A useful tool, getting more useful all the time

What do you like best about the product?
The process of creating an attractive proposal is pretty simple, using saved elements for information common to a lot of documents, or even copying a document that's nearly identical to the one I want and changing variables like company name. It is easy to track who has viewed or signed the document.

A couple of months ago when I asked support if there was a way to rearrange pages there wasn't, then a few weeks ago I saw it was added!
What do you dislike about the product?
Two column layouts can't be set for a responsive mobile view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly sending proposals. Benefit is saving time and making more attractive proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been easy to work with and great support. Also the only platform that included Salesforce integration at my subscription level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting tools could be more flexible. For example, not able to change font size on the "total" field in the pricing table, or the only way to add a line to a proposal is with the underscore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly go from Salesforce Quote to a professional proposal quickly. Significantly reduced the time and complexity of creating high quality proposals, and scale our sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We are a small business but we use Salesforce. PandaDoc was the only vendor in this space that would add the SF integration as an add-on feature, without purchasing their highest-end subscription. This was a huge factor for us in selecting PD. We are very happy with our results.

There are no downsides of PandaDoc as it is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy use. Even our tech challenged clients have been able to use the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to load more than one document for sending at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In person meetings with clients became impossible after the stay-at-home order and quarantine order. In order to move our clients' cases forward we had to transition to electronic signatures.

Easy platform to use. New users find it very friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates can be easier to create: A template with fixed spaces to fill would be amazing (Not the document it self)
Lots of e-mails go to spam
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contactless oficial signatures of course. Secure and saves time.

Do not hesitate to try. Easy, secure and very helpfull!

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDocs is very simple and easy to use. Parents also find it useful during today's Covid outbreak.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the text field was open in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have zero problems. Benefits are a time saver! So easy and quick to complete paperwork!

Efficient & Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a very useful and efficient tool for our Sales Team and Finance Team. Because of PandaDoc, our Sales Team has been able to send more proposals than ever as well as receive an increase in contracts signed. Our Finance Team can also keep tracks of incoming and outgoing proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe we are not aware, but if we could edit a certain Empty Field for Text next to "Credit Card Number" when we send Contracts to our clients, if there is a way to ensure the credit card number provided is valid, that would be helpful. It would also be helpful if the "Strikethrough" ability was added into PandaDoc. Other than that, PandaDoc is a great tool and has been an asset to our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create so many different templates depending on our potential client's industry as well as be as creative as we want within the templates. It's also very easy to track each document based on sent, viewed, completed, etc. The last page generated as a "Signature Certificate" is also an important part to keep for our records.

What do you like best about the product?
The in-application document creation with the fields. Also its ability to upload documents within the proposal or contract is great for our purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customization in graphics on the content pages. I would like to see the level of customization that is on the cover page integrated into the actual document. I would also like to see more integrations or enhanced integrations such as Copper CRM. It has a integration, but it is nowhere as robust as it is for platforms like Salesforce. I also dislike that you cannot edit the workflow within the actual document once it is established. There are some documents that need to go through different workflows. I then need to create different templates for each of the documents, and then if I need to make a change to one of the templates, I need to go into each of the templates and alter them accordingly. This problem would be solved by just incorporating the ability to adjust or even select a workflow after the document is established.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love to see a consolidated place where all our documents live for quick access. The templates and the fields are paramount to establishing a quick process. We also really enjoy the workflow for getting documents approved in steps for each stakeholder.

Amazing Proposal Sending Software

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, flows straight from our SFDC products, it makes our lives so much easier and our clients love getting them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better or maybe we just need help with it - is that if when you update the products in SFDC - if the updates flowed into the document you were working on. Other than that, this software is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating the value of our product while communicating how much the investment is for our prospects. It does a great job.
