clients, but the download as word document format is helpful here. Allowing for more collaboration and notes within the docuemnt might be a cool addition.

Easy to send contract with our clients. Super helpful overall for the exact use case it was created for.
Streamlined Our Process Big Time
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is it's Zapier integration which has allowed us to streamline and almost 100% automate our sales process between our reps and managers who approve the deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a moment to get used to using it and wrapping our heads around how it worked but after we did it was well worth the time invested. We'll get it all back for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to customize our proposals and agreements with way less back and forth communications between reps and managers which is saving us a lot of time and headaches.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to find what you're looking for and to make use of templates. I also like that it shows how many times the receiver has viewed the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't use the tab key to move from one field to the next. This makes building the form take a lot longer because there are so many mouse clicks. I also dislike that when you have two input fields next to each other, they end up looking like one word instead of two.

We use PandaDoc to have a central system for managing all outbound contracts. Anyone internally who has a PandaDoc account can check on the status of a contract and see how many times people are viewing it.
PandaDoc is a lifesaver!

Very easy to use. It saves time and paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything this site is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to rely on students to bring important documents home for signatures.

Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
Free version is everything I need and EASY
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is perfectly intuitive. It was simple and fast to upload a document and add fillable fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I use the free version so obviously, there are a lot of great features that I don't access but it does everything I need it to!

I like that I have the option to use a link. I put the link in my welcome email so that the service agreement email doesn't get lost in junk folders
