What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc works excellently. I am relieved to find a specific employee to take care of the budgeting and then send it to my candidates. It has helped me to have a repository of electronic signatures caused by my previous business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an end user I would like to have a unique folder of documents according to the category, where I can sort within the interface budgets by date for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it has had considerable benefits in sending very explicit quotes to potential clients. We have also used electronic signatures on some occasions, depending on the business to be carried out. It has had an important scope for our documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is a recommended software, very important for your documents and for business legalization. I'm satisfied with the quotes I've prepared, and this is a feature that will help you.

What do you like best about the product?
As a one-man-band, the more sales automation I use, the more productive I am. With PandaDoc I manage proposals and contracts, so templates are key for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must be honest and say that there is nothing about PandaDoc that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Templates, Signatures and Analytics the most useful.

Overall good product

What do you like best about the product?
Great to control contracts and provides visibility not available in other methods. It also saves a lot of time for reps when putting together contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up templates for the first time can be frustrating if you have never used a system similar before. Biggest complaint is the ability to undo something disappears after a couple seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting contracts in front of clients quicker and with increased visibility.

Solid Resource for Sales Contracts

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use without a huge learning curve. Does what we need it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. Just like any software, you have to understand the best practices and do them. We have simple needs for signing and forwarding sales contracts and this does it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the user-friendly aspect of Panda Doc. You can easily share documents with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
When clients are receiving documents since it is coming from PandaDoc sometimes there's a bit of confusion that this is coming from my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide official documents to clients easily and in an efficient manner. It has saved a lot of time for document processing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable and personalized you can make the templates. The editing is almost all drag and drop!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to how much you can edit, and there is also difficulty working collaboratively with your peers on a single document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the age old tale of sending a deck/presentation to leads. This is a way for me to professionally share info/collateral with my leads.

Give it a try! It is by far the best way to up your follow up and proposal game.

Online business at its best!

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc gives me the advantage of closing deals online because I can have my clients sign with the electronic signature function. The interface is very nice, and I'm happy to be able to work with a tidy platform. There is a free version to see what the software is all about.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like images to have problems when saving them to PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has benefited from the conclusion of contracts, business and increased sales with PandaDoc. It is satisfying to be able to conduct business online securely and with all the minimum parameters of a contract.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The program is great, it has many solid features to be considered an indispensable program in any type of company. It is free, but the paid version is much better. You can increase sales and customers will be happy with the process.

Great tool for proposals

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple enough to create multiple templates and customize your proposals. You can have various plans and contracts already drafted. That way the sales representative can just modify the pricing and other small changes without having to draft the entire contract every time.
I like that it more robust than other proposal tools, yet not so over-complicated. Also, it allows you to add testimonial videos, reviews, and other crucial information to the actual proposal to make it very clean and informative.
The fact that it connects to our CRM and keeps it all in one place it's such a time saver. It allows me to look at our Salesforce account and see the progress for each proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to get better notifications with different statuses. For example, other proposal tools have the ability for the sales rep to be notified via text anytime the prospect is currently looking at the proposal in real-time and for how long they have been looking at it.
This gives the sales representative more information to act and therefore knows a better way to follow up in the case that the prospect has not signed the proposal yet or has any additional questions that were not covered during the call.
They only have an email notification option that works great but not the best option for Account Executives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping track of all our contracts and past proposals, it helps us to keep it all organized and centralized. It allows our company to create and draft proposals and track it all down from our CRM. It has great integration with multiple CRM so we can do it all in one place.
We have the ability to add any information that we see value in addition to the actual proposal. We have added, reviews of our product, video testimonials, additional features, and current clients that are using our platform. It allows our Marketing team to dress up the contract in a way that follows the flow of the customer experience that we want to create.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is great for use on multiple departments. We use it for new sales, renewals, and upgrades. It's very useful for our Account Executives and Account Managers. You can create admin privileges accordingly.
