Great for Renewals
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and my renewal rates have increased by 25% monthly. Also, I have it automatically synced to my CRM which makes it easier to monitor the last updates right on my crm without the need to get into pandadoc.
For sales people, to be able to see everything in just one site, makes the whole difference.

What do you dislike about the product?
When a new doc is generated, the last one should automatically be asked for deletion. As for example, I've set up automatic reminders and it shouldn't send both of the docs as the new one "replaces" the last one.
Also, we tried to make the whole integration for my home-made subscription system in oracle, and the integration with the API's is'nt hard, but it makes it very costly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Renewals in a health insurance company. 25% increased renewals monthly.

Make sure your CRM has a native integration to pandadoc, it makes the whole difference!

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has allowed our organization to function during this pandemic and has even caused us to reconsider some of our processes and procedures. We found this at just the right time when we needed to move completely online. Thank you!!

I’m not sure it has everything we needed.

We’ve been able to create a remote process for recruitment and enrollment. We have been able to ensure that all of the necessary documentation is available for staff.

PandaDoc is very user friendly. It's easy to set up and personalize, easy to send out documents, and easy to reveiw documents when they return.

As of now, there is nothing I dislike! It has been great so far!

We are getting official signatures for important hiring documents, which makes things so much simpler.

Very disappointed with the upload of pdfs as a static image, as opposed to per page, which has limited the functionality of the hyperlinks in table of contents for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and tracking of proposals, weekly reports, etc. It let's us know when a client has reviewed or signed the documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extraordinary, it keeps in tune with the online documents, where I can add multiple functions such as contracts electronically. The support is amazing and intuitive, it really helps me to control most of our electronic signatures.

I don't like the interface, it's been a long time and they haven't made an update in this specific area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically the program has benefited us to get the best option as far as contracts are concerned, thanks to the digitalized signature we can concentrate all the management in a very well organized and legalized way. It is extremely efficient and maintains a highly positive business vision in the industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to get any business online and finalize it through a document with your personalized digital signature. Many cost saving benefits can be obtained in the contracting process.
A brilliant tool for offers, contracts and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Wide feature-set delivered fast and easily, super content editor with almost endless flexibility. The document flow is easy to set up and works very well for creators and recipients alike. We have decreased errors with documents, streamlined document flows. It makes a difference in our organization every day. Further PandaDoc allows for full integration with many services including CRM's like Microsoft 365 and Zapier. It allows for a streamlined and seamless flow of information from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike.
- Perhaps better filtering options when viewing documents in the backend.
- "Lite" user that can just view documents in the backend is something I do think is missing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No outdated documents for our team of salespeople, fully digital document flows and very good looking proposals that do not take hours but minutes to make and all stored in the cloud. It also gives me a very good central location to manage a lot of different document types. With the latest addition of "Forms", users can also go and fill out the information and submit based on one of our Templates. We do not use the Payment feature but I would think it would be very handy for many types of businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which we can now produce professional looking quotes. Easily duplicate and adapt documents, use a library of repeated elements, quickly create bespoke production cost breakdowns, embed videos for online playback, still allow PDF download, and know when someone has viewed (or revisited) a doc. Plus the simple integration and ability to send Pandadocs via our chosen CRM (Hubspot) is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if we could make streamlined, smart quizzes (similar in style to Typeform) using the Pandadocs forms creator, as a way to generate leads and integrate with our email marketing provider (ConvertKit).

Being much more efficient with quote and contract creation. Plus getting contracts digitally signed.
Packs a Punch with great features
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the ability to have a signing order for the signators.

While the free version has a lot of great features some of the paid ones I would use infrequently. In addition, some agencies that receive the PandaDoc are unable to sign.

I am solving client interaction during the pandemic and this has enhanced my business reach.

Nothing. It is perfect for my purposes.

Signing electronically faster without printing, signing scanning
Quickly send contracts, set signing order, nudge buyers to sign
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly tag signers to the fields they need to sign. Setting signing order - I think it's important to send agreements that have already been signed by the service guarantor. Once you get a verbal to move forward, sometimes contracts end up below a number of other emails. Being able to put a PandaDoc at the top of their inbox is important.

It's not a platform a lot of people are familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminding signors to execute agreements speeds up the signature process. Document analytics are also beneficial. Knowing someone viewed my agreement shows they reviewed the agreement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc checks all the boxes for an e-signature tool and at a fraction of the cost of other tools. Their customer support is also excellent. As a growing company, you don't get lost in the shuffle. Feedback is important and PandaDoc listens to what you have to offer.
