What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly for business purposes.

I would like to see it integrate with HobSpot.

Creating signadle documents.
It makes it easy to conduct and track business and document.

Simple and effective solution for sales in a remote world

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is super simple and easy to use. I've used it in various roles to simplify the proposal and contract signature process. I find it simpler and more intuitive than other platforms with similar features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything I would complain about with regards to PandaDoc. I'm very happy with the solution and love getting notified when someone opens or takes action on the links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes it easy to get contracts and documents to clients regardless of whether they're working from home or in an office setting. Often, remote workers don't have as much access to print and scan contracts, so this is super helpful!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, and I'd be willing to bet you will love it!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and customise as needed. We use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features could be improved e.g. duplicating more than one box at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to support sales, buiding contracts quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Uploading documents and sending them is a breeze

Have not really found anything I do not like.

Make the whole process very streamlined, saving time for all parties involved

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to grow the content library and repurpose proposal assets easily. That's pretty much it.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot. Buggy document editing makes it less convenient than a PPT. Being limited to Google Fonts is another big one. View tracking does not work in China without VPN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making very generic, cookie cutter proposals for leads that I don't take too seriously. If I have a really important bid, I still use PPT because it's easier to make better looking documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need your documents to look good, PandaDoc will be OK. If you need them to look GREAT, then it's probably not worth your time to use PandaDoc. It takes MUCH longer to create documents in PandaDoc than in PPT / Keynote and they almost never look as good. What it is good for is giving quick and easy replies to leads that need a simple service description and pre-written proposal. Usually we make the "real proposal" after sending one of these out.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to navigate. I appreciate how all the tools are efficient and useful. I appreciate how it stores the information that you have already used
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't admire is that I haven't figured out how to submit a new document without leaving the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems that I have, honestly. The benefit is I don't have to haasle anyone to return my documents it automatically sends it back once it is signed

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it super easy to share the documents I need to with my team. I appreciate how easy it is to edit documents, add signature spaces and other editable fields. Being able to use such a versatile tool in my start-up for almost no money has been a true lifesaver and helped us build our professionalism
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the main inbox-type homepage was less busy, though this is very nit-picky. I don't have any other complaints at all about the site. Perhaps making it just clearer where certain actions are for new users?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has helped my start-up reach a more professional standing and up our abilities to create contracts, forms, and necessary documents that are useable, readable and editable for all parties involved.

Leveraging standardization to improve project onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
Templates have the power to tame the complexities of proposals/contracts. While every project for us is a little different, the potential of the software pushes us to be more specific, requiring less customization per proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more intelligent variables. For instance, if an onboard database could be used to populate proposals more efficiently intelligently. This could also be linked to airtable, or google sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposal consistency and standarization. This allows us to control the quality of our terms much more intelligently. We benefit by gaining more clients and projects.

Big time saver and easy-to-use eSign platform

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM integration is super helpful because it can prepopulate contract templates based on CRM Opportunity details - a big time saver for me. I also find the UI/UX to be very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard has a lot of information but could also be decluttered a little since certain document stages are irrelevant for me as an IC sales rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales rep, I use PandaDoc to send out contracts to new clients.
